4) Heating the pipe body: the pipe material is sent to the position right below the straight pipe type flame spraying gun 222 through the first rotating disc 207, and then the servo motor 218 is started to enable the flame spraying head 2221 to penetrate into the position where the pipe body is pre-cut for flame heating;
5) Cutting water-cooled explosion: the pipe material is sent to the position right below the cold explosion water gun through the first rotary disc 207, the cold explosion water gun sprays water to the heating position of the pipe body, meanwhile, the lower end of the pipe body is clamped into the second pipe body bayonet 2091 and the first pipe body bayonet 2071 respectively, then the pipe body is cut under the action of the cutting stress of the second pipe body bayonet 2091 and the first pipe body bayonet 2071, the upper part of the pipe body is sent into the second circular conveying cavity 202 under the action of the second rotary disc, and the lower part of the pipe body is still in the first circular conveying cavity 201;
6) And (3) performing shaping treatment after cutting: the lower part of the pipe body is sequentially subjected to the treatment of pre-flask shoulder forming, flask mouth forming and flask shoulder forming by the first rotary table 207, and finally the finished product is sent out through the material outlet 2011.
Wherein, the pipe conveyer 210 in the step 2 conveys the pipe vertically and clamps the pipe into the first pipe body bayonet 2071 on the first rotary table 207.
Wherein the temperature range of the flame heating in the step 4 is controlled between 720 and 780 ℃.

2) And (3) vertical feeding: clamping the pipe material into a corresponding first pipe body bayonet (2071) on the first rotary table (207) through a pipe material conveying belt (210);
3) Pre-cutting a pipe body: the pipe material is sent to the position right below the cutting wheel piece (216) through the first rotating disc (207), then the telescopic device (212) is started to extend the cutting wheel piece (216) to the specified length of the pipe body, meanwhile, the driving motor is started to enable the vertical rubber roller (224) to rotate, and the pipe body is enabled to rotate under the action of the vertical rubber roller (224), so that fixed-length cutting is conducted on the pipe body;
4) Heating the pipe body: the pipe material is sent to the position right below the straight pipe type flame spraying gun (222) through the first rotating disc (207), and then the servo motor (218) is started to enable the flame spraying head (2221) to penetrate into the position where the pipe body is pre-cut for flame heating;
5) Cutting water-cooled explosion: the pipe material is sent to the position right below the cold explosion water gun through the first rotary disc (207), the cold explosion water gun sprays water to the heating position of the pipe, meanwhile, the upper end and the lower end of the pipe body are respectively clamped into a second pipe body bayonet (2091) and a first pipe body bayonet (2071), then the pipe body is cut under the action of cutting stress of the two pipe body bayonets, the upper part of the pipe body is sent into a second circular conveying cavity (202) under the action of the second rotary disc, and the lower part of the pipe body is still in the first circular conveying cavity (201);
6) And (3) performing shaping treatment after cutting: the lower part of the pipe body is sequentially subjected to the treatment of pre-flask shoulder forming, flask mouth forming and flask shoulder forming through a first rotating disc (207), and finally a finished product material discharging hole (2011) is formed;

the first rotary tables (207) arranged in the first circular conveying cavity (201) are two, the two first rotary tables (207) are arranged at intervals, first pipe body bayonets (2071) on the two first rotary tables (207) are arranged in an up-down alignment mode, the second rotary tables (209) in the second circular conveying cavity (202) are also two, the two second rotary tables (209) are arranged at intervals, and second pipe body bayonets (2091) on the two second rotary tables (209) are arranged in an up-down alignment mode.

5. The efficient glass pipette process as recited in claim 1, wherein shock absorbing legs (102) are provided at four corners of the lower surface of the stand (1).
6. The efficient glass pipette processing and molding process according to claim 1, wherein the number of first pipe body bayonets (2071) formed on the first rotary table (207) is 8-12, and the number of second pipe body bayonets (2091) formed on the second rotary table (209) is 5-8.
7. The glass pipette efficient process of claim 1, wherein the telescoping device (212) is one of a cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or an electric telescoping rod.
8. The glass pipette efficient process of claim 1, wherein the cutting wheel sheet (216) is a sheet of polished steel.
