Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle lighting method, in particular to a method for forming an emergent light shape of a vehicle lamp lighting module.
Background
The headlamps are arranged on two sides of the head of the automobile and used for illuminating a driving road at night. There are two lamp systems and four lamp systems. Since the lighting effect of the headlamps directly affects the operation and traffic safety of night driving, the traffic control departments in all countries of the world often stipulate the lighting standards in the form of laws.
The automobile headlamp has a unique light distribution structure and can be divided into a high beam and a low beam according to the type of light emission. For example, the light emitted from the high beam is reflected by the reflector and then directly emitted forward to form the "high beam". The light emitted by the low-beam light is blocked to the upper half part of the lampshade reflector by the shading plate, and the reflected light rays are downwards diffused to the ground to form low-beam light, so that dazzling of drivers on opposite vehicles is avoided. The switch is usually arranged in a far and near light integrated form, the far light function is realized by switching of the light shielding plates, and a power driving mechanism for controlling the light shielding plates to move up and down is also arranged corresponding to the light shielding plates; however, the light energy of the light source is lost, and the shielded light also causes a rapid temperature rise in the light shielding plate and the area near the light shielding plate, which requires high heat resistance of the mechanical structure.
In addition, the conventional high beam and low beam lamps are generally classified into a reflective type and a projection type. The reflection type mainly comprises a light source and a light reflecting bowl, and a light and shade cut-off line is realized by the boundary of a reflecting surface on the light reflecting bowl. The projection type light source comprises a light source, a light reflecting bowl, a light shielding plate and a lens, a light and shade cut-off line is realized by the light shielding plate, a switch of a high beam function is realized by switching the light shielding plate, and the structure of components is complex.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the preferred embodiment of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "disposed," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any combination thereof. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood according to specific situations by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second", "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated, and therefore the features defined "first", "second", "third" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features described.
First, in the following description of the present invention, the terms "front" and "rear" are used to define the technical definition of the vehicle lamp module itself as the orientation reference, where the illumination direction of the vehicle lamp is front, and the opposite direction is rear, the terms "left" and "right" refer to the left and right sides along the illumination direction of the vehicle lamp, and the terms "up" and "down" refer to the upper and lower sides along the illumination direction of the vehicle lamp. However, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper" and "lower" do not refer to the orientation that the lamp module is necessarily attached to the vehicle, and in the actual installation situation, the orientation of the lamp module itself is limited due to the different installation positions of the lamps, and does not limit the protection scope of the lamp module according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 10, in the method for forming the light emitting shape of the vehicle lamp lighting module according to the basic embodiment of the present invention, the light source 1 of the vehicle lamp lighting module includes at least a first square light emitting chip 11; wherein, the forming method comprises the following steps: a first step S1 of arranging the first square light-emitting chip 11 in an orientation in which one edge or an edge extension line of the first square light-emitting chip 11 intersects a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis at a set angle; in a second step S2, the light source 1 is driven to oscillate around the rotation axis at a set frequency to form an exit light shape.
In the above basic embodiment of the present invention, by arranging the first square light-emitting chips 11 in the above orientation and driving the light source 1 to oscillate at a predetermined frequency around the rotation axis, it is possible to have a light shape forming an inclined line portion having a cut-off line, it is possible to omit a light shield structure in the design, the structural design of the lamp illumination module is optimized, and a novel method for forming an exit light shape of the lamp illumination module is provided, which expands the selection range of the design of the lamp illumination module.
