Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical treatment, and particularly relates to an intensive care unit for severe neurology.
Background
Neurology is a secondary discipline on neurology. Not belonging to the medical concept. Mainly treats cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage), migraine, brain inflammatory diseases (encephalitis and meningitis), myelitis, epilepsy, dementia, metabolic diseases, hereditary diseases, trigeminal neuralgia, sciatic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, myasthenia gravis and the like. Serious patients usually need to enter an ICU for treatment, the ICU is an Intensive Care Unit (also called an Intensive Care Unit), and treatment, nursing and rehabilitation can be carried out synchronously, so that an isolation place and equipment are provided for the serious or unconscious patients, and services such as optimal nursing, comprehensive treatment, medical and nursing combination, early rehabilitation after operation, joint nursing exercise treatment and the like are provided. The supply is monitored in a targeted manner, also referred to as a deep-cut treatment. The medical organization management form integrates the modern medical treatment, nursing and rehabilitation technology with the common development of medical treatment, nursing, rehabilitation and other specialties, the birth of novel medical equipment and the improvement of a hospital management system.
With the progress of medical technology, many diseases have been treated by corresponding methods, and some complicated or serious diseases usually need to be treated in the intensive care units of corresponding departments, so that the monitoring of the patient condition becomes a very important issue, wherein the intensive care units in neurology department are particularly complicated, and the existing intensive care monitoring devices have the following defects.
Firstly, the method comprises the following steps: the current guardianship device lacks the function of automated inspection discernment and long-range alarm of sending when appearing unusually to patient, and the abnormal conditions can all appear at any time in department of neurology patient, and the manual monitoring that relies on medical personnel's regular tour and central guardianship station alone is not in place enough, and when work is onerous, most medical personnel can't keep watch on for twenty-four hours, has also improved the risk of medical accident when having increased medical personnel's pressure.
II, secondly: the existing monitoring device still lacks auxiliary equipment for medical care work, infusion tubes, electric wires and sensor lines of a severe bed are flatly paved on a bed surface and the ground in a messy and staggered manner, and when a patient with tremor and spasm of limbs easily appears for transfusion, fixing equipment for arms of the patient is lacked, so that the operation difficulty of medical care personnel is increased, and the problems greatly improve the risk of medical accidents.
Thirdly, the method comprises the following steps: the existing intensive care unit for neurology department in the market at present lacks more intuitive monitoring on the condition of a patient, and usually only adopts heart rate, pulse and brain wave detection and the like to monitor numerical values, however, the sudden condition of some neurology diseases is usually not reflected immediately by the numerical values, the more rigorous condition is to simultaneously monitor the external behavior of the patient, such as epilepsy and the condition that the patient feels painful but cannot move, the device should immediately monitor and feed back, and most of the existing devices lack such monitoring function.
