the abnormal order marking unit is used for reading the to-be-paid order, and if the to-be-paid order is determined to be the abnormal order, the to-be-paid order is marked with the corresponding abnormal mark; the abnormal mark comprises single use limit exceeding and use limit exceeding in unit time and different types of purchased commodities; the system is also used for carrying out popup prompt when the to-be-paid order marked with the abnormal mark is checked by the staff manager and/or staff members;
the payment management module includes:
the member selection unit is used for the staff manager to select the staff members to be subjected to unified payment;
the order selection unit is used for pushing all the to-be-paid orders of each workparty member to the workparty manager and allowing the workparty manager to select the to-be-paid orders determined by each workparty member to pay;
and the payment request and confirmation unit is used for counting the total cost of all the orders to be paid selected by the staff and providing at least one payment link, and recording the payment information after the staff finishes payment.
2. The consumption management system of claim 1, wherein the job management system further comprises:
the statistics recording module is used for collecting and storing various kinds of work data and outputting the work data in a form of a report or a log; the meeting data includes purchase records, credit usage, and/or consumption leaderboards.
3. The consumption management system of claim 1, wherein the job management system further comprises:
the deposit-prestoring management module also comprises a deposit-prestoring payment unit and a deposit-prestoring payment reminding unit; pre-deposit money is pre-deposited for the industry and the industry is pre-deposited according to the number of the industry and the industry members;
the pre-deposit payment unit is used for calling a payment link of the pre-deposit after the staff member generates the order to be paid and requests to pay by adopting the pre-deposit, and recording the payment information after the staff member finishes payment;
the pre-deposit payment reminding unit is used for pushing the paid order paid by adopting the pre-deposit to the staff manager.
4. A consumption management method employing the consumption management system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
the background server receives purchasing information sent by a staff member terminal;
the background server forms an order to be paid according to the purchase information and forms payment selection information, wherein the payment selection information comprises unified payment of waiting worksites;
the background server receives an instruction for selecting the unified payment of the work party, which is sent by the work party member terminal;
and the background server sends the order to be paid to a work manager terminal so that the work manager terminal finishes payment.
5. The consumption management method according to claim 4, further comprising, after the step of forming the order to be paid based on the purchase information:
the background server reads the order to be paid, and if the order is confirmed to be abnormal, the order to be paid is marked with corresponding abnormal marks; the abnormal mark comprises that the single use limit exceeds the standard, the use limit exceeds the standard in unit time, and the types of purchased commodities are not consistent.
6. A consumption management method employing the consumption management system according to claim 3, comprising:
the background server receives purchasing information sent by a staff member terminal;
the background server forms an order to be paid according to the purchase information and forms payment selection information, wherein the payment selection information comprises pre-stored gold payment;
the background server receives an instruction for selecting the pre-stored gold payment sent by the meeting member terminal;
the background server calls a pre-stored payment link so that the staff member terminal finishes payment; the pre-deposit is a pre-deposit which is pre-deposited for the industry and the number of the industry and the staff members.
7. A background server comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the consumption management method according to any of claims 4-6.
