After the dismounting device rises to be higher than the splicing display device, the cantilever rod is controlled to incline backwards, so that the dismounting device moves to the rear of the splicing display device, and then the lifting of a plurality of lifting arms arranged on the periphery of the crown block is controlled, so that the dismounting device pulled by the cantilever device 1115 is hidden behind the splicing display device.
Furthermore, a fixed end reserved at the bottom of the steel structure, namely the fixed end is arranged on a guide rail along the bayonet position of the end part of the cable rail under the screen body, so that when the overhead travelling crane moves transversely, the cable rail can move transversely along with the fixed end. Preferably, the fixed end may be locked by means of a hook lock, an electromagnet, or the like.
In the transmission process of the transmission device, the transverse direction facing the splicing display device is an X axis, the longitudinal direction is a Y axis, and the height is a Z axis, so that the overhead traveling crane works for solving the X axis displacement of the dismounting device, the cable rail works for solving the Y axis displacement of the dismounting device, and the cantilever rod works for solving the Z axis displacement of the dismounting device and the detection device. Thus, the movement control of the different axes is distinguished by the different structural work. The X-axis movement control is provided by the transverse operation of the crown block, the operation of the crown block driving device and the operation of the speed reducer are the key for controlling the movement precision, and the accurate movement of the transmission device in the X-axis direction is ensured if the movement distance of the crown block is ensured to be accurate.
