Abstract
The invention relates to a carbon fiber bait rough blank and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the carbon fiber bait rough blank comprises the following steps: step 1, attaching carbon fiber cloth in a cavity of a mold; step 2, heating the carbon fiber cloth in the mold; step 3, blowing and forming; step 4, taking out the formed semi-finished product of the rough blank, dividing the semi-finished product of the rough blank into two halves, and reserving gluing positions for the two halves; and 5, mounting accessories in the semi-finished product of the rough blank, and gluing the two semi-finished products together by using glue to obtain the rough blank. The method of the invention can increase the strength of the rough blank through blow molding, and the vacuum shrinkage equipment and the mold are relatively cheap and easy to operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a carbon fiber bait rough blank and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The buoy is most important to transmit fish information, namely information of the fish baits. The fishing hand can correctly and quickly master the fish message, and the number of the fish in the fish message is more than that of other people.
In the prior art, buoys made of various materials are available, and recently, carbon fiber buoys are also used. But the following technical defects of the existing carbon fiber buoy material are as follows: (1) the existing carbon fiber buoy cannot realize the optimal balance of light weight and high strength; (2) the existing carbon fiber buoy needs high-temperature curing, has higher requirements on equipment and has low production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention designs a carbon fiber bait rough blank and a manufacturing method thereof, which solve the technical problems that: (1) the existing carbon fiber buoy cannot realize the optimal balance of light weight and high strength; (2) the existing carbon fiber buoy needs high-temperature curing, has higher requirements on equipment and has low production efficiency.

Preferably, the mold in step 2 is heated and shrunk in a vacuum autoclave to form the carbon fiber cloth in a vacuum state.
Preferably, the heating temperature in step 2 is 150 ℃ and lasts for more than 15 minutes.
Preferably, step 3 is to wrap the carbon fiber cloth on the core mold, remove the core mold or not, insert an air bag into the carbon fiber cloth, and blow air to form the heated carbon fiber cloth, thereby obtaining a rough blank semi-finished product.
Preferably, when the core mould is not taken out, the core mould is a fixed core mould or an EPS type shrinkage core mould.

step 5, introducing resin for curing after the vacuum diversion bag is vacuumized;
and 6, obtaining a crude embryo.
Preferably, the curing in step 6 may be normal temperature curing or heating curing.
Preferably, the carbon fiber cloth is: cloth is woven to all kinds of carbon fibers such as 1K, 1.5K, 3K, 12K, 0-900UD cloth, glass fibre and glass fibre electroplate cloth, weave cloth, spin to sink, wash, gram vica fibre weaves cloth, all kinds of fibre class are mixed and are woven cloth, weave cloth, cross cloth to and all kinds of preimpregnation cloth, weave cloth that contain the resin and do not contain the dry cloth that contains the resin.

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following examples:
example 1: a method for manufacturing carbon fiber bait rough blanks comprises the following steps: step 1, attaching carbon fiber cloth in a cavity of a mold; step 2, heating the carbon fiber cloth in the mold; step 3, blowing and forming; step 4, taking out the formed semi-finished product of the rough blank, dividing the semi-finished product of the rough blank into two halves, and reserving gluing positions for the two halves; and 5, mounting accessories in the semi-finished product of the rough blank, and gluing the two semi-finished products together by using glue to obtain the rough blank.
And 2, heating, shrinking and molding the carbon fiber cloth in a vacuum state in a vacuum hot-pressing tank by the mold. The heating temperature in step 2 may be 150 ℃ and last for more than 15 minutes. The heating time and temperature can be adjusted.
And 3, wrapping the carbon fiber cloth on the core mold, taking out the core mold or not, inserting an air bag into the carbon fiber cloth, and blowing air to form the heated carbon fiber cloth to obtain a rough blank semi-finished product. When the core mold is not taken out, the core mold is a fixed core mold or an EPS type shrinkage core mold.
The accessories in the step 5 are snap rings or/and sound beads.
Example 2: a method for manufacturing carbon fiber bait rough blanks comprises the following steps: step 1, spraying transparent gel coat on the inner wall of the die; step 2, sticking the dried carbon fiber cloth on the transparent gel coat on the inner surface of the mold; step 3, paving a flow guide net and demolding cloth on the carbon fiber cloth; step 4, sleeving a vacuum diversion bag; step 5, introducing resin for curing after the vacuum diversion bag is vacuumized; and 6, obtaining a crude embryo.
The step 6 may be normal temperature curing or heating curing. Specifically, the curing may be carried out at room temperature for 1 hour or at 400 ℃ for 35 minutes.
