Fig. 8 is an architecture diagram of an internet-based care service system.
The system architecture comprises a nursing end, a network, a family end and a patient end, wherein the nursing end and the family end mutually transmit data through the network; it is worth mentioning that the family end and the patient end do not have direct data transmission, and both carry out indirect data transmission by taking the nursing end as a transfer station; the network may be a medium for providing a communication link between the care end and the patient end, or may be a wireless communication link, which is not further limited.
The patient side can be hardware or software. When the patient side is hardware, various electronic devices with communication functions can be provided, including but not limited to a personal computer. When the terminal is software, the terminal can be installed in the electronic equipment. The function that the patient end must have is a video acquisition function, which can be a mode of externally connecting a camera or a mode of internally arranging a camera module; the electronic equipment can be arranged on a sickbed or can be independent equipment matched with the sickbed.
The family members can use the family member terminal to interact with the nursing terminal through the network so as to receive or send data and the like. The family end is provided with a position detection application, in other words, the family end has a positioning function, and in addition, a video playing function is also required to be provided.
The family end can be hardware or software. When the family end is hardware, various electronic devices with communication functions can be provided, including but not limited to a smart phone. When the terminal is software, the terminal can be installed in the electronic equipment. It may be implemented as multiple pieces of software or software modules, or as a single piece of software or software module. And is not particularly limited herein. In the prior art, a smart phone can accomplish this function, but it does not mean that the family end is only a smart phone, and it can also be a special electronic device, but at least includes a communication function, a positioning function, and a video playing function.
The care may be a server providing various services, but necessarily may provide data communication and data processing type services. The nursing end can establish a connection channel with the patient end and can also perform data transmission with the family end through a network; it should be noted that the care end and the patient end are independent flat-service devices, and generally, the care end and the patient end are in a short distance and belong to the same local area network, while the family end must perform data transmission by means of a wireless communication link.
It should be noted that the data processing method of the internet of things provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is generally executed by a nursing end, and the nursing end may be hardware or software. When the nursing end is hardware, the distributed nursing end cluster formed by a plurality of nursing ends can be realized, and the distributed nursing end cluster can also be realized as a single nursing end. When the nursing end is software, the nursing end can be implemented as a plurality of software or software modules, or can be implemented as a single software or software module. It is not particularly limited herein; in normal home work, one personal computer can provide all functions provided by the nursing end in the embodiment of the invention.
It should be understood that the number of care, family and patient ends in fig. 8 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of care, family, and patient ends, as desired for the implementation.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an internet-based care service method, which is described in detail below and includes:
step S1: receiving a pre-care plan generated for a patient based on condition information; generating a care plan based on the pre-care plan, and generating a daily worksheet based on the care plan;
the object-oriented nursing staff in step S1 is a nursing staff, aiming to reduce the work pressure of the nursing staff, in the traditional work of the nursing staff, the nursing staff usually considers each patient individually to know the approximate illness state of the patient, and makes a corresponding nursing plan according to the case, if the number of patients is small, the nursing staff can go through the brain to memorize the flow, if the number of patients is large and the illness state of each patient is different, some recognization means are needed, the common way is a paper-pen combination way, which has a certain requirement on the manageability of the nursing staff, but the daily work of the nursing staff is very complicated, the plan is made in the state of exhaustion, which is obviously not suitable, therefore, the existing nursing staff mostly do not plan, only complete the work by means of memory and experience, and in this process, there are certainly some repeated works, the labor capacity of nursing staff is improved by changing the direction, so that the nursing staff falls into vicious circle; the purpose of step S1 is to generate a daily worksheet, which is worth mentioning that this daily worksheet is more used as a reference file, is not a fixed solution, and most of all plays a role of prompting.
Step S2: receiving a family end access request, and sending a video acquisition instruction to a patient end based on the access request; receiving a video sent by a patient end, and sending the video to a family end;
the step S2 is a family, and from the perspective of data transmission, the step S2 is essentially an indirect data transmission method between the family and the patient, where the family is used as a video acquisition requester, and when a request is sent, the identity of the family must be verified, and the verification methods are many, and may be a traditional pass encryption code method or a direct permission-limiting method, and limit the family qualified for video acquisition to a limited number of people, and the identity of the family is determined through face recognition, and the two methods are essentially the same, and both methods are to verify the identity of the family, and the difference is in the degree of confidentiality.
Step S3: the method comprises the steps of receiving a family member visiting request, sending an information record table to a family member based on the visiting request, sending a position information acquisition instruction at regular time, receiving position information sent by the family member, and sending the position information to a patient end.
