Description

Integrated curtain wall structure for sunshade power generation
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of building curtain walls, in particular to an integrated curtain wall structure for sunshade power generation.
Background
For glass curtain wall buildings, the heat entering the room through the glass occupies a large proportion of the building heat. For such buildings, the heat gain of the building can be reduced by means of sun shading. The inner shading mode (such as curtain) in the shading means keeps the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the building, but most of the absorbed solar radiation is radiated to the indoor space through the convection heat exchange.
There is a flexible thin-film solar electric curtain which converts light energy into electric energy by attaching a solar cell sheet to the curtain, and is used for a motor and electric equipment. Meanwhile, the curtain is controlled to lift and open and close according to the external environment so as to adjust the indoor light and temperature, and the effect of reducing the energy consumption of the building is achieved. However, this solution places the curtain indoors. After solar radiation enters the room, one part of the solar radiation can be converted into electric energy, the other part of the solar radiation enables the temperature of the curtain to rise, heat is transferred to the room through air convection heat exchange, and the heat insulation effect is poor.
The embedded solar thin film power generation roller shutter has the advantages that the solar thin film battery is arranged between the inner layer glass and the outer layer glass, photoelectric conversion is carried out by the solar thin film battery, and the solar thin film battery and a window are combined to form an integrated structure, so that the effects of sound insulation, heat insulation, light pollution reduction and difficult damage are achieved. However, this solution has the following disadvantages: firstly, the power generation capacity of the solar thin-film battery is reduced due to the reflection action of the outer layer glass, and the utilization of solar energy is not facilitated; secondly, the temperature of the solar thin film battery rises after solar radiation, and the solar thin film battery conducts heat to indoor radiation, so that the energy consumption is increased; after the temperature of the film rises, an effective heat dissipation means is lacked, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is reduced; the integrated structure has higher cost and is heavier due to the adoption of double-layer glass, and the popularization is not facilitated; the method is only suitable for newly-built buildings, and has higher modification cost and lower flexibility for the already-built buildings.

The application provides an integrated curtain wall structure of sunshade electricity generation, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, the integrated curtain wall structure of sunshade electricity generation can include frame 1, storage part 2, glass 3 and roll up curtain 4.
The glass 3 is arranged in the frame 1 to form a glass curtain wall. The housing 2 may be provided at the top or the side of the frame 1, and the roll screen 4 may be rollably housed in the housing 2. In particular, when the roller shutter 4 is unwound, the roller shutter 4 is located on the side of the glass curtain wall facing outdoors, i.e., the roller shutter 4 is located outdoors. Further, a photovoltaic film 43 capable of generating electricity using solar energy is integrated on the roll screen 4. It should be understood that photovoltaic film 43 is a mature prior art capable of utilizing solar energy to generate electricity.
The solar radiation, in addition to enabling the roller blind 4 to generate electricity, also brings a certain amount of thermal energy to the roller blind 4. If the roll screen 4 is disposed indoors, inevitably, the roll screen 4 transfers heat energy to the indoor space along with convection of air. For rolling up curtain setting at indoor technical scheme, this application will roll up curtain 4 and set up outdoors, can reduce indoor getting hot. In addition, the outdoor environment is more beneficial to the heat dissipation of the roller shutter 4, and the influence of high temperature on the photoelectric conversion efficiency is prevented.
The glass 3 has a reflection effect on sunlight, the sunlight penetrates through the glass, and the technical scheme that the sunlight irradiates the photovoltaic film 43 arranged indoors leads to reduction of the power generation amount of the photovoltaic film 43. This application will integrate rolling up curtain 4 of photovoltaic film 43 and set up outdoors, namely, photovoltaic film 43, or roll up curtain 4 and be located glass 3's the outside, and the sun can directly shine photovoltaic film 43, and is more high-efficient to the utilization of solar energy.
In high-rise buildings, the roller blind for shading the outside is unstable, and the influence of high-altitude wind pressure needs to be considered. In order to improve or solve the stability problem of the external roller blind arrangement, the present application proposes a sliding groove 5. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the sunshade and power generation integrated curtain wall structure can further comprise a chute 5. The roller shutter 4 can be unfolded in the sliding groove 5, the opening and closing degree of the roller shutter 4 can be adjusted according to factors such as weather, the roller shutter 4 is fixed, and the influence of wind pressure in a high-rise building is reduced.
The sliding chute 5 can be fixed to the frame 1, for example, the sliding chute 5 is fixed to the outdoor side of the frame 1, or the sliding chute 5 is fixed to the inside of the frame 1, close to the glass 3, and is made into an integrated structure. The integrated structure is more stable and more convenient when being applied to new buildings. It is to be understood that the specific arrangement of the chute 5 is not limited. The diameter of the stopper rod 11 is larger than the thickness of the roll screen 4 (described later). Further, referring to fig. 4, a connecting rod or a connecting wire 16 may be provided at both ends of the stopper rod 11, and the stopper protrusion 13 may be connected to the connecting rod or the connecting wire 16. It will be appreciated that if the rolling shutter is in a laterally retracted and extended form, the stopper rod 11 may be provided in both the left and right sides, and on the side away from the storage part 2 when extended.
In the present application, the width of the slot 17 is greater than the radial dimension (e.g., diameter) of the connecting rod or line 16 and less than the radial dimension (e.g., diameter) of the stop lug 13. The connecting rod or connecting line 16 is arranged in the gap of the limit stop 12, the limit rod 11 moves along the track defined by the gap 17, and the moving range of the roller shutter 4 can be limited accordingly. The stopper rod 11 may be a metal rod. The shaking of the roller shutter 4 can be reduced under the action of the gravity of the limiting rod 11. Through the measures, the influence of high-level wind pressure is overcome, and the purposes of fixing the flexible photovoltaic film and enhancing the stability are achieved.
The receiving part 2 may be provided at the top or side of the frame 1, and may be provided indoors or outdoors. The housing 2 is provided with a transmission mechanism 6, and the transmission mechanism 6 is used for housing the roller shutter 4 into the housing 2. More preferably, the emissivity of the low emissivity material is about 0.1. The emissivity of the roller shutter 4 is low, and radiation heat transfer into the room can be reduced. The side of the heat insulation layer 41 facing the indoor space may be further provided with a convex structure 411.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the protrusion 411 may be a cylindrical protrusion uniformly arranged on the surface of the thermal insulation layer 41. In the embodiment where the protrusion structure 411 is a cylindrical protrusion, the diameter of the cylinder may be 10-20 micrometers, and the height may be 20-60 micrometers. The raised structures 411 may be electrochemically disposed on the surface of the raised structures, similar to fins, to increase the heat dissipation area. The material of the protruding structures 411 may be a metal material such as gold, silver, copper, chromium, or aluminum, or a conductive plastic such as polyimide.
