Based on the inventive concept of a method of increasing a critical care management level as in the previous embodiments, the invention further provides a system for increasing a critical care management level, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of any one of the methods of a method of increasing a critical care management level as described above.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other systems over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

the method and the system for improving the intensive care management level are applied to an intensive care management device, wherein the intensive care management device is connected with an intelligent terminal and acquires information of a first patient; obtaining a first patient care requirement based on the first patient information; obtaining first nursing staff information according to the first patient information; according to the first nursing staff information, a first nursing track is obtained through an intelligent terminal, and the first nursing staff is provided with a first intelligent terminal; obtaining first patient care information according to the first care track; inputting the first patient care requirement and the first patient care information into a care evaluation model to obtain first care evaluation information; obtaining first matching degree information according to the first nursing staff information and the first patient information; obtaining a first patient care level grade according to the first care evaluation information and the first matching degree information; and judging whether the first patient care level grade meets a first preset requirement, and when the first patient care level grade does not meet the first preset requirement, obtaining first reminding information, wherein the first reminding information is used for reminding that the current care level does not reach the standard and needs to be replaced. The effective evaluation to the severe care level has been reached, in time adjust to the nursing that does not satisfy the requirement, in order to improve nursing management level, more effectual for the severe patient improves effectual nursing, and add the accuracy that the neural network model improved the data analysis result, the technological effect who provides powerful support for effectively promoting the severe care management level, thereby the level of having solved severe care among the prior art is difficult to evaluate, rely on nursing staff professional level, there is the uneven level, lack nursing level's supervision and influence nursing effect's technical problem.

Claims (10)
1. A method for improving the intensive care management level is applied to an intensive care management device, and the intensive care management device is connected with an intelligent terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining first patient information;
obtaining a first patient care requirement based on the first patient information;
obtaining first nursing staff information according to the first patient information;
according to the first nursing staff information, a first nursing track is obtained through an intelligent terminal, and the first nursing staff is provided with a first intelligent terminal;
obtaining first patient care information according to the first care track;
inputting the first patient care requirement and the first patient care information into a care evaluation model to obtain first care evaluation information;
obtaining first matching degree information according to the first nursing staff information and the first patient information;
obtaining a first patient care level grade according to the first care evaluation information and the first matching degree information;
and judging whether the first patient care level grade meets a first preset requirement, and when the first patient care level grade does not meet the first preset requirement, obtaining first reminding information, wherein the first reminding information is used for reminding that the current care level does not reach the standard and needs to be replaced.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said entering the first patient care requirement, the first patient care information into a care assessment model, obtaining first care assessment information, comprises:
receiving a first patient care request as first input information;
taking the first patient care information as second input information;
inputting the first input information and the second input information into a nursing evaluation model, wherein the nursing evaluation model is obtained by training a plurality of groups of training data, and each group of the plurality of groups of training data comprises: the first input information, the second input information, and identification information identifying care level assessment information;
obtaining a first output result of the care evaluation model, the first output result comprising first care evaluation information representing a degree to which first patient care information satisfies a corresponding level of first patient care requirements.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining a first patient care requirement based on said first patient information comprises:
obtaining a first patient medical record according to the first patient information;
the first patient medical record is used for acquiring the disease level information of the patient;
and obtaining the first patient nursing requirement according to the first patient medical record and the patient condition grade information, wherein the first patient nursing requirement comprises a nursing item, a nursing time length, a nursing environment and a nursing professional degree.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining, by the intelligent terminal, the first care track according to the first caregiver information comprises:
acquiring first intelligent terminal information according to the first nursing staff information;
through the first intelligent terminal, the working path information of the first nursing staff is collected, and the first nursing track is obtained and comprises position information and duration information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said obtaining first patient care information from said first care trajectory comprises:
obtaining first patient position information according to the first patient information;
obtaining first nursing time according to the first nursing track and the first patient position information;
obtaining a first care item;
and obtaining the first patient care information according to the first care item and the first care time.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the first patient has a patient smart terminal, the method comprising:
determining, by the first patient smart terminal, the first patient location information;
when the first intelligent terminal of the first nursing staff arrives at the first patient position, obtaining a first signal, wherein the first signal is generated by connecting the first intelligent terminal with the first patient intelligent terminal;
obtaining the first care time according to the first signal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the critical care management device is connected to a critical care monitoring instrument, the method comprising:
according to the first patient information, first monitoring data are obtained through an intensive care monitoring instrument, wherein the first monitoring data are monitoring data at a first time, and the first time is before the first nursing time;
obtaining second monitoring data according to the first nursing time;
obtaining a first data change value according to the first monitoring data and the second monitoring data;
obtaining first nursing effect information according to the first data change value;
obtaining the nursing level grade of the first patient according to the first nursing effect information, the first nursing evaluation information and the first matching degree information;
and judging whether the first patient care level grade meets the first preset requirement, and if not, obtaining first adjustment information according to the first care effect information, the first care evaluation information and the first matching degree information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining a first query instruction, wherein the first query instruction is a query instruction sent by a first patient family member;
obtaining the first patient information according to the first query instruction;
obtaining a first care data set according to the first patient information, wherein the first care data set comprises the first patient care level grade, the first care effect information, monitoring data and the first caregiver information;
obtaining a first sending instruction according to the first query instruction and the first nursing data set, wherein the first sending instruction is used for sending the first nursing data set to a first patient family member.
9. A system for increasing the level of intensive care management, wherein the system comprises:
a first obtaining unit for obtaining first patient information;
a second obtaining unit for obtaining a first patient care requirement according to the first patient information;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain first caregiver information according to the first patient information;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the first caregiver information, a first nursing track through an intelligent terminal, where the first caregiver has a first intelligent terminal;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first patient care information according to the first care trajectory;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to input the first patient care requirement and the first patient care information into a care evaluation model, and obtain first care evaluation information;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain first matching degree information according to the first caregiver information and the first patient information;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first patient care level grade according to the first care evaluation information and the first matching degree information;
the first execution unit is used for judging whether the first patient care level grade meets a first preset requirement or not, and when the first patient care level grade does not meet the first preset requirement, first reminding information is obtained and used for reminding that the current care level does not meet the standard and needs to be replaced.
10. A system for increasing the level of intensive care management comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1-8 when executing the program.
