The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The door cover is usually forgotten to be covered when people use the washing machine, or the door cover is forgotten to be covered after a series of operations of the washing machine are suspended, at this time, the washing machine cannot start (continue) actions, the time of a user is greatly wasted, and the safety of the user is not guaranteed due to automatic cover closing. Therefore, the present embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine, specifically: after receiving a clothes washing instruction, firstly detecting whether a door is closed; if the door cover is not closed according to the detection result, judging whether living organisms exist in the washing machine or not, if so, keeping the door cover in an open state and stopping starting the washing machine; if no living creature exists, the door cover is controlled to be closed and the washing is started. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the washing machine of the present embodiment, if a pet or even a child may mistakenly enter the washing machine in a home with the door 5 opened, the life of the pet or child may be seriously threatened if the washing machine does not identify direct water inlet and even controls the washing tub to rotate. Therefore, the washing machine of the present embodiment will not be started if living creatures are detected in the washing tub with the door 5 open, and will be allowed to start if no living creatures are detected. The control method of the embodiment improves the safety factor and improves the user experience while saving the user time.
Further alternatively, a prompt message is sent to the user when the door 5 is not closed, and when the instruction of closing the door 5 by the user is not received after the first set time, the door 5 is controlled to be closed when it is determined that no living creatures exist in the washing tub. When the door cover 5 is detected to be in an open state, prompting information such as peaker or voice is sent to a user, if the user hears the prompting information nearby, the user can directly turn over to close the door cover 5, the user closes the door cover to indicate that no living creatures exist in the washing tub, and the user can directly run a user selection program. If the user cannot hear the prompt message sent by the washing machine nearby the washing machine, the washing machine detects whether living creatures enter the washing machine after a first set time, for example, 5min, and if the living creatures do not enter the washing machine, the door cover 5 is automatically closed, and the program selected by the user is operated; if living creatures are detected, the washing machine is stopped.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine of this embodiment includes a control panel seat 6, the door cover 5 is rotatably connected to the control panel seat 6, and the control panel seat 6 is provided with a first detection module 2; the first detection module 2 detects that living organisms disappear after approaching the washing machine, and judges that the living organisms enter the washing barrel. The present embodiment does not limit the position where the first detection module 2 is disposed, as long as the living creatures entering the washing tub can be detected. The tray seat 6 is preferably provided close to the bung of the washing tub.
Further optionally, when a living organism is detected in the washing tub, sending a prompt message to the user; when the instruction of closing the door cover 5 sent by the user is not received within the second set time, continuously judging whether the living creature leaves; if not, canceling washing; if the washing machine leaves, the control door cover 5 is closed to start washing. If living creatures are detected in the washing barrel, the washing machine sends prompting information such as buzzing or voice and/or sends information to a mobile terminal of a user through a wireless module, the user directly checks after hearing the prompting information sent by the washing machine nearby the washing machine, if the user goes out, the mobile terminal (a mobile phone, an ipad and the like) of the user receives the prompting information, the user can directly remotely control the washing machine through the mobile terminal, and after receiving the prompting information that the living creatures leave the washing machine, the user can remotely control the washing machine through the mobile terminal to close the door cover 5.
Further optionally, the first detecting module 2 detects that the living creature is close to and far away from the washing machine, and determines that the living creature is away from the washing machine.
After the user selects to start the washing machine program, if the system detects that the cover door of the washing machine is closed, the operation selected by the user is operated; if the system detects that the cover door of the washing machine is not closed, the following judgment is carried out: starting countdown for a minutes, judging whether living organisms are close to and disappear or not after the user leaves until the countdown is finished, if so, determining that the living organisms enter the washing machine, not allowing starting up to run, sending an alarm by the washing machine, sending information to a mobile phone of the user through a wireless module, and waiting for the operation of the user. If the user manually closes the cover or confirms the closing of the cover through the mobile phone, then the washing program is operated; if the user does not answer and does not have other operations, waiting for a period of time to judge whether the door closing condition is met (the door closing condition is met by the existence of living objects in the barrel, and the door closing condition is met by the nonexistence of the living objects in the barrel), if so, operating the program selected by the user, and if not, cancelling the washing process. If the living creature is close to and far away from or not close to, the washing machine judges that no living creature is in the washing machine, automatically closes the washing machine cover after the countdown is finished, and runs the program selected by the user.
