an EPS line construction method comprises the following steps:
(1) treating a wall base layer: cleaning and drying a wall body base layer, and cleaning, drying and leveling a base layer wall surface to ensure that the surface strength of the base layer surface is not less than 0.5 Mpa;
(2) determining a reference line: determining the vertical squareness of each internal corner and each external corner by using a line supporting plate and a square ruler, marking the repairing range and the thickness of the wall surface, determining and marking the vertical flatness of each large-surface wall by using a guiding ruler and a line supporting plate, and measuring and calculating the mortar consumption of a leveling layer according to the repairing range and the thickness;
(3) preparing mortar: mixing the bonding mortar with water according to the mass ratio of 4:1, stirring the mixture by using a handheld electric stirrer until the mixture is uniform and has moderate consistency, standing the mixture for 5min after the bonding mortar is prepared, stirring the mixture again before use, and using the stirred mortar within 2 hours;
(4) pasting an EPS plate: coating the prepared mortar on an EPS board, then paving and pasting the EPS board on a wall body base layer, paving and pasting the EPS board on the wall body base layer from bottom to top in a horizontal and vertical staggered joint mode, forcibly extruding the EPS board to enable the EPS board to be completely pasted on a wall surface, enabling the adhesive joint width to be not more than 3mm and the adhesive joint to be hooked along with adhesion, enabling the mortar joint to be full, and keeping the cleanness and tidiness of the surface of the EPS board;
(5) installing an anchoring nail: when the thickness of the line is more than or equal to 500mm, after the line is installed in place and maintained for 24 hours, punching holes at the set position of the line by using a percussion drill, enabling the holes to penetrate through the EPS line and the outer wall heat-insulating layer and enter the base layer wall body to be not less than 50mm, installing anchoring nails into the holes, and embedding the discs of the anchoring parts into the surface of the line so as not to expose the disc;
(6) seam treatment: coating a layer of plastering mortar on the joint of the EPS boards, immediately paving a layer of alkali-resistant grid cloth, covering the whole EPS boards with the grid cloth, then coating a layer of plastering mortar, paving a layer of reinforced grid cloth on the contact positions of the EPS boards, then coating a layer of plastering mortar, and waiting to dry;
(7) line repairing: the method comprises the steps of cleaning a part to be repaired, cutting an EPS plate into EPS materials with the same volume and shape as a defect area, adhering the EPS materials in place by using an adhesive, covering surface mortar and alkali-resistant mesh cloth on the surface, and overlapping the surface to the periphery by more than 50mm, so that the finished surface and the large surface of the periphery form a whole, and the flatness and smoothness are ensured.
Preferably, in the step (3), the bonding mortar comprises, by weight, 300-350 parts of cement, 510-550 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-8 parts of lignocellulose and 4-6 parts of a waterproof agent.

(4) pasting an EPS plate: coating the prepared mortar on an EPS board, wherein the mortar is coated on the EPS board in any one of point bonding, frame point bonding or strip bonding, then the EPS board is laid on a wall base layer, the EPS board is horizontally and vertically staggered and laid from bottom to top, the EPS board is extruded forcefully to be completely attached to a wall surface, the bonding seam width is not less than 80% of the plumpness and is not more than 3mm, the bonding seam is hooked along with bonding, the mortar joint is full, and the cleanness and tidiness of the surface of the EPS board are kept;
(5) installing an anchoring nail: when the thickness of the line is more than or equal to 500mm, after the line is installed in place and maintained for 24 hours, punching holes on a set part of the line by using a percussion drill, enabling the holes to penetrate through the EPS line and an outer wall heat insulation layer and enter a base layer wall body to be not less than 50mm, enabling anchoring nails to be installed into the holes, embedding discs of anchoring parts into the surface of the line and preventing the discs from being exposed, wherein the anchoring sequence of each EPS plate is that the periphery is anchored firstly, the middle part is anchored later, the distance between adjacent expansion anchor bolts and the edge distance are both 50-100 mm, and each expansion anchor bolt penetrates through the EPS plate and reaches a mortar;
(6) seam treatment: coating a layer of plastering mortar at the joint of the EPS board, immediately paving a layer of alkali-resistant mesh cloth, covering the whole EPS board with the mesh cloth, paving an alkali-resistant glass fiber net from top to bottom, straightening and flattening along the vertical and horizontal directions to enable the alkali-resistant glass fiber net to be tightly attached to the plastering mortar at the bottom layer, then coating a layer of plastering mortar, paving a layer of reinforced mesh cloth at the contact position of the EPS board, wherein the width of the reinforced mesh cloth is 100mm, then coating a layer of plastering mortar, and waiting for drying;
(7) line repairing: the method comprises the steps of cleaning a part to be repaired, adhering a plurality of straight steel plates along the inner wall of an area surrounded by the part to be repaired, enabling the distance between the straight steel plates and the part to be repaired to be not more than 4mm, enabling the plurality of steel plates to be connected end to surround a defect area, fixing the straight steel plates with a wall body through expansion bolts, enabling the thickness of the straight steel plates to be 1.5mm, filling gaps between the straight steel plates and peripheral EPS plates with plastering mortar, cutting the EPS plates into EPS materials with the same size and shape as the defect area, adhering the EPS materials in place with a binder, covering the surface with the plastering mortar and alkali-resistant mesh cloth, and overlapping the plastering mortar and the alkali-resistant mesh cloth to the periphery by more than 50mm, and finally forming a whole body by the.
