Abstract
本发明公开了一种优良猕猴桃砧木的快速繁殖及培养方法,包括优良砧木的快速繁殖及培养,选择根系发达且生长健壮的狗枣猕猴桃作为母株获取扦插嫩枝,将所获取的扦插嫩枝的基部放入到生长调节剂中浸泡,将经过浸泡的嫩枝扦插入栽培皿中;栽培用蛭石、椰糠、泥炭土和园土以1:2∶5∶3的质量比配制成待消毒的培养基质,将经过福尔马林消毒处理后的培养基质作为培养土对所述扦插嫩枝进行栽培。本发明通过将狗枣猕猴桃嫩枝进行扦插培养,从而快速获得大量狗枣猕猴桃扦插苗,以此扦插苗作为砧木,能很好地发挥出狗枣猕猴桃根系发达,耐旱、耐涝和耐寒等特性,提升猕猴桃果实品质。

技术领域
本发明属于植物培养工程技术领域,尤其涉及优良猕猴桃砧木的快速繁殖及培养方法。
背景技术
猕猴桃属,是一种多年生的落叶果树,具有攀缘性。猕猴桃含有丰富的营养物质,其果实富含膳食纤维、维生素、蛋白质和矿物质等,其中维生素C含量极其丰富,被誉为“水果之王”﹔其根、茎、叶等也含有多种生物活性物质,具有清热利湿,保肝降酶、抗肿瘤等作用。现在,中国猕猴桃的种植面积和产量均居世界第一位,正处于快速发展时期。
嫁接繁殖是猕猴桃品种的主要繁殖方式,嫁接成活的难易和适宜的砧穗组合是影响猕猴桃优良品种繁育的主要因素,直接影响猕猴桃优良品种的推广应用,我国是世界上猕猴桃栽培面积最大的国家,新品种不断推出,随着生产的发展和利益最大化的追求,随意采用砧木带来的不良后果不断突出,造成品种优良性状退化,品质恶化抗病力差,严重影响了猕猴桃产业的发展,因此,优良品种与适宜砧木的选择是猕猴桃优质种苗繁殖和推广应用的关键,也是猕猴桃生产良种化的基本保障。
生产上多采用种子播种繁育的方式获得猕猴桃实生砧木苗,但通过种子播种获得的猕猴桃实生苗会因性状分离而出现抗性和亲和性等优良性状退化的现象,种子播种繁殖获得的砧木苗在抗性上会有所差异,长势也可能会不一致,因此我们提出了一种优良猕猴桃砧木的快速繁殖及培养方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题而提出的优良猕猴桃砧木的快速繁殖及培养方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

C栽培用蛭石、椰糠、泥炭土和园土以1:2∶5∶3的质量比配制成待消毒的培养基质,将经过福尔马林消毒处理后的培养基质作为培养土对所述扦插嫩枝进行栽培;
D栽培后及时除草,扦插苗成活后每隔半月或一月追施一次水肥,前期在叶面喷施水肥,半年后采用灌根方式对所述扦插嫩枝进行田间管理
进一步地,所述生长调节剂为改良1/2MS+6-BA0.02mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+IAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.02mg/L。
进一步地,所述砧木的培养条件为在光照强度为3000Lx,温度条件为25~27℃时,空气湿度条件为保持湿度为50~55%,光照12h。
进一步地,扦插成活后加强水肥管理,在叶面上喷洒质量浓度为0.5%~1%的尿素或0.1%的磷酸二氢钾溶液或0.5%~1%的尿素和0.1%的磷酸二氢钾的混合液。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过将狗枣猕猴桃嫩枝进行扦插培养,从而快速获得大量狗枣猕猴桃扦插苗,以此扦插苗作为砧木,能很好地发挥出狗枣猕猴桃根系发达,耐旱、耐涝和耐寒等特性,提高猕猴桃的栽培适应性,显著增强树体抗旱性,提升猕猴桃果实品质。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
如图1所示,在本实施例子1中,选择根系发达且生长健壮的狗枣猕猴桃作为母株,获取扦插嫩枝;
将所述扦插嫩枝的基部放入到生长调节剂中浸泡,将经过浸泡的扦插用嫩枝扦插入栽培皿中;
扦插植株激活处理的成活率明显较高,但插穗基部多数出现只长愈伤不长根的现象,因此成活率显著低于激素处理。单种植物激素中,NAA最低质量浓度(0.25g/L)的效果显著好于高质量浓度。而植物生长激素组合(改良1/2MS+6-BA0.02mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L++IAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.02mg/L)处理中,显著高于单一NAA激素处理和NAA激素处理。
所述砧木的培养条件为在光照强度为3000Lx,温度条件为25~27℃时,空气湿度条件为保持湿度为50~55%,光照12h。

在本实施例子2中,选择品种优良且生长健壮的中华猕猴桃,用锋利的簿接刀从美味猕猴桃树上切下生长旺盛的枝条作为接穗,在接穗前放置进行培养;其他同实施例子1.
通过对实施例子1和2的对比筛选出狗枣猕猴桃(对美味猕猴桃)作为最适于猕猴桃的砧木,因其木质根耐水耐渍,根系发达,主根支持力强,降低了渍水导致的死树率,显著增强树体抗旱性,减少灌水量,节约水资源;提高了抗逆性,从而提高了猕猴桃对溃疡病等病害的抵抗力,提高了猕猴桃果实品质。

1.一种优良猕猴桃砧木的快速繁殖及培养方法,其特征在于:
包括以下步骤:
A选择根系发达且生长健壮的狗枣猕猴桃作为母株获取扦插嫩枝;
B将所述扦插嫩枝的基部放入到生长调节剂中浸泡,将经过浸泡的扦插用嫩枝扦插入栽培皿中;
C栽培用蛭石、椰糠、泥炭土和园土以1:2∶5∶3的质量比配制成待消毒的培养基质,将经过福尔马林消毒处理后的培养基质作为培养土对所述扦插嫩枝进行栽培;
D栽培后及时除草,扦插苗成活后每隔半月或一月追施一次水肥,前期在叶面喷施水肥,半年后采用灌根方式对所述扦插嫩枝进行田间管理。
2.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃砧木的繁殖栽培方法,其特征在于:所述生长调节剂配方为改良1/2MS+6-BA0.02mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+IAA0.05mg/L+IBA0.02mg/L。
3.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃砧木的繁殖栽培方法,其特征在于:所述砧木的培养条件为在光照强度为3000Lx,温度条件为25~27℃时,湿度条件为保持空气湿度为50~55%,光照12h。
4.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃砧木的繁殖栽培方法,其特征在于:扦插成活后加强水肥管理,在叶面上喷洒质量浓度为0.5%~1%的尿素或0.1%的磷酸二氢钾溶液或0.5%~1%的尿素和0.1%的磷酸二氢钾的混合液。
