4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the recording of the telecommand name for each telecommand to be recorded comprises:
traversing a remote signaling name list, and sequentially judging whether each remote signaling is a remote signaling needing to be recorded;
and if the current remote signaling is judged to be the remote signaling needing to be recorded, recording the remote signaling name.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the remote signaling name is remote signaling abbreviation.
6. A five-prevention rule writing device is characterized by comprising:
the name recording module is used for recording a remote signaling name for each remote signaling needing to be recorded;
the rule recording module is used for recording each remote signaling to be recorded after the name of the remote signaling and recording corresponding operating conditions after each operating flow;
and the file generation module is used for forming a five-prevention rule file by each remote signaling name, each operation flow corresponding to the remote signaling name and each operation condition corresponding to each operation flow.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the rule recording module is specifically configured to determine, for each telecommand that needs to be recorded, whether there is a telecommand operation that needs to be recorded; if the recorded remote signaling name exists, recording the operation flow direction, otherwise, continuously judging whether other remote signaling needing to be recorded has the remote signaling operation needing to be recorded; judging whether the recorded operation flow has an operation condition needing to be recorded; if so, recording the corresponding operating conditions in the backward direction of the recorded operating flow, otherwise, continuously judging whether the recorded operating flow has other operating conditions.

The apparatus according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the file generating module is specifically configured to record, after each remote signaling name, each operation flow direction corresponding to the remote signaling name, where each operation flow direction is located in a single row, and a last operation flow direction corresponding to each remote signaling name includes a first terminator and other operation flow directions include a second terminator; between each operation flow direction and the terminator, a separator and an operation condition corresponding to the operation flow direction are included, wherein the logical relation among the plurality of operation conditions corresponding to each operation flow direction is represented by a logical operator; and forming the five-prevention rule file by the records corresponding to the remote signals.

The device according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the name recording module is specifically configured to traverse a list of remote signaling names, and sequentially determine whether each remote signaling is a remote signaling that needs to be recorded; and if the current remote signaling is judged to be the remote signaling needing to be recorded, recording the remote signaling name.
