Abstract

With the development of computer technology, more and more units provide corresponding service platforms to users, so that the users can complete corresponding services as required.

The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention carries out word segmentation processing on the search word according to the search word input by a user in a search box to obtain an original field word segmentation set, if the original field word segmentation set comprises a preset number of key words, a parent layer business item matched with each key word is obtained in a preset business item table, and the transaction entries of each parent layer business item and a sub-layer business item corresponding to each parent layer business item are displayed to the user.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the word segmentation module 310 may include:
a main directory obtaining unit, configured to obtain each main directory included in the service item table if the number of the keywords in the original field word segmentation set is greater than a preset number, and splice each main directory and the corresponding sub-directory to obtain multiple candidate search entries;
a target retrieval item determining unit, configured to determine a target retrieval item in each alternative retrieval item according to a keyword included in the original field segmentation set and a main directory included in each alternative retrieval item;
a target service item obtaining unit, configured to match the keywords included in the original field word segmentation set with each target search entry to obtain a target service item, and display the target service item to the user;
a duplicate removal unit, configured to perform duplicate removal processing on each target search entry;
and the keyword matching unit is used for matching the keywords included in the original field word segmentation set with each target retrieval item after the duplication removal processing.
The parent layer service transaction acquisition module 320 may include:
and the standard data acquisition interface calling unit is used for calling a standard data acquisition interface to acquire the parent-layer service items matched with the keywords.
The business item presentation module 330 may include:
the business item ordering unit is used for ordering the business items of the parent layer according to the business types of the business items of the parent layer;
the display unit is used for displaying the transaction entries of the parent-layer business items and the sub-layer business items corresponding to the parent-layer business items to the user according to the sequencing result;
and the standard service interface calling unit is used for calling a standard service interface and displaying the transaction entries of the parent-layer service items and the sub-layer service items corresponding to the parent-layer service items to the user.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the apparatus for presenting business events may further include:
the configuration page display module is used for responding to a configuration request of a user to the service platform and displaying a configuration page by the user;
the mapping relation building module is used for building the target key words and/or the mapping relation between the synonyms and the target service items according to the target key words input by the user aiming at the target service items in the configuration page and/or the synonyms matched with the target key words;
the judging module is used for judging whether the original field word segmentation set comprises the target keyword and/or the synonym;
and the target business item display module is used for displaying the target business item to the user according to the mapping relation when the original field word segmentation set comprises the target keyword and/or the synonym.
The business item display device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the business item display method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the computer apparatus includes a processor 410, a memory 420, an input device 430, and an output device 440; the number of the processors 410 in the computer device may be one or more, and one processor 410 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the processor 410, the memory 420, the input device 430 and the output device 440 in the computer apparatus may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is exemplified in fig. 4. The memory 420 is used as a computer-readable storage medium for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to a method for presenting a business item in any embodiment of the present invention (for example, the segmentation module 310, the parent-layer business item acquisition module 320, and the business item presentation module 330 in a business item presentation apparatus). The processor 410 executes various functional applications and data processing of the computer device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 420, so as to implement the above-mentioned method for presenting a business event. That is, the program when executed by the processor implements:
performing word segmentation processing on the search word according to the search word input by a user in a search box to obtain an original field word segmentation set;
if the original field word segmentation set comprises a preset number of keywords, acquiring a parent layer service item matched with each keyword from a preset service item table;
and displaying the transaction entries of each parent-layer service item and the sub-layer service item corresponding to each parent-layer service item to the user.
The memory 420 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 420 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 420 may further include memory located remotely from processor 410, which may be connected to a computer device through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof. The input device 430 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the computer apparatus, and may include a keyboard and a mouse, etc. The output device 440 may include a display device such as a display screen.

Fifth, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any embodiment of the present invention. Of course, the computer-readable storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present invention may perform related operations in a method for displaying a business item provided in any embodiment of the present invention. That is, the program when executed by the processor implements:
performing word segmentation processing on the search word according to the search word input by a user in a search box to obtain an original field word segmentation set;
if the original field word segmentation set comprises a preset number of keywords, acquiring a parent layer service item matched with each keyword from a preset service item table;
and displaying the transaction entries of each parent-layer service item and the sub-layer service item corresponding to each parent-layer service item to the user.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a FLASH Memory (FLASH), a hard disk or an optical disk of a computer, and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the apparatus for presenting a business item, each unit and each module included in the apparatus is only divided according to functional logic, but is not limited to the above division, as long as the corresponding function can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for displaying business items, the method comprising:
performing word segmentation processing on the search word according to the search word input by a user in a search box to obtain an original field word segmentation set;
if the original field word segmentation set comprises a preset number of keywords, acquiring a parent layer service item matched with each keyword from a preset service item table;
and displaying the transaction entries of each parent-layer service item and the sub-layer service item corresponding to each parent-layer service item to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, after obtaining the original field participle set, further comprising:
if the number of the keywords in the original field word segmentation set is larger than the preset number, acquiring each main directory included in the business item table, and splicing each main directory and the corresponding subdirectories to obtain a plurality of alternative retrieval items;
determining a target retrieval item in each alternative retrieval item according to a keyword included in the original field segmentation set and a main directory included in each alternative retrieval item;
and matching the keywords included in the original field word segmentation set with each target retrieval item to obtain a target service item, and displaying the target service item to the user.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after determining the target search item among the candidate search items, further comprising:
carrying out deduplication processing on each target retrieval item;
matching the keywords included in the original field word segmentation set with each target retrieval item, wherein the matching comprises the following steps:
and matching the keywords included in the original field word segmentation set with each target retrieval item after the duplication removal processing.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to a configuration request of a user to the service platform, and displaying a configuration page by the user;
and constructing the target keywords and/or the mapping relation between the synonyms and the target service items according to the target keywords input by the user aiming at the target service items in the configuration page and/or the synonyms matched with the target keywords.
5. The method of claim 4, after obtaining the original field participle set, further comprising:
judging whether the original field word segmentation set comprises the target keyword and/or the synonym;
and if so, displaying the target business item to the user according to the mapping relation.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein exposing to the user a transaction portal for each of the parent layer business transactions and the child layer business transactions corresponding to each of the parent layer business transactions comprises:
sequencing the parent-layer business items according to the business types of the parent-layer business items;
and displaying the transaction entries of the parent-layer business items and the sub-layer business items corresponding to the parent-layer business items to the user according to the sequencing result.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining parent business items that match each of the keywords comprises:
calling a standard data acquisition interface to acquire a parent-layer service item matched with each keyword;
displaying the transaction entries of each parent-layer service item and the sub-layer service item corresponding to each parent-layer service item to the user, including:
and calling a standard service interface, and displaying the transaction entries of the parent-layer service items and the sub-layer service items corresponding to the parent-layer service items to the user.
8. An apparatus for presenting a business item, the apparatus comprising:
the word segmentation module is used for carrying out word segmentation processing on the search word according to the search word input by the user in the search box to obtain an original field word segmentation set;
a parent layer service item acquisition module, configured to acquire a parent layer service item matching each keyword from a preset service item table if the original field participle set includes a preset number of keywords;
and the business item display module is used for displaying the transaction entries of the parent-layer business items and the sub-layer business items corresponding to the parent-layer business items to the user.
9. A computer device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
the one or more programs when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to perform a method of presenting a business item as recited in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of presenting a business item according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