Step S3 is for the patient, and the purpose is to facilitate the patient to know the specific information of the visitor, that is, in case of passing the identity verification, the content of the information record table is not fixed, and the information collection function is performed, and in general, the information record table includes the visitor identity information, the access time, and the access purpose; after receiving the information record table, regularly sending a position information acquisition instruction, receiving position information sent by a family end, and sending the position information to a patient end; it should be noted that step S3 has a hidden condition, that is, the receiving of the information record table is regarded as a confirmation access, but in practical applications, the information record table may be read and then the specified access time is sent, which are functions additionally developed on the basis of the present invention and are not contents to be protected by the present invention.
Wherein the pre-care plan in step S1 is generated by the patient side, fig. 2 shows a flow chart of steps of the patient side in the internet-based care service system, and the specific steps of the patient side generating the pre-care plan based on the condition information include:
step S01: acquiring patient information, and establishing a connection channel with a state information database;
step S01 is a connection step, in which a pre-care plan is generated by the patient side, and actually, the patient side is made based on the condition information, and for existing diseases, most of which are precedent diseases, the corresponding care plan is also perfect, and the corresponding care plan can be read based on the condition information; step S01 is a connection channel with the disease state information database, which is convenient for the patient to change the bed, once the patient changes the bed, the corresponding disease state information can be obtained by only inputting the patient information, and traditionally, the patient looks for the bed by numbering the hospital bed, which has essential difference;
step S02: traversing the disease state information database based on the patient information, and reading corresponding disease state information;
the patient information and the condition information are necessarily corresponding, and the step S02 is only a simple database searching operation;
step S03: identifying key information in the disease condition information, traversing a pre-care plan database based on the key information, and reading a corresponding pre-care plan;
identifying key information in the condition information, wherein the key information can be the name of a patient disease or other information, the word library formulation of the key information depends on the actual situation, for example, in a tumor hospital, the key information can comprise verbs such as 'doctor blade'; accordingly, a pre-care plan database is also built based on the key information, and it is ensured that it is feasible to traverse the pre-care plan database based on the key information.
Fig. 3 shows a sub-flow block diagram of the patient-side step in the internet-based care service system, which details the step of identifying key information in the condition information in step S03, and the specific steps of step S03 include:
step S031: reading an index item in the disease state information, and taking the index item as a keyword;
the index item in the disease condition information is generally a disease name, and of course, other numbers can be used, but the index item can be determined to be unique, so the index item naturally serves as a keyword;
step S032: reading separators in the disease state information, separating the disease state information into single sentence character strings, reading the head characters of the single sentence character strings, wherein the number of the read characters is not more than four;
the state of illness information often has many sentences, wherein if the state of illness information is analyzed, the first step is to segment the state of illness information, and the segmented state of illness information is stored in a character string form;
step S033: judging the attribute of a single sentence based on the read head character, and if the attribute of the single sentence is a imperative sentence, taking the single sentence as a key sentence;
step S032 reads the head characters of the single sentence, whether the single sentence is a praying sentence can be determined based on the comparison between the head characters and the verb database, the purpose of the step is to screen out the praying sentence, the importance of the praying sentence in the condition information is self-evident in the nursing plan, a plurality of praying sentences definitely stipulate how a nursing staff needs to do, it is worth mentioning that the screened praying sentences can be added into the manual modification of the nursing staff to play a role in correction, then the subsequent traversal is performed on the pre-nursing plan database, and the corresponding operation of the pre-nursing plan is read.
FIG. 4 shows a first sub-flow block diagram of an Internet-based care service method, generating a care plan based on the pre-care plan, the specific steps of generating a daily worksheet based on the care plan including:
step S11: receiving a pre-care plan sent by a patient end;
step S11 is that the nursing end receives the content sent by the patient end, and the nursing end is used as a receiver;
step S12: receiving a modification instruction of a nursing staff to generate a nursing plan;
the pre-care plan is only completed through a series of algorithms, and the generated content does not change due to the change of external conditions and only depends on the content of each database; of course, the pre-care plan may also serve as the final care plan, since the final purpose is mainly to serve as a reference; however, step S12 opens a receiving port for receiving modification instructions of the caregiver, and it should be noted that the modification of the caregiver is not a necessary step in the present invention.
