技术领域
本发明涉及建筑陶瓷材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于陶瓷砖以及家居、家具、橱柜饰面板的建筑陶瓷板/砖及其制造方法。
背景技术
近两年来,建筑陶瓷砖正向陶瓷板方向加速转型和发展,建筑陶瓷正逐渐朝着石材、家居、家具、橱柜饰面板领域开拓市场。2020年全国已有超80家陶瓷企业新增了112条陶瓷岩板生产线。然而,目前陶瓷板作为家居、家具、橱柜饰面板的应用,普遍存在着加工切割裂和生产能耗高的问题,这两大问题严重制约了行业的发展。现有技术陶瓷板(砖)的烧成温度约为1210℃,其抗折强度约40~50Mpa,断裂韧性约1~1.5,在产品和技术方面均存在明显的缺陷和不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,通过配方设计,向坯体中引入无机纤维进行增强增韧,同时引入低温助熔性原料实现低温烧成和避免无机纤维的高温融解失效,以提高产品性能、降低能耗和生产成本,促进建筑陶瓷板/砖行业的技术应用和发展。本发明的另一目的在于提供上述建筑陶瓷板/ 砖的制造方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;所述基料的原料组成为可塑性原料5~40wt%、助熔性原料20~50w%、无机纤维15~50w%;所述添加剂为有机增强剂、减水剂,相对于基料,有机增强剂的加入量为0~5wt%、减水剂的加入量为0.01~1.0wt%。
本发明可塑性原料主要起到成型作用,赋予坯体成型后湿强度和干燥强度,可以是为粘土、高岭土、膨润土、黑泥、混合泥、水洗泥中的一种或其组合。由于粘土等可塑性原料一般含铁钛量较高,影响白度,因而加入量低时,普遍白度较高。为此,当可塑性原料加入量较少时(如5~25wt%),可适当加入有机增强剂作为替代,以提高生坯湿强度和干强度。而当可塑性原料加入量较多时(如>25wt%),则可少加或不加有机增强剂。
上述方案中,本发明有机增强剂为溶于水的有机高分子物质,溶于水后具有一定粘度和一定粘接性,可以是甲基纤维素、淀粉、改性淀粉、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或其组合。减水剂的主要作用是使泥浆解胶,即泥浆在相同固相浓度下,具有更低的粘度,有助于泥浆的喷雾干燥,可以是三聚磷酸钠、水玻璃、五水偏硅酸钠、偏磷酸钠、腐植酸钠中的一种或其组合。
本发明助熔性原料的作用是使坯体能够在低温下烧结,同时确保所加入的无机纤维高温下不被熔剂所融解而失去增强增韧的作用。为此,一方面熔剂中钾钠含量不宜过高,否则所加入的无机纤维会被破坏;其次,必须保证坯体在1050℃以下的温度进行烧结,否则,如果温度过高,超过1050℃时,钙镁钡锌等氧化物将开始起助熔剂的作用,从而使无机纤维融解而失去增强增韧功能;第三,烧结时为使坯体高温下能在辊道窑的棍棒上行走而不变形,要求坯体有足够高的高温抗变形能力,这就要求助熔性原料高温熔化后要有足够高的粘度,亦要求钾钠磷含量不能过高,而铝、硅等高温成分在确保烧结的情况下要足够高。因此,本发明所述助熔性原料的化学组成为SiO230~85%、Na2O+K2O 0~16%、Al2O30~30%、Fe2O30~4%、 CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0~30%、TiO20~3%、P2O50~8%、B2O30~50%;优选地,为SiO250~80%、Na2O+K2O 0~2%、Al2O32~18%、Fe2O30~0.5%、 CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 5~18%、TiO20~1%、P2O50~3%、B2O36~30%。
上述方案中,本发明所述助熔性原料为普通碎玻璃、高硼硅碎玻璃、特种碎玻璃、合成熔块、含硼煅烧料或含磷煅烧料中的一种或其组合。
本发明无机纤维是起到增强增韧的作用,可以是莫来石纤维、氧化铝纤维、硅酸铝纤维、氧化锆纤维、硅灰石纤维中的一种或其组合。为利于均匀混合、并进一步提高增强增韧效果,所述无机纤维的直径为1~20μm、长度为5~200μm、长径比为5~20。
本发明的另一目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合而得到泥浆;
(2)所述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为4~9wt%的粉料;
(3)所述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在所述坯体表面施底釉、装饰、施面釉后,在700~1050℃温度,优选地, 800~980℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为5~15min,烧成周期为55~65min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖。
利用上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法制得的产品,其抗折强度为87~136Mpa、断裂韧性为2.35~2.93。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过配方设计,向坯体中引入无机纤维进行增强增韧,大大缓解甚至从根本上解决了陶瓷板(砖)切割裂的问题;同时通过向坯体中引入低温助熔性原料,使陶瓷板(砖)能够在低温下烧成,一方面避免了高温下无机纤维被融解而失效的问题,另一方面降低了生产成本,解决了能耗高的问题。本发明制造方法采用目前建筑陶瓷领域通用和普遍采用的工艺、设备即可,不仅工艺简单,而且大大节约了能耗,显著提高了产品性能,有利于促进建筑陶瓷板(砖)行业的技术应用和发展。
下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
1、本实施例一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;其中基料的原料组成为膨润土15wt%、高硼硅碎玻璃35w%、硅灰石纤维50w%;相对于基料,添加剂为改性淀粉0.5wt%、水玻璃0.5wt%。
膨润土的化学组成为:SiO274.10%、Na2O+K2O 6.51%、Al2O315.84%、Fe2O30.29%、CaO+MgO 0.33%、TiO20.15%、烧失2.78%。
高硼硅碎玻璃的化学组成为:SiO281.12%、Na2O+K2O 2.29%、Al2O32.84%、Fe2O30.11%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.43%、TiO20.15%、B2O313.06%。
硅灰石纤维的直径为2~5μm、长度为16~60μm、长径比为8~12,其化学组成为SiO251.30%、CaO 47.80%、烧失0.90%。
