a pulley set (73), wherein the pulley set (73) is connected between one side of the third transmission rod (74) and the transmission shaft of the second gear (54);

the one-way clutch (77) is arranged on one side of the third transmission rod (74), the third gear (76) is arranged on the one-way clutch (77), and the third gear (76) is meshed with the fourth gear (78);
