The three-dimensional structure comprises a cone, a cube, a round table and a groove
The invention relates to a smoking medium having a three-dimensional textured portion comprising at least one aerosol generating substance, the three-dimensional textured portion comprising one or more textures formed in a surface of the smoking medium. The three-dimensional structures are arranged in a lattice and/or a linear array, and the linear array is a linear line and a curved line. The three-dimensional structure comprises a cone, a cube, a round table and a groove. The taper includes a cone, a pyramid, and the like.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein and can be implemented in various different ways. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a smoking medium having three-dimensional volumetric features arranged in a dot matrix in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, more than one spatial structure 11 is formed on the surface of the smoking medium 1 in a lattice arrangement. Preferably, the transverse spacing between adjacent three-dimensional structures arranged in the lattice is 1-10mm, and the longitudinal spacing is 1-10 mm. Typically the smoking media is in the form of a sheet of elongate strips, where elongate strips refer to the situation where the length of the smoking media is significantly greater than the width, and "lengthwise" direction of the smoking media refers to the direction extending along the length of the smoking media. Here, the transverse direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the smoking medium, and the longitudinal direction refers to a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the smoking medium. Preferably, the transverse spacing is 3-6mm and the longitudinal spacing is 3-6 mm.
Figure 2 is a schematic view of a smoking medium having a linear array of three-dimensional volumetric features according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, more than one spatial structure 11 is formed on the surface of the smoking medium 1 in a linear array. Here arranged in a straight line. The linear arrangement may be a parallel linear arrangement or a cross linear arrangement. Preferably, the vertical distance between adjacent straight lines is 0-20mm when the three-dimensional structures are arranged in a straight line. In the present embodiment, the linear arrangement is a parallel linear arrangement, and fig. 2 shows a plurality of parallel linear grooves 11. Preferably, the vertical distance between adjacent lines is 3-6 mm. In addition, it is preferable that the arrangement direction of the three-dimensional structures arranged in a linear shape forms an angle with the longitudinal direction of the smoking medium. Because the smoking medium is rectangular thin slice form, the arrangement direction of the three-dimensional structure arranged in a linear shape with under the condition that the length direction of the smoking medium is vertical (the cutting direction is parallel to the length direction of the smoking medium when the cut tobacco is cut), the smoking medium is easy to wrinkle at the three-dimensional structure position after shredding, on one hand, the subsequent production of shredding the smoking medium and heating cigarettes is not facilitated, on the other hand, the smoking medium is easy to block a smoke channel after wrinkling, and therefore the smoking amount and the smoking sensory quality of the cigarettes generated after heating by the heating smoking set are influenced. It is therefore preferred that the arrangement of the three dimensional structures in a rectilinear arrangement is at an angle to the length of the smoking medium. Preferably, the angle is 45 degrees.
Although the above description has been made in terms of a linear arrangement, the three-dimensional structures 11 may be arranged in a curved line in another embodiment. For example, an S-curve line shape.
Preferably, the height of the three-dimensional structure 11 is 0.02-0.5 mm. The height here may be the distance from the center of the bottom surface to the apex or the center of the top surface of the three-dimensional structure. Preferably, the height is 0.05-0.2 mm.
The shape of the three-dimensional structure 11 of the present invention includes a cone, a cube, a truncated cone, and a groove. In the case of the lattice-arranged three-dimensional structure 11, a cone and a truncated cone are preferable. In the case of the linearly arranged three-dimensional structures 11, a groove form is preferable, and triangular pyramid grooves and trapezoidal grooves are more preferable.
In one embodiment, the smoking media 1 of the present invention is a reconstituted tobacco sheet. The smoking media 1 of the present invention comprises at least one aerosol generating substance. For example, the aerosol-generating substance may include at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, tetraethylene glycol, and oleyl alcohol, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the segment of smoking media may contain other additives such as flavorants, aromas, and/or organic acids. Specifically, flavoring agents, flavors and fragrances, and the like may be added to the segment of smoking media by spraying, coating, and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention changes the space structure of the smoking media, increases the friction force between the smoking media, avoids the problem of loose tobacco material caused by external force during the transportation process of cigarettes, can improve the consistency of physical indexes and sensory quality of the cigarettes, and simultaneously can improve the smoothness of airflow between adjacent smoking media and improve the smoking effect and the sensory quality of the cigarettes.
When heated cigarette rods are made using the smoking media of the present invention, tobacco segments may be formed in a filamentary gathered or curled laminar manner. Figure 3 is a schematic view of one example of a tobacco segment formed from a smoking medium of the present invention having a three-dimensional volumetric configuration. The smoking medium is a plurality of tobacco shreds 2 generated by cutting or fine-cutting reconstituted tobacco sheets, and is wrapped by cigarette paper 4 to form a first tobacco section 5. The plurality of cut tobacco threads 2 are arranged in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction thereof. Here, the longitudinal direction refers to a longitudinal axis direction of the heated cigarette rod. The tobacco shreds may be rectangular parallelepiped in cross section and have a prescribed width W, thickness T and length L. The at least one three-dimensional structure 11 is arranged on the surface of the tobacco shred (surface formed by the width W and the length L) in the longitudinal direction of the tobacco shred 2. The tobacco sections are formed by the tobacco shreds cut by the smoking medium with the three-dimensional structure part, and the friction force among the tobacco shreds is increased by the three-dimensional structure part on the tobacco shreds, so that the problem of loose ends of the tobacco shreds caused by external force during the transportation process of cigarettes can be effectively avoided, and the consistency of physical indexes and sensory quality of the cigarettes is improved.
Figure 4 is a schematic view of another example of a tobacco segment formed from a smoking medium of the present invention having a three-dimensional volumetric configuration. The smoking media is a curled reconstituted tobacco lamina, which curled reconstituted tobacco lamina 3 is wrapped by cigarette paper 4 to form a second tobacco segment 6. Compared with the reconstituted tobacco sheets with the plane structure, the three-dimensional structure part on the smoking medium improves the gap between the adjacent reconstituted tobacco sheets, so that the airflow channel between the adjacent reconstituted tobacco sheets is improved, the smoking medium can be directly used as a tobacco material for heating cigarettes in a curling mode, and the subsequent treatment of the smoking medium is simplified.
Figure 5 is a schematic view of the heated cigarette rod of the present invention in its entirety. The heating cigarette comprises a tobacco section 5(6), a cooling section 7 and a filter tip section 8 which are coaxially connected in sequence.
