The water quality detection system 91 compares the conductivity of the water in the secondary filtration tank 6 detected by the second water conductivity sensor 913 with a third set value, and when the conductivity exceeds the third set value, the water quality detection module prevents the wastewater distribution module from introducing the water in the secondary filtration tank 6 into the spray dedusting apparatus 3, i.e., prevents the precipitation water supply pump 611 from being started.
As shown in fig. 6, the wastewater treatment system 8 stores a chemical proportion calculation formula, the wastewater treatment system 8 monitors the water storage amount in the secondary filter tank 6 in real time, the wastewater treatment system 8 records the water storage amount remaining after the water in the secondary filter tank 6 is pumped out, and the water storage amount after the secondary filter tank 6 receives the water in the primary filter tank 5, and the two are subtracted to obtain the water addition amount. The wastewater treatment system 8 calculates the dosage to be added according to a calculation formula of the addition amount of water and the liquid medicine proportion, and the wastewater treatment system 8 controls the dosing valve 642 according to the dosage to be added and the count of the flow meter 643. The wastewater treatment system 8 can automatically calculate the dosage to be added according to the water adding amount in the secondary filter tank 6, automatically complete the medicine adding and further reduce the manual work.

Fourthly, the system monitors water in the plant area, and when the stirring station body 1 needs water and the sedimentation tank 4 is filled with water, the system automatically guides the water in the sedimentation tank 4 into the stirring station body 1 according to the requirement. When the car washing device 2 needs water and the primary filter tank 5 contains water, the system automatically guides the water in the primary filter tank 5 into the car washing device 2 according to the requirement. When spraying dust device 3 needs to use water and there is water in the second grade filtering ponds 6, the system is automatic leading-in spraying dust device 3 with the water in the second grade filtering ponds 6 according to the demand.
And fifthly, leading the water with the corresponding amount into the primary filtering tank 5 or the secondary filtering tank 6 by the system according to the amount of the water led out from the primary filtering tank 5 or the secondary filtering tank 6.
Sixthly, the system monitors the water quality of the water in the sedimentation tank 4, the primary filtering tank 5 and the secondary filtering tank 6, and when the water quality does not reach the standard, the water in the sedimentation tank 4, the primary filtering tank 5 and the secondary filtering tank 6 is prevented from being led out.
The system can automatically detect the water quality in the sedimentation tank 4, the primary filtering tank 5 or the secondary filtering tank 6, ensure that the circulating water can meet the standard when in use, and avoid the problem caused by unqualified water quality.
