When the pressing frame 42 moves above the fixed box, the third screw 44 is rotated, the third screw 44 drives the second connecting plate 43, and the second connecting plate 43 drives the mounting plate 41 to move downward. The applicator member 6 comprises a first body 61, the first body 61 being cylindrical. The rubber ring 62 is annular, and the rubber ring 62 is fixed to the edge of the upper end of the first body 61 by bolts. The flow divider 63 is rectangular parallelepiped, and the flow divider 63 is bolted to the inner cavity of the first body 61 along the radial direction of the first body 61. The second hole section 633 is a circular hole penetrating through the first plate 631, and the second hole section 633 extends along the axial direction of the first plate 631. The second bore section 633 is in communication with the first bore section 632 and is coaxially disposed. The first outlet hole 634 is a circular hole, the first outlet hole 634 is disposed in the first plate 631, and the first outlet hole 634 communicates with the second hole section 633. The first discharge hole 634 extends along a height direction of the first plate body 631. The plurality of first discharge holes 634 are uniformly distributed on the first plate body 631.

The sealant in the storage cylinder 64 flows along the first and second hole sections 632 and 633 to the first discharge hole 634, and finally flows from the first discharge hole 634 to the second discharge hole 657, the storage tank 658 and the discharge hole 659, after which the sealant flows between the two squeegees 654 and the first bulkhead 653, and the sealant is finally discharged from the material discharge hole of the first bulkhead 653. The sealant then slides along the sidewalls of the wiper 654 onto the repaired box. The first operating rod is rotated, the first operating rod rotates and drives the scraping piece 65 to rotate, and finally the rubber block 652 scrapes the sealant uniformly, so that the water tank barrel can be repaired. The sealant of the embodiment can adopt a rubber material.
