本发明涉及饲料领域,特别涉及一种鸡饲料。
背景技术
现代肉鸡生产,集约化程度不断提升,面临的应激因素不断增加,为了能在短时间内达到最大的经济效益,大量使用和滥用抗生素的现象层出不穷。导致的后果就是出现动物性食品安全问题,最终影响到人类健康。同时由于技术水平低,安全意识淡薄,经营策略不够等原因,致使饲料中药物残留问题成为我国肉、蛋、奶走出国门的主要障碍。因此,要从根本上解决动物性食品安全问题,一方面要加强监管与检测环节,规范兽药和添加剂的生产与使用,另一方面要开发绿色、安全、高效的饲料添加剂,减少抗生素、激素、重金属等的滥用,从源头上保障动物性食品的安全。
研发出一种能够替代抗生素的安全绿色新型饲料添加剂,不但无残留,而且毒副作用小,又能促进动物生长和起到预防动物疾病的作用,是当前畜牧业科研人员研究的方向。目前处于研究和已经在市场上使用,并受到广泛关注和重视的新型饲料添加剂主要有微生态制剂、酸化剂、中草药、植物精油、卵黄抗体、饲用酶制剂、抗菌肽制剂等。其中,抗菌肽不仅能够促进禽畜机体对营养物质的合成和消化利用,还能够抑制病原菌繁殖,从而改善肠道菌群结构,提高机体免疫能力等(李冠楠等,2014),因此,畜禽食用添加抗菌肽的饲料不仅能够提高平均日增重,还能够增强机体免疫性能。另外,研究发现,植物精油不仅能够提高肠道酶活性,促进营养物质的消化和吸收,还能够提高抗氧化功能(武瑞,2016)。有研究认为,微生态制剂是指通过补充肠道正常菌群来调整机体微生态平衡、排斥和抑制需氧病菌的生长繁殖,以达到调节肠道微环境的作用的活菌制剂(汪孟娟等,2016)。
基于现代竹丝肉鸡生产面临的大量应激因素(如日粮、运输、高密度饲养、环境氨气、温度湿度、噪音、病原微生物)导致肉鸡肠道屏障受损从而发生拉稀、下痢、生长受阻等不良现象,如何从竹丝肉鸡生长实际情况出发,通过多种的饲料添加剂的复配,使其具有显著的促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的作用,具有重大意义。

本发明创造性地将抗菌肽与复合植物精油和微生态制剂复配,三种成分间不仅具有优异的兼容性,且其具有协同作用,大大提高了该复合添加剂促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的作用。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述复合添加剂按基础日粮计由0.5g/kg的复合植物精油、0.5g/kg的微生态制剂和0.5g/kg的抗菌肽组成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述复合植物精油按质量百分比由2.5%的香芹酚精油、2.5%的肉桂醛精油、5%的百里香酚精油、2%的茶树精油、其余为载体组成。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述抗菌肽为鸭β-防御素-2。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述微生态制剂中枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数量为50亿/g、嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数量为20亿/g。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述基础日粮的原料组分包括玉米、大豆粕、秘鲁鱼粉、混合油、石粉、磷酸氢钙、盐、蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和次粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过将复合植物精油、微生态制剂和抗菌肽三者复配作为竹丝肉鸡饲料中的添加剂,有效促进了竹丝肉鸡的肠道健康。本发明的饲料不仅具有显著的促进肠道健康的作用,且其饲养效果稳定性强,适用于大规模竹丝肉鸡的高效优质饲养,有效解决了目前竹丝肉鸡生产中遇到的关键问题,减少大量使用和滥用抗生素的现象,促进竹丝肉鸡产业健康、安全生产,生产出绿色禽肉,让消费者放心。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行具体描述,以便于所属技术领域的人员对本发明的理解。有必要在此特别指出的是,实施例只是用于对本发明做进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术熟练人员,根据上述发明内容对本发明作出的非本质性的改进和调整,应仍属于本发明的保护范围。同时下述所提及的原料未详细说明的,均为市售产品;未详细提及的工艺步骤或制备方法为均为本领域技术人员所知晓的工艺步骤或制备方法。
一、试验分组
选取900只1日龄的快大型竹丝鸡(全公苗),随机分成3个组,每组6个重复,每重复50只,进行为期55天的动物饲养试验。A组(空白对照组)饲喂基础日粮,B、C组在基础日粮上分别添加了0.5g/kg的含量15%的金霉素及复合添加剂(由0.5g/kg的复合植物精油、0.5g/kg的微生态制剂和0.5g/kg的鸭β-防御素-2组成)作为对比例1对照组和实施例1试验组,各组添加如下表1所示。试验基地在广东省鹤山市鹤城镇新汇景农业科技有限公司旗下金泉鸡场。饲料由广东三水广牧兴饲料厂制作,其基础日粮的组成及营养素含量如下表2和表3所示。

