The electric heating plate 5 is assembled at the position of the drying window 122, and the electric heating plate 5 is an arc-shaped plate structure concentric with the cylinder of the gap bin cover 12. After the drying is finished, the aluminum alloy section is transferred to the unloading area through the partition transposition mechanism 2 again, so that the bridge-cut aluminum alloy section can be unloaded in the unloading area, and then film coating and packaging are carried out.
