Description

Device and method for measuring liquid crystal filling amount of display and display device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a device and a method for measuring liquid crystal filling amount of a display and a display device.
Background
With the continuous innovation of liquid crystal screen technology and process, the size of the liquid crystal mother plate glass is increased generation by generation, the size is developed to 2290mm x3370mm, and the liquid crystal screen of the next generation is expected to be increased continuously, so that higher requirements are provided for the manufacturing process. The manufacturing process of the TIT-LCD liquid crystal screen is to attach two pieces of mother glass sprayed with uniform padding materials, the distance between the two pieces of mother glass is 3-5 mu m, the two pieces of mother glass are used for filling liquid crystal materials in a vacuum state, and the filling amount of liquid crystal directly influences the picture quality of the liquid crystal screen. When the filling amount is too large, the liquid crystal screen becomes yellow or white; when the filling amount is too small, the liquid crystal screen is abnormal.
The general process requires that the liquid crystal filling amount is below 1% of the theoretical value. The filling amount of the liquid crystal is in direct proportion to the thickness of the liquid crystal box, and is related to factors such as the difference of the in-plane sections and the like. Therefore, in order to improve the qualification rate of finished products and reduce the production cost, the liquid crystal box needs to be detected in real time to obtain specific parameters, so as to provide parameter basis for the liquid crystal filling amount. The method for measuring the liquid crystal filling amount at present comprises the steps of firstly calculating the central liquid crystal filling amount according to a product target CG (namely a box gap), then setting ranges of 6% -10% respectively upwards and downwards based on the central liquid crystal filling amount, selecting a liquid crystal mother plate in each range, putting the liquid crystal mother plate into a high-low temperature environment after box forming, and finally taking the liquid crystal filling amount corresponding to 1% downwards of a gravity Mura as an upper limit of a safety range and taking the liquid crystal filling amount corresponding to 1% upwards of a vacuum Bubble as a lower limit of the safety range.
At present, the method can not determine whether the liquid crystal charging safety range of the product can meet the quality requirement of an actual liquid crystal screen, the quality requirement can be met only by subsequently changing the design and adjusting the manufacturing process, and the method needs to be repeated for many times, thereby causing huge waste on resources and productivity.