2、本实施例上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其步骤如下:
(1)按照上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合8h而得到泥浆;
(2)采用喷雾干燥塔将上述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为7wt%的粉料;
(3)上述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在上述坯体表面施底釉、装饰(可以是丝网印刷、辊筒印花或喷墨打印等)、施面釉(可以是釉浆或干粒釉)后,入窑在950℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为10min,烧成周期为60min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖,其抗折强度为106Mpa、断裂韧性为2.86。
实施例二:
1、本实施例一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;其中基料的原料组成为水洗泥25wt%、高硼硅碎玻璃30w%、莫来石纤维45w%;相对于基料,添加剂为甲基纤维素0.1wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.3wt%。
水洗泥的化学组成为:SiO265.23%、Na2O+K2O 1.21%、Al2O324.99%、Fe2O30.31%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.43%、TiO20.15%、烧失7.68%。

莫来石纤维的直径为3~5μm、长度为15~50μm、长径比为5~10,其化学组成为SiO222~28%、Al2O372~78%。
2、本实施例上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其步骤如下:
(1)按照上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合7h而得到泥浆;
(2)采用喷雾干燥塔将上述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为6.5wt%的粉料;
(3)上述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在上述坯体表面施底釉、装饰(可以是丝网印刷、辊筒印花或喷墨打印等)、施面釉(可以是釉浆或干粒釉)后,入窑在1050℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为12min,烧成周期为62min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖,其抗折强度为 96Mpa、断裂韧性为2.56。
实施例三:
1、本实施例一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;其中基料的原料组成为黑泥25wt%、普通碎玻璃40w%、硅灰石纤维35w%;相对于基料,添加剂为聚丙烯酸钠0.2wt%、五水偏硅酸钠0.5wt%。
黑泥的化学组成为:SiO266.23%、Na2O+K2O 0.81%、Al2O321.84%、Fe2O30.81%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.33%、TiO20.35%、烧失9.63%。
普通碎玻璃化学组成为:SiO271.33%、Na2O+K2O 15.26%、Al2O32.84%、Fe2O30.21%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 10.21%、TiO20.15%。
硅灰石纤维的直径为5~8μm、长度为40~96μm、长径比为8~12,其化学组成为SiO251.30%、CaO 47.80%、烧失0.90%。
2、本实施例上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其步骤如下:
(1)按照上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合9h而得到泥浆;
(2)采用喷雾干燥塔将上述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为7wt%的粉料;
(3)上述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在上述坯体表面施底釉、装饰(可以是丝网印刷、辊筒印花或喷墨打印等)、施面釉(可以是釉浆或干粒釉)后,入窑在930℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为5min,烧成周期为55min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖,其抗折强度为 87Mpa、断裂韧性为2.35。
实施例四:
1、本实施例一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;其中基料的原料组成为混合泥25wt%、普通碎玻璃40w%、硅灰石纤维30w%、莫来石纤维5w%;相对于基料,添加剂为淀粉0.08wt%、偏磷酸钠0.5wt%。
混合泥的化学组成为:SiO266.23%、Na2O+K2O 1.29%、Al2O323.32%、Fe2O30.36%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.53%、TiO20.18%、烧失8.09%。
普通碎玻璃化学组成为:SiO271.33%、Na2O+K2O 15.26%、Al2O32.84%、Fe2O30.21%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 10.21%、TiO20.15%。
硅灰石纤维的直径为2~5μm、长度为20~50μm、长径比为10,其化学组成为SiO251.30%、CaO 47.80%、烧失0.90%。莫来石纤维的直径为3~5μm、长度为15~ 50μm、长径比为5~10,其化学组成为SiO222~28%、Al2O372~78%。
2、本实施例上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其步骤如下:
(1)按照上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合8h而得到泥浆;
(2)采用喷雾干燥塔将上述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为6.7wt%的粉料;
