Compared with the prior art, the movable winding device provided by the invention moves back and forth between the cable preparation operation room and the cable post-treatment operation room, and the winding of the movable winding device in the cable transportation process is completed through the winding pulley and the winding trolley which move together, so that the winding efficiency is improved.
