Based on the inventive concept of a neurosurgical patient comprehensive diagnosis and treatment method in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a neurosurgical patient comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the aforementioned neurosurgical patient comprehensive diagnosis and treatment methods.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 305 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other systems over a transmission medium.
The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.
The embodiment of the invention provides a neurosurgical patient comprehensive diagnosis and treatment method, which is applied to a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system, wherein the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system is in communication connection with a first camera device, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first image of a first user through the first camera device; acquiring first basic information of the first user through the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system; acquiring a first analysis instruction, and analyzing the first image and the first basic information according to the first analysis instruction to acquire a first analysis result; obtaining first state grading information of the first user according to the first analysis result; matching a first test set and a second test set according to the first state grading information, wherein the first test set and the second test set are different test sets; obtaining a first evaluation instruction, and respectively evaluating the first user for the disturbance of consciousness through the first test set and the second test set according to the first evaluation instruction; obtaining first sound feedback and second image feedback in the consciousness disturbance assessment process, wherein the first sound feedback is patient feedback sound for performing consciousness disturbance assessment on the first user through the first test set, and the second image feedback is patient feedback images for performing consciousness disturbance assessment on the first user through the second test set; using the first test set and the first sound feedback as a first input set, using the second test set and the second image feedback as a second input set, and inputting the first input set and the second input set into a first consciousness disturbance analysis model to obtain a first output result; and evaluating the real-time state of the first user according to the first output result to obtain a first evaluation result. The technical problems that in the prior art, the working strength of nursing staff is high, and the state of a patient is judged inaccurately are solved, the intelligent monitoring of the patient is achieved, the working strength of the nursing staff is reduced, and the technical effect of the accuracy of the state judgment of the patient is improved.

Claims (9)

1. A neurosurgical patient comprehensive diagnosis and treatment method, wherein the method is applied to a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system which is in communication connection with a first camera device, and the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining a first image of a first user through the first camera device;
acquiring first basic information of the first user through the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system;
acquiring a first analysis instruction, and analyzing the first image and the first basic information according to the first analysis instruction to acquire a first analysis result;
obtaining first state grading information of the first user according to the first analysis result;
matching a first test set and a second test set according to the first state grading information, wherein the first test set and the second test set are different test sets;
obtaining a first evaluation instruction, and respectively evaluating the first user for the disturbance of consciousness through the first test set and the second test set according to the first evaluation instruction;
obtaining first sound feedback and second image feedback in the consciousness disturbance assessment process, wherein the first sound feedback is patient feedback sound for performing consciousness disturbance assessment on the first user through the first test set, and the second image feedback is patient feedback images for performing consciousness disturbance assessment on the first user through the second test set;
using the first test set and the first sound feedback as a first input set, using the second test set and the second image feedback as a second input set, and inputting the first input set and the second input set into a first consciousness disturbance analysis model to obtain a first output result;
and evaluating the real-time state of the first user according to the first output result to obtain a first evaluation result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
constructing a first test database according to the first basic information;
grading data according to the complexity of the test data in the first test database to obtain a first data grading result;
matching the first data grading result according to the first state grading information to obtain a first test set;
acquiring first body state information of the first user according to the first basic information;
constructing a second test database according to the first body state information;
grading the data according to the complexity of the test data in the second test database to obtain a second data grading result;
matching the second data grading result according to the first state grading information to obtain a second test set;
and evaluating the first user for disturbance of consciousness according to the first test set and the second test set.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said assessing disturbance of consciousness of said first user from said first set of tests and said second set of tests further comprises:
obtaining second image feedback of the first user for a second test set test;
obtaining a first completion degree of the first user according to the second image feedback, and taking the first completion degree as a first evaluation index;
obtaining first completion time of the first user, and taking the first completion time as a second evaluation index;
obtaining a first holding force of the first user when the second test set test is completed, and taking the first holding force as a third evaluation index;
and evaluating the first user for disturbance of consciousness according to the first evaluation index, the second evaluation index and the third evaluation index.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first weight and a second weight, wherein the first weight is the weight occupied by the first completion degree, the second weight is the weight occupied by the first completion time, and the sum of the first weight and the second weight is 1;
performing weighted calculation on the first evaluation index according to the first weight to obtain a fourth evaluation index;
performing weighted calculation on the second evaluation index according to the second weight to obtain a fifth evaluation index;
and evaluating the first user for disturbance of consciousness according to the fourth evaluation index and the fifth evaluation index.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first breath acquisition instruction;
carrying out timing breath collection on the first user according to the first breath collection instruction, and drawing a time-breath graph;
obtaining a respiratory rhythm of the first user from the time-respiration map;
obtaining a respiratory trend prediction result of the first user according to the time-respiratory map;
and obtaining a first characteristic monitoring result of the first user according to the breathing rhythm and the breathing trend prediction result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring first disease condition information of the first user according to the first basic information;
obtaining a first respiration influence degree according to the first disease information;
obtaining a first respiratory rhythm safety threshold of the first user according to the first respiratory influence degree;
determining whether the respiratory rhythm meets the first respiratory rhythm safety threshold;
when the breathing rhythm does not meet the first breathing rhythm safety threshold, obtaining a first early warning instruction;
and early warning the real-time breathing state of the first user according to the first early warning instruction.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining a first disease stability evaluation result of the first user according to the first symptom monitoring result;
and encrypting and storing the first illness state stability evaluation result.
8. A neurosurgical patient complex diagnosis and treatment system, wherein the system comprises:
a first obtaining unit configured to obtain a first image of a first user by a first image pickup apparatus;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain first basic information of the first user through a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first parsing instruction, parse the first image and the first basic information according to the first parsing instruction, and obtain a first parsing result;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first state ranking information of the first user according to the first parsing result;
the first matching unit is used for matching a first test set and a second test set according to the first state grading information, wherein the first test set and the second test set are different test sets;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first evaluation instruction, and perform disturbance of consciousness assessment on the first user through the first test set and the second test set according to the first evaluation instruction;
