Specifically, the embodiment provides an implementation manner of obtaining and judging the position parameter of the rail vehicle according to the feedback of the speed parameter of the rail vehicle, after the running speed of the rail vehicle is judged, the relative position of the rail vehicle in the running section is judged, and then whether the unlocking bit 80 of the door lock 10 can be unlocked or not is known.
In one application scenario, for a rail vehicle running in a section, a door emergency unlocking request is operated, the vehicle is not braked to stop emergently, and the train runs to the next station to stop and open the door.
In another application scenario, for a train started from a station, a door emergency unlocking request is operated, the train is triggered to brake emergently when the running distance is less than half of the train, and the train continues to run after the running distance exceeds half of the train.

in response to the door lock 10 not being adjusted to the unlock position 80 within the preset execution time, the doorcontroller 20 adjusts the door lock 10 to the lock position 60 and maintains the locked state of the door lock 10.

the controller is used for acquiring an unlocking feedback signal based on the unlocking request signal and judging.
2. The vehicle door emergency unlocking apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the door lock includes: the rotary switch, the trigger part, the rotating shaft and the limit switch;
the rotary switch drives the trigger part to trigger the limit switch through the rotating shaft;
the limit switch is connected with the gate controller;
when the rotary switch is suspended to the request position, the trigger part triggers the limit switch to send an unlocking request instruction to the door controller;
when the rotary switch hovers to the unlocking position, the trigger part triggers the limit switch to send an unlocking starting instruction to the door controller.
3. The vehicle door emergency unlocking apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the door lock further comprises: the rotary switch is arranged on one side of the shell; the trigger part and the limit switch are arranged on the shell opposite to the other side of the rotary switch.
4. A vehicle door emergency release apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said housing is provided with a recess, and said rotary switch is disposed in said recess.
5. The vehicle door emergency unlocking apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the door lock further comprises: the locking mechanism comprises a first locking hook, a second locking hook and a locking mechanism;
the first lock hook is connected with the rotary switch through the rotating shaft;
the second lock hook is connected with the locking mechanism;
the locking mechanism is connected with the shell and used for realizing buckling of the first locking hook and the second locking hook.

The vehicle door emergency unlocking apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein said door lock further comprises: the support structure comprises a first support plate and a second support plate, wherein the first support plate and the second support plate are connected to form an L-shaped support structure;
wherein the first support plate is connected with the shell;
the second supporting plate is arranged in parallel to the axial direction of the rotating shaft;
the locking mechanism is connected with the second supporting plate and drives the second lock hook to be matched with the first lock hook along the radial direction of the rotating shaft.
7. The vehicle door emergency unlocking apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein said door lock further comprises: the device comprises a first limiting plate, a second limiting plate and a third limiting plate;
the first limiting plate is connected with the shell;
the second limiting plate is connected with the first limiting plate and is connected towards one side far away from the shell;
the third limiting plate is connected with the second limiting plate and is arranged in parallel with the first limiting plate;

responding to the unlocking feedback of the unlocking feedback signal to be negative, the controller sends an unlocking prohibition signal to the door controller, the door controller keeps the locking state of the door lock based on the unlocking prohibition signal, and the door lock is adjusted to be locked;
and if the unlocking feedback responding to the unlocking feedback signal is yes, the controller generates a control decision based on the operation parameters of the rail vehicle and executes the control decision.
11. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein the step of the door controller obtaining an unlocking request command that the door lock is in a request position and sending an unlocking request signal to the controller includes:
responding to the obtained unlocking request signal, and obtaining and judging the state parameters of the door lock by the door controller;
responding to the condition that the door lock is in a locking state, the door controller sends an unlocking request signal to the controller;
and responding to the situation that the door lock is in an unlocking state, and sending an unlocking request signal to the controller after the door controller adjusts the door lock to a locking state.
12. The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the step of generating the control decision based on the operation parameter of the rail vehicle and executing the control decision by the controller in response to the unlocking feedback signal is as follows:
in response to the fact that the obtained unlocking feedback is yes, the controller obtains a speed parameter of the rail vehicle as the running parameter and judges the speed parameter;
responding to the unlocking feedback of the speed parameter feedback to be negative, the controller sends an unlocking prohibition signal to the door controller, the door controller keeps the locking state of the door lock based on the unlocking prohibition signal, and the door lock is adjusted to the locking position;
and responding to the unlocking feedback of the speed parameter feedback, namely, the controller acquires and judges the position parameter of the rail vehicle.
13. The method as claimed in claim 12, wherein the step of obtaining and determining the position parameter of the rail vehicle by the controller in response to the unlocking feedback of the speed parameter feedback is yes, and specifically comprises:
in response to the fact that the unlocking feedback fed back by the position parameter is negative, the controller sends an unlocking prohibition signal to the door controller, the door controller keeps the locking state of the door lock based on the unlocking prohibition signal, and the door lock is adjusted to the locking position;
and responding to the unlocking feedback of the position parameter feedback, wherein the controller sends a request passing signal to the door controller, and the door controller opens the unlocking position of the door lock based on the request passing signal and keeps the locking state of the door lock.

The method as claimed in claim 13, wherein the step of the controller generating a control decision based on the operation parameters of the rail vehicle and executing the control decision is followed by the step of the controller generating an unlocking feedback signal in response to the unlocking feedback signal as yes, and further comprising:
in response to the door lock not being adjusted to the unlocked position within a preset execution time, the door controller adjusts the door lock to the locked position and maintains the locked state of the door lock.
15. The method for controlling the emergency unlocking device for the vehicle door according to any one of claims 10 to 14, wherein the step of continuously acquiring the unlocking feedback signal based on the unlocking request signal and performing the judgment by the controller further includes:
and in response to the unlocking feedback of the unlocking feedback signal within the preset feedback time being vacant, the controller generates the control decision based on the operation parameters of the rail vehicle and executes the control decision.
16. The method for controlling an emergency unlocking device of a vehicle door according to any one of claims 10 to 14, further comprising:
and responding to the power failure of the controller and/or the door controller, opening an unlocking position of the door lock, and continuously keeping the door lock in a locking state.
