7. A rotary dry distillation production process comprises the following steps:
step one, a solid phase process:
(1) the two rotary dry distillation complete sets are configured in parallel, and share one set of fraction processing system;
(2) feeding the materials into a feeding bin and automatically supplying the materials to a belt conveyor;
(3) conveying the treated object to a rotary dry distillation complete plant; evaporating or cracking the water and organic pollutants in the treatment object;
(4) cooling the solid-phase substance to 20 ℃ above the ambient temperature by cooling equipment, and discharging the solid-phase substance into a storage bin or a stock dump for concentrated temporary storage;
step two, a gas phase flow process:
1, performing dry distillation treatment on a liquid phase in rotary dry distillation complete equipment to form a high-temperature mixed gas phase, and condensing and enriching organic matters with high boiling points and solid particles of fly ash by oil bath condensation;
2, controlling the temperature of the gas phase after oil bath at 120 ℃, and then cooling the gas phase to 60 ℃ through a tube heat exchanger;
3, enabling the gas phase cooled by the tube type heat exchanger to pass through a demister, then entering a heat exchanger of a condensing unit again, and cooling the gas phase to 25 ℃;
4, directly introducing the final non-condensable gas into an incineration system after passing through a mist catcher;
step three, liquid phase flow process:
1) a water-cooling coil is introduced into the oil groove, the oil temperature is maintained at about 100 ℃, a spray circulating pump and a sewage pump are arranged at the bottom of the oil groove, spray circulation and oil product discharge are respectively carried out, and the discharged oil product is cooled by a heat exchanger and then directly enters a storage oil tank;
2) most of steam condensed by the oil bath is water vapor mixed with a small amount of light oil vapor, the steam is condensed by a tube heat exchanger and then enters a temporary storage tank, and then the steam is discharged into an oil-water separation tank to separate water from a small amount of light oil and then is respectively discharged;
3) the gas after passing through the tube heat exchanger firstly passes through a demister to remove the water mist which is not enriched, and the residual non-condensable gas passes through an induced draft fan to enter an incineration chamber;
4) the closed type water spraying tower heat dissipation system is configured to be water-cooled by an oil groove, the closed type water spraying tower heat dissipation system is configured to be cooled by external oil, and the closed type water spraying tower heat dissipation system is configured to supply heat exchange cold water for a shell pass of the tube array.
