Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of water-soluble oil painting pigment and a digital information management method thereof in the technical field of pigment, which comprises the steps of automatically weighing and proportioning raw materials by an intelligent batching and weighing machine, putting fixed-weight colloid and pigment powder into a drawing cylinder for heating, then sequentially adding water, a dispersing agent, a stabilizing agent, an anti-mildew agent, a filler, an anti-settling agent, a linseed oil modification blending agent, a wetting agent and a volatilization accelerating agent, stirring at a maintained temperature, adjusting the pH value of the color paste after uniform stirring, finely grinding the color paste on a grinding machine to ensure that the particle sizes in the color paste are uniform, detecting the ground color paste in a detection box, and determining the particle sizes and the dispersion degrees of the color paste by a scraper fineness gauge, thereby saving resources, eliminating the fire hazard during storage and painting, improving the safety performance of products, reducing the air pollution, the environment condition of painting is greatly improved, and the physical and mental health of painters is protected.
