Background
At present, a marine sanitary unit is an essential device on a large ship, which provides convenient conditions for the comfortable life of crews. Typically the marine sanitary unit is a stand-alone unit weighing about 1 to 2 tonnes. In the ship construction, the ship sanitary unit is not fixed after being transported to the installation position because the deck surface of the installation position for installing the ship sanitary unit needs to be subjected to the processes of fire work, outfitting installation on the top of the cabin, painting on the deck surface and the like, and the ship sanitary unit needs to be moved frequently. In other alternative embodiments, the guiding structure may be a sliding rail engaged with a pulley.
Further, the guiding mechanism 4 further includes a blocking portion 43, the two ends of the sliding slot 41 are both provided with the blocking portions 43, and the blocking portions 43 are used for blocking the sliding portion 42 from sliding out of the sliding slot 41. The transmission assembly 51 is configured to allow the worm gear 512 to move with the worm 511, and is configured to restrict the worm gear 511 from moving with the worm gear 512. After the marine sanitary unit is lifted, the worm 511 and the turbine 512 can realize self-locking under the action of gravity of the marine sanitary unit, a self-locking device is not required to be additionally arranged, and during unlocking, the rocking handle can be unlocked only by rotating reversely, so that the operation is safe and reliable.
The embodiment also discloses a boats and ships, this boats and ships include marine sanitary unit and as above mobile device, but mobile device adopts welding or bolted connection's mode to install in marine sanitary unit's lower extreme, is convenient for remove marine sanitary unit many times in narrow and small space, easy operation, laborsaving, improves work efficiency. In this embodiment, the number of the movable devices is four, the four movable devices are arranged at intervals on the marine sanitary unit, and all the movable members 1 are in the same horizontal plane, so as to form a stable support for the marine sanitary unit. In other embodiments, the number of movable devices may be three or more. Three or more mobile devices can form stable support for the marine sanitary unit.
