Abstract
The invention provides a wet and dry abrasive belt for metal grinding and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of metal grinding abrasive belt processing. The wet and dry abrasive belt consists of base cloth and slurry adhered to the surface of the base cloth, wherein the slurry comprises a photocuring monomer, a photocuring oligomer, an initiator, a coupling agent, a dispersing agent, an abrasive and a heat dissipating agent. The abrasive belt has good water resistance, has no influence on grinding performance after being soaked, has equivalent removal amount and better grinding effect as electrostatic products, and has service life more than five times longer than that of the electrostatic products.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of metal grinding abrasive belt processing, in particular to a dry-wet abrasive belt for metal grinding and a preparation method thereof.
Background

5-10 parts of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate;
and 5-10 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate;
5-15 parts of epoxy acrylic resin;
0.05-0.5 part of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1- (4-morpholinylphenyl) butanone;

BYK1110.05-0.5 part;
40-60 parts of monocrystalline corundum;
10-20 parts of cryolite.
Preferably, the base cloth is a J-type or X-type polyester-cotton blended cloth subjected to waterproof treatment.

(4) and curing the base cloth subjected to photocuring in an oven to obtain the wet and dry abrasive belt.
Preferably, the baking temperature in the step (2) is 100-120 ℃, and the baking time is 1-5 min.
Preferably, the roller surface adopted in the step (3) has a certain three-dimensional shape, so that the grinding blocks formed on the surface of the base cloth have the same three-dimensional structure.
Preferably, the curing temperature in the step (4) is 80-90 ℃, and the curing time is 12-18 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the slurry adopted by the abrasive belt has waterproofness, so that the abrasive belt can be used for both dry and wet purposes, namely, the abrasive belt can be matched with a machine table for wet grinding and can also be used for hand-held dry grinding of different-shaped parts;
the abrasive belt has good water resistance, and has no influence on the grinding performance after being soaked;
the abrasive belt of the invention has the removal amount equivalent to that of electrostatic products and better grinding effect, and the service life of the abrasive belt is more than five times of that of the electrostatic products.

Example 1
A wet-dry abrasive belt for metal polishing is composed of base cloth and slurry adhered to the surface of the base cloth, wherein the base cloth is J-shaped or polyester-cotton blended cloth subjected to waterproof treatment, and the slurry is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
10 parts of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate;
and 10 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate;
10 parts of epoxy acrylic resin;
0.5 part of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1- (4-morpholinylphenyl) butanone;
KH 5700.5 parts;
BYK 1110.5 parts;
50 parts of monocrystalline corundum;
15 parts of cryolite.
The preparation method of the dry-wet abrasive belt for metal grinding comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the slurry raw materials according to a proportion, fully stirring, and then carrying out vacuumizing and defoaming treatment to obtain slurry;
(2) performing waterproof treatment on the base cloth by adopting phenolic resin, wherein the adopted phenolic resin is purchased from Shandong Shengquan chemical Co., Ltd, the model is PF2430, then coating a layer of base glue on the surface of the base cloth subjected to the waterproof treatment, and baking for 3min at the temperature of 110 ℃ until the surface is dry;
(3) coating the slurry treated in the step (1) on a base cloth primer, irradiating by adopting ultraviolet light and rolling, instantly drying the slurry and forming an abrasive block on the base cloth, wherein the surface of an adopted roll shaft has a certain three-dimensional shape, so that the abrasive blocks formed on the surface of the base cloth have the same three-dimensional structure;
(4) and curing the base cloth subjected to photocuring in an oven, wherein the curing temperature is 85 ℃, and the curing time is 15 hours, so that the dry-wet dual-purpose abrasive belt is obtained.
Example 2
A wet-dry abrasive belt for metal polishing is composed of base cloth and slurry adhered to the surface of the base cloth, wherein the base cloth is J-type or X-type polyester-cotton blended cloth subjected to waterproof treatment, and the slurry is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
8 parts of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate;
and 10 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate;
15 parts of epoxy acrylic resin;
0.1 part of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1- (4-morpholinylphenyl) butanone;
KH 5700.5 parts;
BYK 1110.1 parts;
60 parts of monocrystalline corundum;
10 parts of cryolite.
The preparation method of the dry-wet abrasive belt for metal grinding comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the slurry raw materials according to a proportion, fully stirring, and then carrying out vacuumizing and defoaming treatment to obtain slurry;
(2) performing waterproof treatment on the base cloth by adopting phenolic resin, wherein the adopted phenolic resin is purchased from Shandong Shengquan chemical Co., Ltd, the model is PF2430, then coating a layer of base glue on the surface of the base cloth subjected to the waterproof treatment, and baking for 3min at the temperature of 110 ℃ until the surface is dry;
(3) coating the slurry treated in the step (1) on a base cloth primer, irradiating by adopting ultraviolet light and rolling, instantly drying the slurry and forming an abrasive block on the base cloth, wherein the surface of an adopted roll shaft has a certain three-dimensional shape, so that the abrasive blocks formed on the surface of the base cloth have the same three-dimensional structure;
(4) and curing the base cloth subjected to photocuring in an oven, wherein the curing temperature is 90 ℃, and the curing time is 18 hours, so that the dry-wet dual-purpose abrasive belt is obtained.
Example 3
A wet-dry abrasive belt for metal polishing is composed of base cloth and slurry adhered to the surface of the base cloth, wherein the base cloth is J-type or X-type polyester-cotton blended cloth subjected to waterproof treatment, and the slurry is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass:
5 parts of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate;
and 5 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate;
5 parts of epoxy acrylic resin;
0.05 part of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1- (4-morpholinylphenyl) butanone;
KH 5701 parts;
BYK 1110.5 parts;
60 parts of monocrystalline corundum;
10 parts of cryolite.
The preparation method of the dry-wet abrasive belt for metal grinding comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the slurry raw materials according to a proportion, fully stirring, and then carrying out vacuumizing and defoaming treatment to obtain slurry;