二、测定指标
2.1生产性能的测定
主要包括日均增重(ADG)、日均采食量(ADFI)及料重比。
日增重=(肉鸡试验末重-肉鸡试验初重)/试验天数;
日采食量=肉鸡试验期间采食量/试验天数×试验肉鸡只数;
料重比=日均采食量/日均增重。
2.2肠道组织结构的测定
试验结束后,在各组随机选取1头健康仔鸡进行屠宰,观察肠道上皮细胞是否受损,并分别剪取重复同一部位的十二指肠,空肠和回肠各约2cm,用生理盐水冲洗掉肠内容物后,用10%甲醛溶液固定2天以上,用于组织形态学分析。
三、试验结果与分析
3.1竹丝肉鸡生长性能试验结果
各对比例对照组和实施例试验组竹丝肉鸡生长性能测定与统计结果见表4。由表4数据可知:日均采食量,C组(实施例1试验组)显著高于A组(空白对照组)、B组(对比例1对照组)(P<0.05);日均增重,C组(实施例1试验组)显著高于A组(空白对照组)、B组(对比例1对照组)(P<0.05);料重比,各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

3.2对竹丝肉鸡肠道结构的影响
各对比例对照组和实施例试验组竹丝肉鸡生长肠道健康测定结果见表5。由表4数据可知:十二指肠绒毛长度,C组显著高于A、B组(P<0.05);隐窝深度,B、C组显著高于A组(P<0.05);V/C比值,C组高于A、B组。空肠绒毛长度,C组显著高于A、B组(P<0.05);隐窝深度,A组显著高于B、C组(P<0.05);V/C比值,C组高于A、B组。回肠绒毛长度绒毛长度,C、A组显著高于B组(P<0.05);隐窝深度,A、B组显著高于C组(P<0.05);V/C比值,C组高于A、B组。

从试验结果来看,在基础日粮中添加本发明的复合饲料添加剂可改善竹丝肉鸡生产性能,显著提高肉仔鸡日均增重和日均采食量。同时该复合饲料添加剂对竹丝鸡小肠绒毛长度和隐窝深度均有不同水平的影响,明显提高了绒毛长度/隐窝深度(V/C)比值,V/C越高越有利于肠道营养物质的吸收。由此可知,将抗菌肽、微生态制剂和复合植物精油复合成复合饲料添加剂加入基础日粮制成的饲料,在提高肉鸡生长性能、调节肠道健康等方面具有重要作用。
上述实施例为本发明的优选实施例,凡与本发明类似的工艺及所作的等效变化,均应属于本发明的保护范畴。

1.一种可促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的饲料,其特征在于:包括基础日粮和复合添加剂,所述复合添加剂由复合植物精油、微生态制剂和抗菌肽组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的饲料,其特征在于:所述复合添加剂按基础日粮计由0.5g/kg的复合植物精油、0.5g/kg的微生态制剂和0.5g/kg的抗菌肽组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的饲料,其特征在于:所述复合植物精油按质量百分比由2.5%的香芹酚精油、2.5%的肉桂醛精油、5%的百里香酚精油、2%的茶树精油、其余为载体组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种可促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的饲料,其特征在于:所述抗菌肽为鸭β-防御素-2。
5.根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种可促进竹丝肉鸡肠道健康的饲料,其特征在于:所述微生态制剂中枯草芽孢杆菌活菌数量为50亿/g、嗜酸乳杆菌活菌数量为20亿/g。
