Abstract
The invention provides a biomass material carbonization treatment method, belonging to the technical field of biological material treatment; the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, crushing straws, and atomizing to keep the water content of the straws at 3-5% of mass fraction; secondly, carrying out extrusion forming on the atomized straws to form ball blocks with the diameter of 30-55 mm; thirdly, after the ball blocks are subjected to microwave treatment, the average temperature of the ball blocks is not lower than 45 ℃; fourthly, putting the treated ball blocks into a carbonization furnace for carbonization; fifthly, keeping the stability of the carbonized ball mass at 60-120 ℃ for 15-25 minutes under the anaerobic condition; calcium carbonate powder is sprayed in the process. The method has the advantages of high biomass utilization rate, high energy recovery rate, good finished product caking effect, low possibility of adhesion, short carbonization time, low equipment requirement for subsequent treatment, effective reduction of production cost and large-scale preparation of the environment-friendly biomass carbon block with the advantages of high mechanical strength, good combustion performance, low pollution emission and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a biomass material treatment technology, in particular to a biomass material carbonization treatment method, and belongs to the technical field of straw recycling.
Background
The biomass particle carbonized fuel is a novel fuel continuously produced by various biomasses through complex processes of drying, transferring, mixing, molding, carbonizing and the like, has the same property with coal, is a high-efficiency, renewable and environment-friendly biomass fuel for various combustors, biomass boilers, melting furnaces, biomass power generation and the like, and is a zero-pollution fuel in international certification.
The biomass is the fourth largest energy source following coal, petroleum and natural gas, has the advantages of cleanness, reproducibility, wide distribution, net zero emission of carbon dioxide and the like, and has lower burning point, ash content, sulfur content and heat value and higher content of carbon, oxygen and volatile components compared with coal.
However, the prior application of the biomass fuel has the following problems: the biomass fuel carbonization device has the advantages of low energy density, high transportation cost, easy influence of raw material types, particle sizes, water content, carbonization temperature, heating rate, heat preservation time and the like in the carbonization process, incomplete existing biomass carbonization utilization equipment and technology and high cost.

The carbonization treatment method of the biomass material, wherein in the fourth step, the carbonization condition is that the residence time is 30-40 minutes at the temperature of 420-540 ℃.
The biomass material carbonization treatment method comprises the step of stirring the atomized straws at the rotating speed of 40-60r/min for 30-50min, and finally carrying out cold press molding under the pressure of 30-45 MPa.
The carbonization treatment method of the biomass material, wherein in the second step, the biological binder and the curing agent with the mass fraction of 0.5-2% of straw are added in the atomization process.

Preferably, in the fourth step, the carbonization condition is that the residence time is 30-40 minutes under the conditions of 420-540 ℃.
In the carbonization treatment method of the biomass material, in the second step, the atomized straws are stirred at the rotating speed of 40-60r/min for 30-50min, and finally, the straws are cold-pressed and molded under the pressure of 30-45 MPa.

thirdly, after the ball blocks are subjected to microwave treatment, the average temperature of the ball blocks is not lower than 45 ℃;
fourthly, putting the treated ball blocks into a carbonization furnace for carbonization;
fifthly, keeping the stability of the carbonized ball mass at 60-120 ℃ for 15-25 minutes under the anaerobic condition; calcium carbonate powder is sprayed in the process.
2. The carbonization treatment method of biomass material as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the fourth step, the carbonization condition is that the residence time is 30-40 minutes at 420-540 ℃.
