The embodiment of this application's a novel active passive balance training device, it is at the in-process that uses:
the training device is horizontally placed at a flat position, so that medical staff can assist a patient to fix feet on the foot plate 13 and fix the feet by using the binding bands on the foot plate 13; the patient can then select the appropriate exercise regime according to his own circumstances:
one is as follows: autonomous training
The patient can independently train the affected foot, generally, the patients are all unilateral affected feet, so the patient firstly puts the healthy patient in the foot plate 13 on one side and puts the affected foot on the affected side in the foot plate 13 on the other side; firstly, the foot plate 13 on the healthy side needs to be fixed, so that the electromagnet 231 on the healthy side is turned on after the magnet on-off switch 3415 on the healthy side is turned on, and the foot plate 13 on the healthy side can be ensured to keep a normal neutral position;
then the patient autonomously moves one side of the affected foot forwards and slides backwards, and the aim of autonomous training on one side of the affected foot can be fulfilled;
the second step is as follows: passive training
If the patient needs to perform passive training, the feet of the affected side and the healthy side are fixed according to the active training mode, then the hook 313 at the end of the hydraulic rod 312 can be hung on the hanging ring 24 on the side wall of the sliding block 21, and the power switch 332 on the vertical rod 11 is turned on; the electric control of each element can be realized through the hand-held remote controller 341; the motor on the side where the affected foot is placed can be controlled to start working and the working frequency can be set through the knob switch 3414 of the hydraulic rod 312 on the remote controller 341; therefore, the foot plate 13 can slide back and forth with a limited frequency under the action of the hydraulic rod 312, so as to drive the affected foot to train;
meanwhile, the conditions of each patient are different, so that the proper placement angles of the affected feet of each patient are different, and the rotation limiting assembly 22 is arranged, so that the affected feet can be horizontally exercised by rotating 30 degrees left and right within a certain range;
meanwhile, if the affected foot needs to be corrected, the electromagnet 231 at the bottom of one side foot plate 13 of the affected foot can be powered on, so that the side foot plate 13 and the vertical rod 11 are on the same straight line;
the training requirements of each patient are different, so the output frequency setting of the motor can be different, and the training requirements of different patients can be met.
