pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at a stirring speed of 600r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 25s, naturally cooling for 45min in a sterile environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 2
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 85kg of paraffin wax at 70 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 12kg of PE wax, 18kg of microcrystalline wax and 18kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 1000r/min and the temperature below 120 ℃ to melt and mix the PE wax, the microcrystalline wax and the K512 wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 12kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 170 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 1000r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 40s, naturally cooling for 90min in a sterile environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 3
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 50kg of paraffin wax at 65 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 3kg of PE wax, 5kg of microcrystalline wax and 5kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 800r/min and the temperature of below 100 ℃ to melt and mix the paraffin wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 3kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 150 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 30s, naturally cooling for 60min in an aseptic environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 4
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 80kg of paraffin wax at 68 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 10kg of PE wax, 15kg of microcrystalline wax and 15kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 900r/min and the temperature below 110 ℃ to melt and mix the PE wax, the microcrystalline wax and the K512 wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 10kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 160 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 900r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 35s, naturally cooling for 75min in a sterile environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 5
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 60kg of paraffin wax at 68 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 5kg of PE wax, 10kg of microcrystalline wax and 10kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 800r/min and the temperature below 115 ℃ to melt and mix the paraffin wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 5kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 160 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 35s, naturally cooling for 60min in an aseptic environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 6
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 55kg of paraffin wax at 68 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 8kg of PE wax, 12kg of microcrystalline wax and 12kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 800r/min and the temperature below 115 ℃ to melt and mix the PE wax, the microcrystalline wax and the K512 wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 8kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 160 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 35s, naturally cooling for 60min in an aseptic environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Example 7
The embodiment of the invention provides a wax vase which is prepared by the following method:
raw material treatment: heating 70kg of paraffin wax at 68 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax, then adding 5kg of PE wax, 10kg of microcrystalline wax and 10kg of K512 wax, stirring and heating at the stirring speed of 800r/min and the temperature below 115 ℃ to melt and mix the PE wax, the microcrystalline wax and the K512 wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating 5kg of flame-retardant ABS plastic at 160 ℃ to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic at the stirring speed of 800r/min to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mould, then placing the mould injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box to exhaust for 35s, naturally cooling for 60min in an aseptic environment after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
Test examples
The wax vases provided by embodiments 1-7 of the invention were subjected to a scoring test with the following test criteria:
integrity: 1-6 minutes (with defect and unevenness on the surface) and 7-10 minutes (smooth, flat and without defect);
texture: 1-6 points (turbid and opaque texture) and 7-10 points (translucent and transparent texture);
anti-falling property: 1-6 minutes (more and dispersed fragments after falling) and 7-10 minutes (less and non-dispersed fragments after falling);
odor: 1-6 points (with peculiar smell) and 7-10 points (without peculiar smell).
The test results are shown in table 1:

Tests show that the wax vase provided by the invention has smooth and flat outer surface, semitransparent and light-transmitting texture, attractive appearance and high strength performance.
In summary, the wax vase and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention have the advantages that the wax vase takes paraffin as the main component, the paraffin is solid alkane as the main component, is odorless and tasteless, is white or light yellow semitransparent solid, and takes the paraffin as the main material of the vase, so that the vase has semitransparent texture of the paraffin, and is more attractive. The PE wax is also called polyethylene wax, has excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, has stable chemical properties, can be used as an additive to increase the surface gloss and the processing performance of products, and is beneficial to improving the use strength and the surface brightness of product vases. The K512 wax is hard wax, has excellent strength performance, is used as an additive, and is beneficial to further improving the strength performance of the product vase, so that the product vase is firm and durable. The flame-retardant ABS plastic is a terpolymer of three monomers of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and styrene (S), and the flame retardant is added to the flame-retardant ABS plastic, so that the flame-retardant ABS plastic is stable in chemical property, has heat resistance, flame retardance, corrosion resistance and the like, has certain surface hardness and excellent processability, can be used as an additive, can further enhance the strength performance of a product vase, enhances the heat resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardance and the like of the product vase, and further improves the quality of the product vase. The microcrystalline wax is white amorphous solid wax, mainly contains a small amount of cyclic and straight-chain hydrocarbon by taking C31-70 branched-chain saturated hydrocarbon, is odorless and tasteless, and can be used as an additive to further improve the surface gloss of the product vase, increase the light transmittance of the product vase and make the product vase more beautiful. The wax vase takes paraffin as a main raw material, has the characteristics of translucency and light transmission, and is beautiful and beautiful, high in strength performance and good in using effect.

1. A wax vase is characterized by comprising the following raw material components: paraffin wax, PE wax, K512 wax, flame retardant ABS plastic and microcrystalline wax.
2. The wax vase according to claim 1, wherein the components in parts by weight are: 50-80 parts of paraffin, 3-10 parts of PE wax, 5-15 parts of K512 wax, 3-10 parts of flame-retardant ABS plastic and 5-15 parts of microcrystalline wax.
3. The wax vase according to claim 2, wherein the components in parts by weight are: 70 parts of paraffin wax, 5 parts of PE wax, 10 parts of K512 wax, 5 parts of flame-retardant ABS plastic and 10 parts of microcrystalline wax.
4. A method of manufacturing a wax vase according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
raw material treatment: heating paraffin to melt, adding PE wax, microcrystalline wax and K512 wax, stirring and heating to melt and mix the paraffin and the microcrystalline wax to obtain a wax mixed solution, and separately heating the flame-retardant ABS plastic to melt the flame-retardant ABS plastic for later use;
pouring the vase: stirring and mixing the wax mixed liquid and the melted flame-retardant ABS plastic to obtain a mixed raw material, then injecting the mixed raw material into a mold, then placing the mold injected with the mixed raw material into a vacuum box for exhaust treatment, cooling after the exhaust is finished, and then demolding to obtain a finished product.
5. The method of manufacturing a wax vase according to claim 4, wherein in the raw material processing step, the paraffin is heated to melt at 60 to 70 ℃.

9. The method for manufacturing a wax vase according to claim 4, wherein in the vase casting step, the vacuum box is evacuated for 25-40 s.
10. The preparation method of the wax vase according to claim 4, wherein in the vase casting step, after the air exhaust is completed, the vase is naturally cooled for 45-90min in a sterile environment, and then the vase is demoulded to obtain a finished product.