Step S13: reading task items in a care plan, and generating at least one pre-scheduling table based on the task items;
as the care plans are in one-to-one correspondence with the patients, a plurality of care plans can be naturally generated for a plurality of patients, task items in the care plans are tasks required to be completed by nursing staff, the generation of the pre-scheduling table based on the task items is a sequencing process, and as for a sequencing standard which is not the content of the invention, only the sequencing needs to be completed, and a complete table is generated;
step S14: confirming a daily work table based on the pre-scheduling table;
the pre-scheduling list can be confirmed as a daily worksheet only after being screened, which is a compensation mechanism in the sorting process, simplifies the sorting algorithm, and places the emphasis on the screening algorithm, so that the efficiency can be greatly improved; the method comprises the following specific steps:
FIG. 5 shows a second sub-flow block diagram of an Internet-based care service method, the specific steps of identifying a daily worksheet based on the pre-scheduled shift table comprising:
step S141: reading task items in the pre-scheduling table;
reading task items in a pre-scheduled table, wherein the task items are from different care plans, and the step S13 is completed;
step S142: scoring the pre-scheduled shift schedule; the scoring formula is: total score = a + b-c; a is the product of the times of adjacent arrangement of the task items belonging to the same type and the first score; b is the product of the times of adjacent arrangement of the task items belonging to the same care plan and a second score, c is the product of the times of replacement of the task items belonging to different care plans and a third score, and the first score, the second score and the third score are preset values; a, b and c are all positive values;
step S142 is a scoring algorithm, the basic operation is traversal, the relevance of adjacent task items is judged, if the adjacent task items belong to the same type, for example, the bed sheet is changed, a plurality of sets of bed sheets can be carried for changing once, so that the time utilization rate is improved, and therefore, the scoring is performed, if the adjacent task items belong to the same nursing plan, the same patient is indicated, so that nursing staff do not need to change the patient back and forth, the time utilization rate is also improved, and therefore, the scoring is performed; if the adjacent task items belong to different care plans, namely in the traversal process, the care plan to which the task item belongs is changed, and the change represents the need of nursing to add the run once, which reduces the time utilization rate, namely the score is reduced; the first score, the second score and the third score are preset, depending on the actual situation.
Step S143: judging the grade, acquiring a pre-scheduling table with the highest grade, and determining the pre-scheduling table as a daily worksheet;
and comparing the scores, and identifying the optimal scheme as a daily worksheet based on the scores.
Fig. 6 shows a third sub-flow diagram of the internet-based nursing service method, receiving a family-side access request, and sending a video acquisition instruction to a patient side based on the access request, wherein the third sub-flow diagram comprises the following specific steps:
step S21: receiving a family member end exploring request, and sending an access purpose acquisition instruction to the family member end;
step S21 is only a trigger process, and once a request for visiting the family end is received, an access destination acquisition instruction is immediately sent to the family end;
step S22: receiving an access purpose sent by a family end, sending different numbers of verification questions based on the access purpose, and obtaining corresponding answers;
the essence of step S22 is to verify the family member identity information and to give a specific verification means, i.e. means of the secret problem; it is worth mentioning that the verification mode is not unique, can be a traditional pass encryption code mode, and can also be a mode of directly limiting the authority, the family members qualified for obtaining the video are limited to a limited number of people, and the family member identity is judged through face identification;
step S23: judging whether the answer is correct or not, if the answer is correct, sending a video acquisition instruction to the patient side, and if the answer is incorrect, sending a face information acquisition instruction to the family side, and receiving the face information of the visitor sent by the family side;
step S23 is a determination process, which is essentially a coping process, and if the verification is passed, a video acquisition instruction is sent to the patient side, and if the verification fails, a face information acquisition instruction is sent to the family side, and the face information of the visitor sent by the family side is received.
Fig. 7 is a sub-flow block diagram showing a step of the family end in the internet-based nursing service system, which specifically includes the steps of receiving a visit request of the family end, sending an information record table to the family end based on the visit request, sending a position information acquisition instruction at regular time, receiving position information sent by the family end, and sending the position information to the patient end:
step S41: sending first short message data to a positioning server, wherein the first short message data comprises a positioning request;
the short message data is a data transmission mode with high stability, and step S41 is to convert the positioning request into the first short message data for transmission;
step S42: receiving and analyzing second short message data, wherein the second short message data is generated by the positioning server according to satellite capturing auxiliary data;
after receiving the first short message data, the positioning server generates data required to be acquired in the positioning process, wherein the data is the satellite acquisition auxiliary data and is generated by the family end;
step S43: generating pseudo-range measurement data based on the analyzed second short message data;
the family end generates pseudo-range measurement data based on the analyzed second short message data, actually, the family end receives satellite capturing auxiliary data and generates pseudo-range measurement data based on the satellite capturing auxiliary data, and one-step data conversion exists in the middle of the pseudo-range measurement data, and the pseudo-range measurement data is converted into short message data to be received and sent;
step S44: converting the pseudo-range measurement data into third short message data, and sending the third short message data to a positioning server;
step S44, converting the pseudo-range measurement data into short message data and sending the short message data to the positioning server;
step S45: receiving fourth short message data, wherein the fourth short message data is generated by the positioning server and at least comprises a position name;
step S45 is an information acquisition process, and if the position information is to be sent to the nursing end, format conversion may be performed or not, because the fourth short message data itself is a data structure easy to read.
