the baffle (113) is arranged on the second fixed shaft (112) in a rotating and sliding mode, the baffle (113) is matched with the holding rod (103), and the baffle (113) is in sliding fit with the fourth fixed block (111);
the top of the bolt (114) and the top of the fourth fixing block (111) are both provided with the bolt (114) in a sliding manner, the bolt (114) is matched with the baffle (113), and a return spring is arranged between the bolt (114) on the same side and the fourth fixing block (111).