In addition, in order to make the emergent light shape have the shape of complete cut-off line, there are many methods, for example, on the basis of the above-mentioned basic embodiment, a conventional lighting module is further provided, as long as the lighting module can provide the light shape of the horizontal part of the emergent light shape, such as forming the horizontal light shape by a conventional set of fixed-position LED light sources, and combining with the first square light-emitting chip 11 to form a low-beam light shape with complete cut-off line.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 12 to 17, a second square light emitting chip 12 arranged side by side with the first square light emitting chip 11 may be provided such that an edge of an upper end or a lower end of the second square light emitting chip 12 is parallel to a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis, while at least one of right and left straight corner points of the first square light emitting chip 11 is arranged on an extension line of an edge of an upper end of the second square light emitting chip 12; thus, it is not necessary to additionally provide a conventional lighting module for forming a horizontal partial light shape as in the above embodiment; as the first square light emitting chip 11 and the second square light emitting chip 12 swing together around the rotation axis at a set frequency, a complete low beam light shape can be formed, and the structural design is more concise; in addition, in the conventional headlamp module, a light emitting chip group is generally used as an irradiation light source to ensure that an emergent light shape has sufficient brightness, but a higher requirement is made on the heat dissipation performance of the irradiation light source, and the adoption of a light shielding plate structure not only causes the loss of light energy of the irradiation light source, but also causes the temperature of the light shielding plate and a region near the light shielding plate to be increased sharply; however, in the forming method of the emergent light shape of the car lamp lighting module, the first square light emitting chip 11 and the second square light emitting chip 12 swing according to the set frequency, the function of the light emitting chip group can be realized, meanwhile, as the number of the first square light emitting chip 11 and the second square light emitting chip 12 is less than that of the light emitting chips in the light emitting chip group in the conventional head lamp module, the same heat dissipation device can achieve better heat dissipation effect, and moreover, the light shielding plate structure is not required to be arranged, the temperature of the light shielding plate and the area nearby the light shielding plate can not be increased sharply, and the structure is simplified conveniently; is convenient for production and assembly.
Further, referring to fig. 14 to 17, the first square light-emitting chip 11 may be a multi-chip light-emitting chip, and the first square light-emitting chip 11 shown in fig. 14 is exemplified by a two-chip light-emitting chip, which may be divided into a low-beam light-emitting chip for forming a low beam and a high-beam light-emitting chip for forming a high beam, the low-beam light-emitting chip being located at a lower end of the first square light-emitting chip 11, and the high-beam light-emitting chip being located at an upper end of the first square light-emitting chip 11; thus, a third step of switching between high-beam and low-beam illumination by controlling the on/off of the high-beam light emitting chip can be formed after the second step in the basic embodiment of the present invention; thus, the forming method of the emergent light shape of the vehicle lamp lighting module for integrating the far light and the near light is very simply realized; compared with the conventional far and near light integrated module utilizing the light screen, the structure is simpler, the reaction is more agile, and the design is more exquisite.
Fig. 14 shows an example of the first square light-emitting chip 11 using a two-chip light-emitting chip, and as described below with reference to fig. 14, the light-emitting chip at the lower end of the first square light-emitting chip 11 may be used to form a low beam and the light-emitting chip at the upper end thereof may be used to form a high beam; when the light emitting chips at the upper ends of the first square light emitting chips 11 are separately turned on, as shown in fig. 16, a light shape shown as the third light emitting area 15 may be formed to be emitted through the lens 8 to form a high beam shape, and when the light emitting chips at the lower ends of the first square light emitting chips 11 and the second square light emitting chips 12 are simultaneously turned on, as shown in fig. 15, a light shape shown as the combination of the first light emitting area 13 and the second light emitting area 14 may be formed to be emitted through the lens 8 to form a low beam shape, and furthermore, can be applied to a left-or right-driving vehicle; when the light emitting chip at the upper end of the first square light emitting chip 11, the light emitting chip at the lower end of the first square light emitting chip 11 and the second square light emitting chip 12 are turned on simultaneously, as shown in fig. 17, light shapes shown as the first light emitting region 13, the second light emitting region 14 and the third light emitting region 15 can be formed, and light is emitted through the lens 8 to form a low beam light shape and a high beam light shape which exist simultaneously.
In a specific embodiment, in order to obtain a light shape that is easy to recognize by human eyes, the frequency is set to be higher than the frequency that can be recognized by human eyes, and is generally higher than 30Hz, such as 40Hz, 50Hz, 80Hz, 90Hz, 100Hz, and the like.
In a specific embodiment, the set angle is not less than 15 ° and less than 90 °; further, according to the existing standards regarding headlamps, the left end of the cutoff line is horizontal, and the right end, i.e., the HV point, is inclined upward by 15 ° or 45 °, and for this reason, the set angle is preferably 15 ° or 45 °; it is understood that the above-mentioned angle is selected according to the existing standard, and if the standard is revised and the angle is changed, the technical solution of the present invention can also be applied to the revised angle value.
