In a further embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a waste outlet 104 and a finished product outlet 105 are arranged on the conveyor belt 1, a waste recovery box is arranged below the waste outlet 104, and a finished product collection box 106 is arranged on the lower side of the main body of the encapsulation device. Therefore, finished products and waste products can be automatically separated, and the preparation process is more intelligent and automatic.

1. A viscous preparation wire drawing, filling and sealing device is characterized by comprising a filling mechanism, a fuel gas heating mechanism, a wire drawing mechanism, a conveyor belt and a PLC (programmable logic controller) control device;
the transmission belt is arranged on the filling and sealing device main body, and the filling mechanism, the gas heating mechanism and the wire drawing mechanism are sequentially arranged along the transmission direction of the transmission belt;
the filling mechanism comprises a pneumatic filling pump for feeding, a filling unit and a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket is used for fixing the ampoule bottle and the filling unit, the filling unit comprises a lifting column and a plurality of filling heads, the lifting column is connected with the pneumatic filling pump through a liquid conveying pipe, the plurality of filling heads are arranged at the upper end head of the lifting column, and the PLC control device is used for controlling the pneumatic filling pump and the lifting column to realize liquid medicine filling;
the gas heating mechanism is used for heating and softening the bottle mouth of the ampoule bottle;
the wire drawing mechanism comprises an installation part and a wire drawing disc; the mounting part is arranged on the conveying belt, the wire drawing disc is rotatably connected with the mounting part, a plurality of wire drawing pincers are uniformly arranged on the wire drawing disc, and wire drawing is carried out after the wire drawing pincers at the lowest position of the wire drawing disc are clamped with the bottle mouth of the ampoule bottle;
the ampoule bottles on the conveyor belt sequentially pass through the filling mechanism, the gas heating mechanism and the wire drawing mechanism, so that filling and sealing of the ampoule bottles are realized.

The viscous formulation wire drawing, filling and sealing device of claim 1, wherein the mounting bracket is configured as a U-shaped structure, the conveyor belt passes through and is adjacent to the bottom of the U-shaped structure, the first positioning groove is disposed above the conveyor belt, and the width of the first positioning groove is less than or equal to the width of the conveyor belt.

The viscous preparation wiredrawing, filling and sealing device according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor belt comprises a conveyor chain set, a driving chain wheel mechanism and a driven chain wheel mechanism, and the conveyor chain set is wound on the driving chain wheel mechanism and the driven chain wheel mechanism; the driving chain wheel mechanism and the driven chain wheel mechanism are of an upper-layer chain wheel structure, a middle-layer chain wheel structure and a lower-layer chain wheel structure, and the diameters of all the chain wheels are the same; the conveying chain group comprises a first chain, a second chain and a third chain; the upper layer chain wheel of the driving chain wheel mechanism and the driven chain wheel mechanism is wound with a first chain, the middle layer chain wheel is wound with a second chain, and the lower layer chain wheel is wound with a third chain; the first chain is provided with a plurality of first clamping grooves, the first clamping grooves are clamped at the body of the ampoule bottle, the second chain is provided with second clamping grooves, the second clamping grooves are clamped at the bottleneck of the ampoule bottle, the third chain is provided with third clamping grooves, and the third clamping grooves are clamped at the bottleneck of the ampoule bottle.
4. The viscous formulation wire drawing, filling and sealing device according to claim 1, further comprising a conveyor mechanism and a bottle swinging mechanism, wherein the conveyor mechanism and the bottle swinging mechanism are arranged on the conveyor belt;
the conveying mechanism is arranged at the feed inlet and is parallel to the conveying belt; the ampoule bottle placing mechanism is arranged between the conveyor belt and the conveying mechanism, so that ampoule bottles are conveyed onto the conveyor belt from one side of the conveying mechanism; the conveying mechanism is a bottle conveying conveyor belt mechanism, the conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves, and the ampoule bottles are clamped into the first positioning grooves and move along with the conveyor belt;
the bottle arranging mechanism comprises a balance wheel, the balance wheel is provided with a plurality of second positioning grooves, and the ampoule bottles conveyed by the conveyor belt are clamped into the second positioning grooves and rotate to the conveyor belt along with the balance wheel.

The viscous preparation wire-drawing, filling and sealing device according to claim 1, further comprising a first sensing module disposed on the delivery port of the conveying mechanism for sensing the ampoule bottle, a second sensing module disposed on the filling mechanism for sensing the liquid, and an alarm module, wherein the first sensing module, the second sensing module, and the alarm module are all connected to the PLC control device, and display data through a display panel on the filling and sealing device body.

The wire drawing, filling and sealing device for the viscous preparation according to claim 5, wherein a discharge port of the pneumatic filling pump is provided with an electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is connected with the PLC control device, and the PLC control device is used for controlling the electromagnetic valve to realize discharge amount change.

The viscous preparation wire-drawing and filling device according to claim 4, further comprising a shifting piece, wherein the shifting piece is arranged on the conveyor belt and located between the conveyor belt and the bottle placing mechanism, and one end of the shifting piece is close to one side of the conveyor belt, so that the ampoule bottle on the conveyor belt is separated from the conveyor belt of the conveyor belt and enters the bottle placing channel.

The wire drawing, filling and sealing device for the viscous preparation according to claim 1, wherein a waste outlet and a finished product outlet are arranged on the conveyor belt, a waste recovery box is arranged below the waste outlet, and a finished product collection box is arranged on the lower side of the main body of the filling and sealing device.