(3)上述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在上述坯体表面施底釉、装饰(可以是丝网印刷、辊筒印花或喷墨打印等)、施面釉(可以是釉浆或干粒釉)后,入窑在930℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为15min,烧成周期为65min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖,其抗折强度为 136Mpa、断裂韧性为2.93。
实施例五:
1、本实施例一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,由基料和添加剂组成;其中基料的原料组成为水洗泥18wt%、黑泥7wt%、含硼煅烧料40wt%、普通碎玻璃5w%、硅酸铝纤维 25w%、氧化铝纤维5w%;相对于基料,添加剂为聚丙烯酸钠1.0wt%、腐植酸钠 0.3wt%。
黑泥的化学组成为:SiO266.23%、Na2O+K2O 0.81%、Al2O321.84%、Fe2O30.81%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.33%、TiO20.35%、烧失9.63%。
水洗泥的化学组成为:SiO265.23%、Na2O+K2O 1.21%、Al2O324.99%、Fe2O30.31%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 0.43%、TiO20.15%、烧失7.68%。
含硼煅烧料的化学组成为:SiO242.11%、Na2O+K2O 0.17%、Al2O39.89%、Fe2O30.19%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 24.43%、TiO20.15%、B2O323.06%。
普通碎玻璃化学组成为:SiO271.33%、Na2O+K2O 15.26%、Al2O32.84%、Fe2O30.21%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO 10.21%、TiO20.15%。
硅酸铝纤维的直径为1~5μm、长度为10~80μm、长径比为10~16,其化学组成为SiO235~38%、Al2O362~65%。氧化铝纤维的直径为1~2μm、长度为10~ 30μm、长径比为10~15,其化学组成为:Al2O399.99%、Na2O+K2O 0.01%。
2、本实施例上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其步骤如下:
(1)按照上述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合10h而得到泥浆;
(2)采用喷雾干燥塔将上述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为7wt%的粉料;
(3)上述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在上述坯体表面施底釉、装饰(可以是丝网印刷、辊筒印花或喷墨打印等)、施面釉(可以是釉浆或干粒釉)后,入窑在1035℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为10min,烧成周期为60min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖,其抗折强度为 109Mpa、断裂韧性为2.55。

Claims (10)

1.一种建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:由基料和添加剂组成;所述基料的原料组成为可塑性原料5~40wt%、助熔性原料20~50w%、无机纤维15~50w%;所述添加剂为有机增强剂、减水剂,相对于基料,有机增强剂的加入量为0~5wt%、减水剂的加入量为0.01~1.0wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述可塑性原料为粘土、高岭土、膨润土、黑泥、混合泥、水洗泥中的一种或其组合;所述有机增强剂为甲基纤维素、淀粉、改性淀粉、聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或其组合;所述减水剂为三聚磷酸钠、水玻璃、五水偏硅酸钠、偏磷酸钠、腐植酸钠中的一种或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述助熔性原料的化学组成为SiO230~85%、Na2O+K2O0~16%、Al2O30~30%、Fe2O30~4%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO0~30%、TiO20~3%、P2O50~8%、B2O30~50%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述助熔性原料的化学组成为SiO250~80%、Na2O+K2O0~2%、Al2O32~18%、Fe2O30~0.5%、CaO+MgO+ZnO+BaO+SrO5~18%、TiO20~1%、P2O50~3%、B2O36~30%。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述助熔性原料为普通碎玻璃、高硼硅碎玻璃、特种碎玻璃、合成熔块、含硼煅烧料或含磷煅烧料中的一种或其组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述无机纤维为莫来石纤维、氧化铝纤维、硅酸铝纤维、氧化锆纤维、硅灰石纤维中的一种或其组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖,其特征在于:所述无机纤维的直径为1~20μm、长度为5~200μm、长径比为5~20。
8.权利要求1-7之一所述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按照所述建筑陶瓷板/砖的基料和添加剂的配比进行混料,以水为介质进行球磨混合而得到泥浆;
(2)所述泥浆通过喷雾干燥制成含水量为4~9wt%的粉料;
(3)所述粉料用压机压制成型,干燥后得到坯体;
(4)在所述坯体表面施底釉、装饰、施面釉后,在700~1050℃温度下进行烧成,最高烧成温度下的保温时间为5~15min,烧成周期为55~65min,即制得建筑陶瓷板/砖。
9.根据权利要求8所述的建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)的烧成温度为800~980℃。
10.利用权利要求8或9所述建筑陶瓷板/砖的制造方法制得到的产品,其特征在于:所述产品的抗折强度为87~136Mpa、断裂韧性为2.35~2.93。
