The application relates to the field of paperboard processing technology, in particular to a dispensing machine.
Background
The paperboard forming needs to firstly coat glue on the needed pasting position of the paperboard, then fold and form the paperboard, and the needed pasting position is pasted with the surface of the paperboard to fix the formed paperboard. Nowadays, a dispenser is often used in the printing industry to dispense glue to the required sticking position of the paperboard.
The dispenser comprises a frame and a dispensing device arranged on the frame. The dispensing device comprises a dispensing head, a lifting device and a transverse moving device, wherein the lifting device is used for driving the dispensing head to move up and down, and the transverse moving device is used for driving the dispensing head to move horizontally.
The glue dispenser is an automatic machine which specially controls glue and drips or coats the glue on the surface of a workpiece or in the workpiece, and the workpiece can be a paperboard, a textile and the like. When the dispensing machine is used for dispensing the workpieces, the dispensing head is moved to the position of the workpieces needing dispensing through the transverse moving device and the lifting device for dispensing. After the dispensing of one part is finished, the dispensing head is moved to another part of the workpiece, which needs dispensing, through the transverse moving device and the lifting device for dispensing.
The dispensing machine has low efficiency of dispensing the workpieces because only one dispensing head can dispense the adhesive singly, the area of the part of the workpiece to be adhered is large, and the dispensing part is more.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to improve the efficiency that work piece was glued to point gum machine point, this application provides a point gum machine.
The application provides a point gum machine adopts following technical scheme:
a glue dispenser comprises a rack, wherein a glue dispensing mechanism and a conveying mechanism for conveying workpieces are arranged on the rack; the point gum machine constructs including the template with set up the scraper blade in the template, the template is located the top of transport mechanism and is equipped with in the template and leaks gluey district, is located to leak to have seted up on the template in gluey district and leaks gluey hole, and the template is connected with the one-level lift driving piece that is used for driving the template lift, and the scraper blade is connected with the driving piece that slides that is used for driving the scraper blade to scrape and move glue.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the glue is needed to be dispensed to the workpiece, the glue is added to the template, the conveying mechanism conveys the workpiece to the lower part of the template, the primary lifting driving piece drives the template to descend so as to press and fix the workpiece at the bottom of the template, the sliding driving piece drives the scraping plate to scrape and move the glue to the glue leaking hole, the glue is adhered to the surface of the workpiece along the glue leaking hole, then the lifting driving piece drives the template to ascend, and the conveying belt conveys the dispensed workpiece to the next processing area. The dispensing machine can dispense all positions needing dispensing on the surface of the workpiece at one time, so that the efficiency of dispensing the workpiece by the dispensing machine is improved.
Optionally, the scraper blade is provided with two, and two scraper blades set up along the direction of sliding of scraper blade interval.
Through above-mentioned technical scheme, add the glue of capacity to the template between two scraper blades on, two scraper blades of driving piece drive that slide move glue to the other end from the one end of template, then the driving piece drive scraper blade that slides backward again, and glue that lies in between two scraper blades this moment is along the surface of the gluing hole adhesion to work piece of hourglass, and along with two scraper blades make a round trip to scrape repeatedly and move, glue is consumed gradually, need not frequent artifical glue that adds.
Optionally, the glue dispensing mechanism further comprises a mounting frame connected with the template, a mounting plate is arranged on the mounting frame, the two scraping plates are both mounted on the mounting plate, and a secondary lifting driving piece for driving the corresponding scraping plates to lift independently is arranged between the two scraping plates and the mounting plate; the sliding driving piece drives the mounting plate to slide on the mounting frame.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when using this point gum machine, add sufficient glue respectively to the template of the both ends department of scraper blade slip direction on, form two glue areas, two scraper blades slide between two glue areas at template both ends. When two scraper blades just arrived the one end of template at every turn, the scraper blade of keeping away from hourglass gluey district breaks away from the state of template for rising, and the scraper blade that is close to hourglass gluey district is the state of decline butt template, and at this moment, the glue that corresponds the glue district can supply to between two scraper blades, and later, two scraper blades change the state of rising break away from the template and decline butt template, slide next time. Therefore, the glue amount difference between the two scraping plates is small when the two scraping plates scrape and move each time, the glue amount dropping to the workpiece along the glue leakage hole is small, and the glue dispensing amount balance of each workpiece is improved.
Optionally, the cylinder is used for both the first-level lifting driving piece and the second-level lifting driving piece.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the easy operation and the easy installation of cylinder.
Optionally, the sliding driving part adopts a sliding mode of a screw rod and a nut or a sliding mode of a gear and a rack.
By adopting the technical scheme, the screw rod and the screw nut are simple in structure and good in transmission performance; the rack and pinion are simple in construction and easy to assemble.
Optionally, a rib is arranged on the periphery of the template.
By adopting the technical scheme, the flanges are arranged on the periphery of the template, and the glue is prevented from flowing to the workpiece or the conveying belt from the peripheral edges of the template, so that the glue is kept loaded on the template, the glue can drip along glue leaking holes to glue the workpiece as much as possible, and the utilization rate of the glue is improved.
Optionally, the conveying mechanism is a conveyor belt.
By adopting the technical scheme, an operator can place the workpiece on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt conveys the workpiece to the glue dispensing mechanism so that the glue dispensing mechanism dispenses the workpiece, and then the dispensed workpiece is conveyed to the next processing area, so that the working efficiency of the glue dispenser is improved.
Optionally, the surface of the squeegee is covered with an anti-sticking layer.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the surface covering of scraper blade has antiseized layer to reduce glue and paste in the possibility on scraper blade surface, make the scraper blade difficult paste on the template through glue, improve the smooth and easy nature of scraper blade glue that slides.
