The intermittent feeding and grinding device for processing the wheat flour as recited in claim 1, wherein the grinding mechanism comprises a grinding roller (3), a grinding cavity (2) is formed inside the grinding box (1), the grinding cavity (2) is respectively communicated with a plurality of first sliding chutes (5), the grinding roller (3) is rotatably arranged inside the grinding cavity (2), and a first discharge pipe (10) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the grinding box (1) and the position of the grinding cavity (2).

An intermittent feeding and grinding device for wheat flour processing according to claim 1, wherein said first supporting means comprises four first supporting legs (11) and first supporting bases (12), the top ends of said four first supporting legs (11) are fixedly connected to the four corners of the bottom end of the grinding box (1), respectively, and the top ends of said four first supporting bases (12) are fixedly connected to the bottom ends of the first supporting legs (11) at the corresponding positions, respectively.

An intermittent feed grinding apparatus for wheat flour processing according to claim 1, wherein the grinding apparatus further comprises a feed mechanism for feeding the feed medium to the grinding apparatus, the linkage mechanism comprises a rotating rod (13) and a gear (14), the bottom end of the rotating rod (13) is fixedly connected with the top end of the grinding roller (3), the top end of the grinding box (1) is provided with a rotating hole which is communicated with the grinding cavity (2), the rotating rod (13) is rotatably connected inside the rotating hole through a bearing, the rotating hole is communicated with the rotating groove (6), the gear (14) is fixedly sleeved on the outer wall of the rotating rod (13), the gear (14) is arranged inside the rotating groove (6), the outer walls of the rotating discs (8) are provided with gear teeth (15), the outer wall of the gear (14) is respectively meshed and connected with tooth grooves of a plurality of gear teeth (15), the diameters of the gears (14) are smaller than the diameters of the turntables (8).

An intermittent feeding and grinding device for processing wheat flour as claimed in claim 4, wherein a servo motor (16) is arranged at the top end of the rotating rod (13), an output shaft of the servo motor (16) is in transmission connection with the top end of the rotating rod (13), and the servo motor (16) is electrically connected with an external power supply through an external switch.

An intermittent feeding and grinding device for wheat flour processing as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer wall of the servo motor (16) is fixedly sleeved with a fixing ring (17), the bottom end of the fixing ring (17) is fixedly connected with a plurality of support rods (18) in an annular array, and the bottom ends of the plurality of support rods (18) are fixedly connected with the top end of the grinding box (1).

10. The use method of the intermittent feeding grinding device for processing the wheat flour is characterized by comprising the following specific use steps:
the method comprises the following steps: enough wheat is fed into the feeding hoppers, a switch of a servo motor (16) is turned on, so that an output shaft of the servo motor (16) drives a rotating rod (13) to rotate, the rotating rod (13) rotates to drive a gear (14) to rotate, the gear (14) rotates to drive a plurality of rotating discs (8) with gear teeth (15) to rotate, the rotating discs (8) rotate along with the rotating, until a feeding through hole (9) is overlapped with a corresponding first feeding hole (4), the wheat particles accumulated at the top of the first feeding hole (4) enter a first sliding chute (5) through the feeding through hole (9), and when the feeding through hole (9) does not overlap with the first feeding hole (4) along with the rotation of the rotating discs (8), the wheat continues to be left in the feeding hoppers;

step three: wheat flour entering the first discharging pipe (10) enters the filtering box (19) through the second feeding hole (20), the wheat flour entering the filtering box (19) falls on the sieve plate (23), the successfully ground wheat flour passes through the sieve plate (23) and falls into the second chute (21), finally the wheat flour is discharged out of the filtering box (19) through the second discharging pipe (22), and some wheat particles which are not ground into powder slide to the position of the discharging chute (24) through the obliquely arranged sieve plate (23) and are separated from the filtering box (19);
step four: after grinding, a switch of the servo motor (16) is turned off, the second rotating shaft (27) is rotated anticlockwise, the rotating lock rod (28) rotates around the second rotating shaft (27) until the rotating lock rod (28) is separated from the L-shaped handle (26), the L-shaped handle (26) is grabbed to open the sealing door (25) and take out the sieve plate (23) for cleaning, and after cleaning is completed, the operation is repeated reversely to install the sieve plate (23) and close the sealing door (25).
