Abstract
The invention discloses a crawler-type dirty oil recovery device for a ship, which comprises a deck, wherein the deck is connected with a turnable crawler structure through a support device, the crawler structure is of a triangular structure, a crawler belt is laid on the crawler structure, a layer of lipophilic and hydrophobic oil absorption cotton is arranged on the outer surface of the crawler belt, one side of the crawler structure is provided with a recovery device for dirty oil collection, storage and transportation, the recovery device comprises an extrusion head for collecting dirty oil on the crawler belt and an oil storage cabinet for storing the dirty oil collected by the extrusion head, one side of the extrusion head props against the oil absorption cotton on the crawler belt, the crawler belt is connected with a driving device for driving the crawler belt to rotate, and the support device is provided with a stretching device for lifting the crawler belt structure. The following methods are commonly used for recovering the sump oil at present:
an oil mop treatment method, which is mainly an adsorption method, sucks oil into a mop and then treats the oil, is relatively inefficient, and is difficult to apply to large crude oil leakage;
the microorganism processing method is characterized in that substances such as alkane, aromatic hydrocarbon and the like in the environment are eaten by oil-feeding bacteria, the oil-feeding bacteria can quickly reproduce in the environment containing oil stains and continuously eat the surrounding oil stains until the oil stains completely disappear, and the method is slow and easily influences local ecology;
the combustion method burns floating oil on the sea surface by spreading chemical substances on the oil surface and igniting, can quickly treat marine crude oil pollution, but converts the marine pollution into air pollution, which is not in accordance with the concept of green and environmental protection.

The invention provides a crawler-type dirty oil recovery device for a ship, which comprises a triangular crawler structure 9, a recovery device 2 for collecting, storing and transporting dirty oil and a stretching device for retracting the crawler structure, as shown in figure 1.
The crawler belt 1 is laid on the crawler belt structure 9, and a layer of lipophilic hydrophobic oil absorption cotton is arranged on the outer surface of the crawler belt 1, so that the sea surface dirty oil can be absorbed in seawater to the maximum extent.
As shown in fig. 2, the track structure 9 mainly comprises a first transmission shaft 9001, a second transmission shaft 9002 and a third transmission shaft 9003, wherein the first transmission shaft 9001, the second transmission shaft 9002 and the third transmission shaft 9003 are rigidly connected to form a triangular structural frame, so as to ensure structural strength; the structure formed by the second transmission shaft 9002 and the third transmission shaft 9003 is parallel to the sea level and can be fully contacted with dirty oil; linking devices are arranged among the first transmission shaft 9001, the second transmission shaft 9002 and the third transmission shaft 9003, so that the rigidity requirement of the crawler structure 9 is met in the working state.
A motor 7 is arranged between the first transmission shaft 9001 and the second transmission shaft 9002, and a motor track 6 is sleeved on the rotating end of the motor 7, one end of the first transmission shaft 9001 and one end of the second transmission shaft 9002 to drive the track belt 1 to rotate. First transmission shaft 9001 links to each other with steel cylinder 3 through connecting rod 10, and steel cylinder 3 is fixed on deck 8, and connecting rod 10 is connected through the hinge with first transmission shaft 9001, and track structure 9 can be rotatory around first transmission shaft 9001, and connecting rod 10 is connected through solid propping with steel cylinder 3.

As shown in fig. 3, the recovery device 2 mainly comprises an extrusion head 2001, a guard plate 2002 with a downward oil outlet, wherein the guard plate 2002 is connected with the extrusion head 2001, a spring device 2003 is arranged between the guard plate 2002 and an oil conservator 2005, and the contraction or expansion of the spring can control the distance between the extrusion head 2001 and the side edge of the absorbent cotton crawler 1, thereby controlling the extrusion strength. A pipeline 2004 is arranged at an oil outlet of each guard plate 2002, the pipeline 2004 is connected with an oil storage tank 2005, and dirty oil is conveyed into the ship body below the deck 8
The stretching device mainly comprises a stretching rope 4, the steel cylinder 3 is connected with the third transmission shaft 9003 through the stretching rope 4, and the track belt 1 can rotate around the first transmission shaft 9001 to the position above the deck 8 through the pulling device 3001 at the top of the steel cylinder 3.
The steel column 3 is mainly composed of a pulling-up device 3001 and a lower steel column 3002, the pulling-up device 3001 mainly provides traction for the tensile rope 4, and the lower steel column 3002 mainly provides structural support for other devices.
According to the invention, the motor 7 drives the track structure 9, and the lipophilic and hydrophobic oil absorption cotton on the surface of the track bar 1 is contacted with dirty oil to absorb the dirty oil and is carried to the upper part of the deck 8 along with the rotation of the track bar 1.
The using process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a mother ship loaded with the device is floated to a certain draught state, the stretching device is used for lowering the stretching rope 4, after the stretching rope 4 is lowered, the crawler belt structure 9 stretches towards two sides, the lower side of the crawler belt structure can be fully contacted with marine dirty oil, and the dirty oil is adsorbed on oil absorbent cotton on the surface of the crawler belt 1. The lower part of the track strip 1 is driven by the motor 7 through the motor track 6 to come above the deck 8 and gradually approach to the extrusion head 2001 in the recovery device 2 for collecting, storing and transporting the dirty oil.
The extrusion device is adjusted by the spring device, the extrusion head 2001 and the oil absorption cotton on the side of the crawler 1 are fully extruded, the extruded dirty oil falls on the guard plate 2002, and because the guard plate 2002 is provided with a downward oil outlet, under the suction of the oil absorption pipeline 2004, the dirty oil on the guard plate 2002 enters the oil absorption pipeline 2004 along the oil outlet, then enters the oil storage cabinet 2005, and enters the dirty oil storage chamber below the deck 8 after the preliminary oil-water separation.
The invention relates to a 'triangular oil absorption crawler' structure technology, which is used for emergency recovery of sudden offshore crude oil leakage.