To sum up, the application comprises the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the sliding driving assembly drives the scraper plate to slide along the template so as to slide the glue to the plurality of glue leaking holes, and the glue drips to the surface of the workpiece along the plurality of glue leaking holes, so that the workpiece can finish the glue dispensing operation of the workpiece at one time, and the effect of improving the efficiency of dispensing the workpiece by the glue dispenser is achieved;
2. the two-stage lifting driving piece for driving the corresponding scraper to independently lift is arranged between the two scrapers and the mounting plate, so that the glue amount dripping to the workpiece along the glue leakage hole is not greatly different, and the effect of improving the balance of glue dispensing amount of each workpiece is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below.
The embodiment of the application discloses point gum machine, refers to fig. 1, including the point gum machine body, the point gum machine body is provided with transport mechanism and some gum machine construct including frame 1 in the frame 1.
Referring to fig. 1, a frame 1 is vertically placed on the ground, a conveying mechanism is arranged on the frame 1, the conveying mechanism adopts a conveying belt 2, and the top surface of the conveying belt 2 is horizontal to the ground.
The glue dispensing mechanism is arranged at the position of the rack 1 above the conveying belt 2 and comprises a template 3 and a scraper 4 arranged on the template 3. The template 3 is in a long plate shape, the top surface of the template is horizontal to the ground, and the length direction of the template is vertical to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt 2. According to the position of the workpiece needing to be pasted, the top of the template 3 is provided with a glue leaking area, and the template 3 positioned in the glue leaking area is provided with a plurality of glue leaking holes 33 corresponding to the position needing to be pasted. The both ends of template 3 length direction are connected with mounting bracket 31. The mounting frame 31 is of a gantry type, the length direction of the cross beam is parallel to the ground, the length direction of the vertical beams is perpendicular to the ground, two ends of the length direction of the cross beam are fixedly connected with the top ends of the two vertical beams respectively, and the bottom ends of the two vertical beams are fixedly connected with two ends of the length direction of the template 3 respectively. The top of the beam is provided with a primary lifting driving piece 32 for driving the template 3 to lift. The first-level lifting driving part 32 adopts an air cylinder, a piston rod of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the top of the cross beam, and a base of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the rack 1.
The bottom of the cross beam is provided with a sliding driving piece along the length direction of the cross beam. The sliding driving piece can adopt a rack and a gear matched with the rack. The length direction of the rack is consistent with that of the cross beam, the gear is connected with a motor, a rotating shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the gear, and the gear is rotatably connected with a mounting plate 41. Referring to fig. 2, the mounting plate 41 is a long plate, the length direction of which is the same as the conveying direction, and the center of the top is rotatably connected to the bottom of the gear.
Both the scrapers 4 are provided at one end in the length direction of the mounting plate 41. The scraper 4 is in the shape of a long plate, the surface of the scraper is inclined to the ground, the top of the scraper is inclined to the bottom of the scraper, and the length direction of the scraper is vertical to the length direction of the template 3. The two scraping plates 4 are arranged in parallel on the mounting plate 41 at intervals along a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, and two secondary lifting driving parts 42 for driving the scraping plates 4 to lift are respectively arranged on the tops of the scraping plates 4 along the two sides of the length direction of the cross beam of the mounting frame 31. The second-level lifting driving part 42 adopts an air cylinder, the base of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 41, and the piston rod of the air cylinder is detachably and fixedly connected with the top side wall of the scraper 4. The outer wall of the scraper 4 is covered with a release layer (not shown in the drawing), which may be teflon coated.
When the two scraping plates 4 just reach one end of the template 3 each time, the scraping plate 4 far away from the glue leakage area is in a state of being lifted away from the template 3, the scraping plate 4 close to the glue leakage area is in a state of being descended to be abutted against the template 3, and glue of the scraping plate 4 close to the glue leakage area is supplemented between the two scraping plates 4. Then the second grade lifting drive piece 42 drives the scraper 4 far away from the glue leakage area to descend until the scraper 4 is abutted to the top of the template 3, the second grade lifting drive piece 42 drives the scraper 4 close to the glue leakage area to ascend, then the sliding drive piece drives the two scrapers 4 to slide so as to paint glue to the glue leakage hole 33, and the glue is enabled to leak to the required pasting position of the workpiece along the glue leakage hole 33.
Both ends of the length direction of the template 3 are provided with flanges 34 for blocking the glue from flowing out to the outside. The flanges 34 are long plate-shaped, the length direction of the flanges is vertical to the length direction of the template 3, the surface of the flanges is vertical to the ground, and the bottom ends of the flanges 34 are fixedly connected with the corresponding ends of the template 3.
The implementation principle of a dispenser of the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when the dispenser is used, the workpiece is placed on the conveyor belt 2 until the conveyor belt 2 conveys the workpiece in the conveying direction to below the die plate 3. The first-level lifting driving part 32 drives the template 3 to descend until the bottom of the template 3 is abutted to the surface of the workpiece, the sliding driving part drives the two scraping plates 4 to slide so as to paint glue to the positions of the glue leaking holes 33, and the glue is enabled to drip to the required pasting positions of the workpiece along the glue leaking holes 33. Then the primary lifting driving member 32 drives the template 3 to ascend, and the conveyor belt 2 continues to convey the glued workpiece to the next processing area. The dispensing machine can dispense all positions needing dispensing on the surface of the workpiece at one time, so that the efficiency of dispensing the workpiece by the dispensing machine is improved.
