Abstract

Background
Ultrasonic imaging systems for mammary glands require that the mammary gland be immersed in a detection medium (such as water) and cannot shake. At the moment, the examinee only needs to paste a small magnet at the front end of the mammary gland by using the medical waterproof adhesive tape, and then the mammary gland of the examinee faces the breast support to lie down, so that the ultrasonic tomography examination of the mammary gland can be completed. The mechanical structure is adopted, various sensors and complex circuit control are not needed for control, the safety coefficient is high, and meanwhile, the mechanical structure has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in batch manufacturing.

When the telescopic rod 2 is pulled up by an operator by hand, when the telescopic rod is pulled up to the highest position, the ball 6 passes through the groove 7, the ball 6 is originally in a cavity (shown in figure 5) formed at the position on the inner side of the sleeve 1 and the annular boss 21, and the upper surface of the cavity is extruded by the support piece 3, so the ball 6 can be rapidly extruded into the groove 7, at the moment, the telescopic rod 2 continuously rises to form a locked state in figures 2 and 4, and at the moment, the telescopic rod 2 cannot fall down even if the operator releases his hand. The long spring 4 is compressed and the short spring 5 is in an automatically extended and released state.

The pulling force of the breast support on the mammary gland is controlled depending on the elastic force of the long spring 4. When the examinee gets up, the two magnets are easy to pull apart due to the limited attraction force.
The mechanical structure replaces various complex sensors and complex circuit control for control, basically the same detection purpose can be achieved, and the mechanical detection device has the advantages of being high in safety coefficient, simple in structure and easy to manufacture in batches. Has higher practical use value in the aspect of meeting the requirement of general inspection.
