As shown in fig. 4, an electric heating plate 237 is fixedly connected to the waste water collecting tank 2 at a position corresponding to the collecting chamber 23. The electric heating plate 237 can heat the space inside the collection chamber 23 to dry the solid waste, and when the worker needs the dried solid waste immediately, the electric heating plate 237 can be started to accelerate the drying speed of the solid waste.
As shown in fig. 7, the mixing plant further includes a recycling control system 3, and the recycling control system 3 includes a recycling start module 31, a wastewater detection module 32, a proportioning calculation module 33, a cement proportioning module 34, a water proportioning module 35, a timing material pushing module 36, and a water pumping control module 37. The recovery starting module 31 receives the input starting instruction, controls the recovery pump 2511 to work after the recovery starting module 31 receives the starting instruction, and transmits an instruction signal to the wastewater detection module 32. As shown in fig. 7, the proportioning calculation module 33 calculates the actual sediment content and the actual water volume according to the received sediment concentration and the wastewater volume, the proportioning calculation module 33 stores a mud-water mixing ratio, calculates the required proportioning cement amount and the required proportioning water amount according to the actual sediment content, the actual water volume and the mud-water mixing ratio, and the proportioning calculation module 33 transmits the required proportioning cement amount to the cement proportioning module 34 and transmits the required proportioning water amount to the water proportioning module 35. The cement proportioning module 34 controls the cement conveyor 12 to convey cement to the stirring tank 11 according to the required proportioning cement amount. The water proportioning module 35 controls the water inlet pump 132 to pump water to the agitator tank 11 according to the amount of water required to be proportioned.
As shown in fig. 7, the timing material pushing module 36 controls the driving motor 245 to rotate forward until the scraping plate 24 extends into the communicating groove 22, then controls the driving motor 245 to rotate backward for the same time, counts time after the end of the process, and repeatedly controls the driving motor 245 to rotate forward and backward again after the counted time reaches the set time. The recovery control system 3 can automatically control the scraper 24 to move, and the labor cost is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the water pumping control module 37 includes a second water level sensor 371 fixedly connected to the inside of the drainage cavity 232 corresponding to the wastewater collection tank 2, the second water level sensor 371 detects the wastewater water level value inside the drainage cavity 232, the water pumping control module 37 compares the wastewater water level value with a preset contrast value, and when the wastewater water level value exceeds the preset contrast value, the water pumping control module 37 controls the water pump 234 to operate.

the proportioning calculation module (33) calculates the actual sediment content and the actual water volume according to the received sediment concentration and the received wastewater volume, the proportioning calculation module (33) stores a mud-water mixing proportion, the required proportioning cement quantity and the required proportioning water quantity are calculated according to the actual sediment content, the actual water volume and the mud-water mixing proportion, the proportioning calculation module (33) transmits the required proportioning cement quantity to the cement proportioning module (34), and transmits the required proportioning water quantity to the water proportioning module (35);