Further alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the second detection module 1 is disposed on the door 5, and when the second detection module 1 detects that the user has a washing demand, the door 5 is controlled to open when the washing machine is in a standby state.
When the washing machine is in a standby state, whether a user has a door-opening washing requirement is detected through the second detection module 1, and if not, the current state is kept; if yes, judging whether the door opening condition is met, if not, giving an alarm to prompt that a covering object is arranged above the user and the door cover 5 cannot be opened; if not, the door 5 of the washing machine is opened, and the user puts the laundry. Preferably, when the second detection module 1 detects that the user approaches the washing machine and/or detects the setting gesture information, it is determined that the user has a washing requirement, and the door cover 5 is controlled to be opened. The second detection module 1 includes an infrared sensor to detect a user's gesture, and/or a distance sensor to detect whether a user approaches the washing machine. The position where the second detection module 1 is disposed is not limited in this embodiment, and is preferably disposed at the edge where the door cover 5 is opened.
Further optionally, after the user is judged to have the washing requirement, whether the door cover 5 meets the uncovering condition is judged, and if the uncovering condition is met, the door cover 5 is controlled to be opened. Preferably, when the second detection module 1 detects whether an object exists within a set height range from the door cover 5, if no object exists, it is determined that the cover opening condition is met, and the door cover 5 is controlled to be opened. And judging whether the covering object exists on the washing machine or not, and performing factory setting according to the opening height of the door cover 5 of the washing machine. For example, the minimum height of the cover opening of the washing machine is a space 30cm above the cover, and if an object is detected within 30cm above the door cover 5, the door cannot be opened and a covering exists.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the washing machine of this embodiment further includes a box 7, the control panel seat 6 is installed at the top of the box 7, and the box 7 is further provided with a third detection module 2; the third detection module 2 detects whether a user exists in a set range of the washing machine; when the door 5 of the washing machine is not closed and/or organisms exist in the washing machine, when the third detection module 2 detects that a user exists in the set range of the washing machine, an alarm is given to the user. In this embodiment, the position of the third detection module is not limited, and is preferably set on the side of the box facing the user.
Further optionally, when the first detection module 2 and the third detection module 2 both detect that the living creature approaches the washing machine and disappears, it is determined that the living creature enters the washing tub; when the first detection module 2 and the third detection module 2 both detect that the living creatures are close to the washing machine and far away from the washing machine, the living creatures are judged to be away from the washing machine. The embodiment determines whether the living creature enters the washing machine or leaves the washing machine by combining the first detection module 2 and the third detection module 3, so that the detection result is more accurate.
Further optionally, the first detection module 2 comprises a first infrared sensor; the second detection module 1 comprises a second infrared sensor and a distance sensor; the third detection module 2 comprises a third infrared sensor.
The first detection module 2 is an infrared detection induction area from the opening of the washing machine to the closing of the washing machine, and when living organisms approach and disappear, the infrared induction state is that an object approaches from infinity to 0 and suddenly changes to infinity (falls into the barrel); approaching and departing from the target object, namely approaching the target object from infinity to 0, and slowly changing to infinity; the no living organism approach is infrared no induction object.
Second detection module 1 is infrared detection of washing machine door and distance detection, then opens door closure 5 in advance when infrared detects appointed gesture, otherwise through the distance of distance detection user and washing machine door closure 5, judges whether the user has the demand of opening the door, specifically does: in a standby state, when infrared detection is carried out that the distance between a user and a washing machine cover is from infinite distance (exceeding an infrared detection range) to 0 approach, the user is judged to have a door opening requirement, when no shielding object exists in a set height range above the door cover 5, the washing machine door cover 5 is automatically opened, and the user can modify the distance and an infrared detection gesture through a mobile phone connected with a wireless module;
the third detection module 2 is used for detecting whether a user is near the washing machine, and is also used for assisting the first detection module 2 in judging whether living creatures exist in the washing machine. The current environment is automatically set as an initial value when the third sensing module 2 is first installed, and whether a user is present near the washing machine is determined based on the initial environment. If the environment changes and the initial value needs to be changed, the user only needs to use the mobile phone to select and reset the initial value.
