In a common card type system optical machine design, a secondary mirror assembly (a secondary reflector and a secondary mirror frame) is in contact with and positioned on the end face of a secondary mirror frame, the secondary mirror is translated through a screw hole or adjusted by adding a copper sheet pad on the end face to incline the secondary mirror, and the secondary mirror assembly is fastened by using screws after the adjustment is finished. The method has the main problems that after adjustment is finished, screw fixation often brings obvious stress action, the pose adjusted by the secondary mirror is changed again, image quality is changed, and residual stress causes hidden danger to the reliability of the system.
