The grouting method is mainly used for reinforcing the foundation by adopting a compaction grouting method, grouting slurry into the soil under a pressure state through a grouting pipe, forming a slurry bubble and slurry soil combination body around the grouting pipe, extruding and compacting a soil body, and playing a comprehensive reinforcing effect on foundation soil.
At present, grouting methods commonly adopted in engineering include a grouting pipe grouting method, a steel flower pipe grouting method, a sleeve valve pipe grouting method and the like. The grouting methods all have certain problems, such as the phenomena of slurry outlet hole blockage and slurry return easily occur if pre-drilling is needed, the adaptability to the collapsible soil such as loess and the like is poor, the foundation reinforcement effect is not obvious, and the like; there is also a prior art for sectional grouting using a grouting bag, for example, in patent 202020532599.4, a bag type sectional grouting plugging device is disclosed, which has the following problems:

step 2, measuring and lofting, and determining hole sites and ground elevations by using a total station according to the foundation treatment requirement;
step 3, adopting a manual or spiral drilling machine to vertically rotate the device into the soil to reach a specified depth, and covering a pipe orifice to prevent impurities from entering the pipe to influence grouting quality;
step 4, starting grouting equipment to perform section-by-section grouting work on the steel perforated pipe from top to bottom, selecting proper grouting pressure until an expanding body of the section is formed, and increasing the grouting pressure to pierce the plugging membrane and enter the next section of grouting;
step 5, properly adjusting grouting pressure, repeating the step 4, and sequentially completing grouting work within a full depth range;
and 6, stopping grouting and sealing the pipe orifice after the grouting amount or the grouting pressure reaches a designed value so as to naturally solidify the grout.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the steel perforated pipe can be used as a pile body and a grouting channel, can be screwed into the soil body for direct grouting, and is convenient to construct; after the pile is formed, the reinforcement function is exerted in the foundation to jointly bear the upper load, so that the reinforcement cage is saved, and the engineering cost is saved;
(2) by adopting the segmented grouting method of plugging films and grouting pressure control, a relatively stable grouting pressure environment can be ensured to be maintained in the pipe, and a good grouting reinforcement effect is achieved;
(3) under the protection of the outer expanded body membrane, the grout outlet is not easy to block, the grouting quality and the grouting quality are ensured, the expanded body membrane expands to form a diameter expanding body, the bearing capacity of the pile body is greatly improved, the compaction and compaction effects on the soil body around the pile are exerted, the bearing capacity of the composite foundation is improved, meanwhile, the phenomenon of grout upward return in the traditional grouting process is avoided, the grouting efficiency is improved, and grout waste is reduced;
(4) compared with the traditional grouting process, the method has the characteristics of sectional controllability, high efficiency and convenience, has wider applicability, and can meet the requirements of most foundation treatment.
(5) The 'bag' of the invention is not only used for plugging a grouting section and preventing slurry from flowing out, but also filled with slurry to form a sectional expanding body to bear together with the pile body, thereby greatly improving the bearing capacity of the pile body.
(6) The 'bag' of the invention has continuous extrusion effect on the soil body around the pile after the enlarging body is formed by grouting, and the foundation reinforcement effect is better.
(7) The steel pipe of the invention is not only a pile body but also a grouting pipe, and only the plugging film is arranged in the steel pipe, thus the structure is simple and the manufacture is convenient.

The steel flower pipe pile in the invention can be used as a pile body and a grouting channel, can be screwed into the soil body for direct grouting, and is convenient for construction; after the pile is formed, the reinforcement function is exerted in the foundation to jointly bear the upper load, so that the reinforcement cage is saved, and the engineering cost is saved; by adopting the segmented grouting method of plugging films and grouting pressure control, a relatively stable grouting pressure environment can be ensured to be maintained in the pipe, and a good grouting reinforcement effect is achieved; under the protection of the outer expanded body membrane, the grout outlet is not easy to block, the grouting quality and the grouting quality are ensured, the expanded body membrane expands to form a diameter expanding body, the bearing capacity of the pile body is greatly improved, the compaction and compaction effects on the soil body around the pile are exerted, the bearing capacity of the composite foundation is improved, meanwhile, the phenomenon of grout upward return in the traditional grouting process is avoided, the grouting efficiency is improved, and grout waste is reduced;

Claims (9)

1. A sectional grouting bag type screw pile is characterized by comprising a steel flower pipe, a conical pile head, a screw blade, a one-way grout outlet valve, a steel ring, a plugging film and a reaming film;
the head part of the steel perforated pipe is a conical pile head, a steel ring and a plugging film are fixed at preset positions at different depths in the steel perforated pipe along the axial direction of the steel perforated pipe, the outer ring of the steel ring is welded on the inner wall of the steel perforated pipe, the inner ring of the steel ring is fixed with the plugging film, and the steel ring and the plugging film divide the steel perforated pipe into a plurality of grouting sections; each grouting section is provided with a plurality of grout outlet holes, each grouting section is provided with at least one expanded membrane, the expanded membranes are fixed on the outer ring of the steel flower tube through fixing pieces, and the grout outlet holes in the expanded membranes are provided with one-way grout outlet valves; and a helical blade is welded outside the steel flower pipe section between the adjacent expanding membranes.
2. The sectional-grouting sac type screw pile according to claim 1, wherein the one-way grout outlet valve is welded to a grout outlet hole in the interior of the expanded body membrane.
3. The sectional grouting sac type screw pile according to claim 1, wherein the screw blades are welded at equal intervals outside the steel perforated pipe, and a space for expansion deformation of the expander membrane under filling of grout is reserved between the expander membrane and the outer side of the steel perforated pipe.
4. The sectional grouting sack-type screw pile according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing member is a snap.
5. The sectional grouting bag type screw pile according to claim 4, wherein the expanding film is made of rubber, and the contact surfaces of the expanding film, the buckle and the steel flower tube are bonded by using toughened glue.
6. The sectional grouting bag type screw pile according to claim 1, wherein the steel ring is in a structure of an upper ring and a lower ring, and the contact surfaces of the two rings are buckled through a trapezoidal groove and a trapezoidal protrusion.
7. The sectional grouting bag type screw pile according to claim 1, wherein the plugging film is made of rubber and is integrally fixed in the steel flower tube by being glued with the steel ring.
8. The sectional grouting sac type screw pile according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the steel pipe section corresponding to the helical blade is provided with grouting holes.
9. The construction method of a sectional grouting sac type screw pile according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
A. prefabricating a steel perforated pipe, welding a steel ring plugging film at a preset position, welding a one-way slurry outlet valve, fixing an outer expanded body film of the pipe by using a buckle, and welding a helical blade;
B. measuring and lofting, and determining hole sites and ground elevations by using a total station according to the foundation treatment requirement;
C. vertically rotating the device into the soil to reach a specified depth, covering the pipe orifice of the steel perforated pipe, and preventing impurities from entering the pipe to influence the grouting quality;
D. starting grouting equipment to perform section-by-section grouting work on the steel perforated pipe from top to bottom, selecting set grouting pressure until the section of expanded diameter body forms, and increasing the grouting pressure to pierce the plugging membrane and enter the next section of grouting;
E. adjusting grouting pressure, repeating the step D, and sequentially completing grouting work within a full depth range;
F. and stopping grouting and sealing the pipe orifice after the grouting amount or the grouting pressure reaches the designed value so as to naturally solidify the grout.