(4) and curing the base cloth subjected to photocuring in an oven, wherein the curing temperature is 80 ℃, and the curing time is 12 hours, so that the dry-wet dual-purpose abrasive belt is obtained.
Performance detection
The wet and dry coated abrasive belts prepared in examples 1 to 3 were subjected to water resistance and grinding tests, wherein the water resistance: and (3) soaking a 1500# cloth-based three-dimensional abrasive disc with the diameter of 76mm in water for 24 hours.
Grinding experiment: the soaked wafer is wiped dry and adhered to the surface of a sponge with 5mm back velvet through a high-viscosity double-sided adhesive tape, and a parallel comparison sample is a commercial 1500# electrostatic cloth-based abrasive belt.

removal amount: under the same pressure, rotation speed and grinding time, weighing the weight m1 and m2 of the titanium alloy before and after grinding, wherein m1-m2 are the removal amount of the titanium alloy by the cloth-based product, and the average value is obtained by grinding for three times, wherein the removal amount of the titanium alloy reflects the grinding efficiency of the product;
roughness: after grinding, three points are taken on the surface of the titanium alloy to test the roughness, and the average value reflects the grinding effect of the product;
grinding life: the time taken for the abrasive to be completely consumed or removed suddenly decreases at the same pressure and rotation speed, reflecting the service life of the product.
The test results are shown in table 1.

3. The wet and dry sanding belt for metal grinding according to claim 2, wherein the slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5-10 parts of trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate;
and 5-10 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate;
5-15 parts of epoxy acrylic resin;
0.05-0.5 part of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1- (4-morpholinylphenyl) butanone;

40-60 parts of monocrystalline corundum;
10-20 parts of cryolite.

6. Method for making a wet and dry abrasive belt for metal grinding according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the slurry raw materials according to a proportion, fully stirring, and then carrying out vacuumizing and defoaming treatment to obtain slurry;
(2) coating a layer of base glue on the surface of the base cloth, and baking until the surface is dry;
(3) coating the slurry treated in the step (1) on a base cloth primer, irradiating by adopting ultraviolet light and rolling, wherein the slurry is instantly dried and forms a grinding block on the base cloth;
(4) and curing the base cloth subjected to photocuring in an oven to obtain the wet and dry abrasive belt.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the baking temperature in step (2) is 100-120 ℃ and the baking time is 1-5 min.
