In use, the extension plate 48 is slid along the lateral adjustment groove, the extension plate 48 is simultaneously slid along the third guide bar 46, and simultaneously, the pressing frame 42 and the extension plate 48 are relatively slid in the axial direction. After the pressing frame 42 slides to the target position, the second screw 410 is screwed to and fixed to the pressing frame 42, so that the relative position of the pressing frame 42 and the expansion plate 48 in the axial direction is adjusted and fixed, and the length of the first fixing frame 4 is adjusted. The first fixing frame 4 is adjusted to different lengths, so that the boxes with different sizes can be fixed. For example, when the size of the box body is small, the length of the first fixing frame 4 is adjusted to be large, and the end of the first fixing frame 4 can reach the box body to fix the box body. Relatively, when the size of box is less, then with the little of the length adjustment of first mount 4, then first mount 4 just can fix the edge of box.
When the pressing frame 42 moves above the fixed box, the third screw 44 is rotated, the third screw 44 drives the second connecting plate 43, and the second connecting plate 43 drives the mounting plate 41 to move downward. The mounting plate 41 pushes the first extrusion block 45 downwards, and the first extrusion block 45 is pressed on the upper side of the processed box body, so that the upper side of the box body is pressed and fixed. The downward sliding distance of the height adjusting mounting plate 41 rotating through adjusting the third screw 44 is used for adjusting the extrusion degree of the first extrusion block 45 to the box body, so that the box bodies with different heights can be extruded and fixed, and the extrusion force applied to the box body can be adjusted.
The applicator member 6 comprises a first body 61, the first body 61 being cylindrical. The rubber ring 62 is annular, and the rubber ring 62 is fixed to the edge of the upper end of the first body 61 by bolts. The flow divider 63 is rectangular parallelepiped, and the flow divider 63 is bolted to the inner cavity of the first body 61 along the radial direction of the first body 61. The plurality of flow distribution members 63 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the storage cylinder 64. The storage cylinder 64 is fixed at the center of the plurality of flow dividing members 63 by bolts. The storage cylinder 64 is inserted into the first body 61 in the axial direction thereof. The scraper 65 is bolted to the upper end of the flow divider 63.
The flow divider 63 includes a first plate 631 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and further includes a first circular hole section 632, wherein the first hole section 632 penetrates through an end of the first plate 631 along an axial direction of the first plate 631. The second hole section 633 is a circular hole penetrating through the first plate 631, and the second hole section 633 extends along the axial direction of the first plate 631. The second bore section 633 is in communication with the first bore section 632 and is coaxially disposed. The first outlet hole 634 is a circular hole, the first outlet hole 634 is disposed in the first plate 631, and the first outlet hole 634 communicates with the second hole section 633. The first discharge hole 634 extends along a height direction of the first plate body 631. The plurality of first discharge holes 634 are uniformly distributed on the first plate body 631.
The scraping member 65 includes a third mounting frame 656, the third mounting frame 656 is rectangular, and a rectangular first fixing groove is concavely formed in an upper portion of the third mounting frame 656. The storage groove 658 is hemispherical, and the storage groove 658 is recessed in the bottom of the third mounting frame 656. The discharge hole 659 is a circular hole formed through the bottom of the third mounting frame 656, and the discharge hole 659 communicates with the storage groove 658. The second mounting frame 655 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the second mounting frame 655 is fixed in the first fixing groove by bolts. The upper portion of the second mounting frame 655 is concavely provided with a rectangular first smearing groove. The squeegee 654 is rectangular, and the squeegee 654 is fixed in the first applying groove with bolts. The plurality of scrapers 654 are aligned along the longitudinal direction of the second mounting frame 655. The scraper 654 is provided obliquely with respect to the height direction of the second mounting frame 655. A drain cavity is formed between adjacent scraper blades 654. The sidewall of the first partition 653 is a cylindrical curved surface, and the first partition 653 is pivotally connected between two adjacent scrapers 654. A wedge-shaped material discharge hole is bored in the first bulkhead 653. The plurality of material discharge holes are arranged along the arc direction of the first bulkhead 653. The rubber block 652 is triangular prism-shaped, the rubber block 652 is fixed to the upper portion of the squeegee 654 by bolts, and the rubber block 652 is located above the first partition 653. The second discharge hole 657 is a circular hole, the second discharge hole 657 penetrates the bottom of the second mounting frame 655, and the second discharge hole 657 communicates with the storage groove 658. The first frame 651 is fixed to the upper end of the second mounting frame 655 by bolts. One end of the first frame 651 is a cylindrical curved surface, and the other end of the first frame 651 is a concave cylindrical curved surface. A rectangular first cavity is penetrated in the first side frame 651, and the second mounting frame 655 is fixed in the first cavity by bolts. A circular output port is formed in the sidewall of the storage cylinder 64, and the output port is communicated with the first hole section 632.
The adjusting piece 5 comprises a first fixing pipe in a circular pipe shape, and a first circular operating rod is screwed in the first fixing pipe through threads.
In use, a sealant for bonding the damaged portion of the water tank is filled in the storage tube 64. The applicator member 6 is bolted to the end of the first operating rod. And rotating the first operating rod, wherein the first operating rod rotates in the first fixed pipe and drives the smearing piece 6 to contact the repaired water tank body. The sealant in the storage cylinder 64 flows along the first and second hole sections 632 and 633 to the first discharge hole 634, and finally flows from the first discharge hole 634 to the second discharge hole 657, the storage tank 658 and the discharge hole 659, after which the sealant flows between the two squeegees 654 and the first bulkhead 653, and the sealant is finally discharged from the material discharge hole of the first bulkhead 653. The sealant then slides along the sidewalls of the wiper 654 onto the repaired box. The first operating rod is rotated, the first operating rod rotates and drives the scraping piece 65 to rotate, and finally the rubber block 652 scrapes the sealant uniformly, so that the water tank barrel can be repaired. The sealant of the embodiment can adopt a rubber material.

The rubber blocks 652 scrape the sealant, so that the sealant smeared on the box body can be uniformly distributed, and a large amount of colloid is prevented from being adhered and accumulated.

a third mounting frame (656) which is cuboid and is provided with a rectangular first fixing groove in a concave manner at the upper part;
a storage groove 658 which is hemispherical and is recessed in the bottom of the third mounting frame 656;
a discharge hole (659) which is a circular hole formed in the bottom of the third mounting frame (656) and is communicated with the storage groove (658);
a second mounting frame (655) disposed in the first fixing groove; a rectangular first smearing groove is concavely arranged at the upper part of the second mounting frame (655);
a scraper (654) disposed in the first applying groove; a plurality of scrapers (654) arranged along the length direction of the second mounting frame (655);
a first bulkhead (653) disposed between two adjacent squeegees (654); a wedge-shaped material discharge hole is arranged in the first clapboard (653) in a penetrating way;
