The device for treating the blocked pipeline in the device for preparing propylene by propane dehydrogenation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the support frame (1) comprises a first support (11) and a second support (12), the height of the first support (11) is greater than that of the second support (12), the first support (11) and the second support (12) are respectively used for supporting on different areas of the blocked bare pipeline (4), and the first support (11) is abutted with a flange plate at one end of the bare pipeline (4) which is higher.
4. The device for treating the blocked pipeline for the propane dehydrogenation propylene production device according to claim 1, wherein the heating device comprises a heating belt (2), and the heating belt (2) is wound around the blocked bare pipeline (4);
the heating belt (2) is spirally wound on the plugged bare pipeline (4), and the distance between two adjacent spirals of the heating belt (2) is 0.6-1.5 mm;
the heat preservation device (7) is heat preservation cotton, the blocked bare pipeline (4) is wrapped with the heat preservation device (7) and the heating belt (2) is located in the heat preservation device (7).

The device for treating the blocked pipeline for the device for preparing propylene by propane dehydrogenation according to claim 1, wherein a flange is arranged at the high end of the blocked bare pipeline (4), a valve body (8) is arranged on the flange, the valve body (8) is connected with the gas supply device (6), and the gas supply device (6) can supply low-pressure inert gas into the blocked bare pipeline (4).

The apparatus for treating a blocked pipeline for a propane dehydrogenation propylene production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the off-gas treatment apparatus (5) comprises a VOC treatment device (51) and a shield (52), the shield (52) is disposed at the lower end of the blocked bare pipeline (4), and the shield (52) is connected to the VOC treatment device (51) through a pipeline;
the protective cover (52) is provided with a waste liquid discharge hole which is communicated with the waste collection device (3);
the protective cover (52) is also provided with an observation window, and the liquid discharge condition of the blocked bare pipeline (4) can be observed through the observation window.
7. The device for processing the blocked pipeline for the propane dehydrogenation propylene production device according to claim 1, further comprising a high-pressure water gun for flushing the heated bare pipeline (4).
8. A method of treating a plugged pipe using a plugged pipe treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising:
supporting a to-be-treated blocked bare pipeline (4) on the support frame (1) in an inclined state;
-connecting the heating means, the exhaust gas treatment means (5) and the gas supply means (6) to the plugged bare pipe (4), placing the waste collection means (3) in position;
heating the plugged bare pipe (4) by the heating device so that the solid propylene polymer of the bare pipe (4) flows into the waste collection device (3), the gas supply device (6) inputting a low-pressure inert gas into the bare pipe (4) for promoting the outflow of liquefied polymer and achieving inert gas protection, and the exhaust gas generated during heating is collected by the exhaust gas treatment device (5).
9. The method according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises in particular the following:
removing the insulated, electrostatic cross-over of the plugged pipe surface to form the bare pipe (4);
fixing the bare pipeline (4) on the support frame (1) in an inclined state, wherein the inclination angle is 15-30 degrees;
spirally winding a heating belt (2) of the heating device on the outer wall of the whole bare pipeline (4);
a valve body (8) is additionally arranged on the higher side of the bare pipeline (4), and the valve body (8) is connected with the gas supply device (6);
placing a waste collection device (3) with the volume larger than the internal volume of the bare pipeline (4) below one side of the lower end of the bare pipeline (4), and placing a garbage bag for containing hazardous wastes in the waste collection device (3);
arranging a protective cover (52) of the waste gas treatment device (5) at the lower end side of the bare pipeline (4), wherein a waste liquid discharge hole of the protective cover (52) is positioned above the waste collection device (3);
wrapping the bare pipeline (4) with heat-insulating cotton;
heating the bare pipeline (4) to a certain temperature by the heating device, maintaining the temperature, enabling the polymer in the bare pipeline (4) to flow into the waste collection device (3) below under the action of gravity when the polymer is melted, simultaneously volatilizing part of the polymer into a gas phase, and collecting waste gas and gas input into the bare pipeline (4) by the gas supply device (6) through the waste gas treatment device (5).
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising: if no polymer flows out of the bare pipeline (4), after a certain time, stopping the heating device, cooling the bare pipeline (4), dismantling the heating device, the waste gas treatment device (5) and the gas supply device (6), and then placing the bare pipeline (4) aside for cleaning;
the cleaning method specifically comprises the following steps: and cleaning the cooled bare pipeline (4) by using a high-pressure water gun, filtering the cleaned water and then discharging the filtered water to a sewage treatment system, and filtering the solid obtained by cleaning the water to treat the solid dangerous waste.
