Since the steam is accumulated in the upper accommodating space 28 from bottom to top, when the bottom opening of the first cylindrical part 21 is opened, the steam is not directly sprayed but is sprayed from the upper accommodating space 28 to the lower abutting position 26 (i.e., the opening), the spraying speed is reduced, the dye and the auxiliary agent are less taken out, and the dyeing effect is improved.
