Abstract

Technical Field

Background
In the manufacturing industry, the metal bonding structural part is widely applied, wherein the bonding of the slender U-shaped metal part is very special and is generally formed by bonding two thick U-shaped metal parts and two thin U-shaped metal parts, the external U-shaped part is a thicker outer wrapping part, the internal U-shaped part is a thin-wall structure made of special materials so as to achieve the effect of enhancing the internal function (attached figure 2), and meanwhile, in order to ensure the structural strength, the bonding glue is medium-high temperature curing glue. Nondestructive testing is required after the glue joint, the phenomenon of glue joint is not allowed to occur, and the glue joint shear strength is required to meet the technical requirements.
The industry generally adopts extremely complicated heating devices and positioning devices for assembly and glue joint forming. The process is complex, the equipment precision is high, great difficulty is brought to engineering, the qualification rate is low, and the manufacturing cost is extremely high.

4) respectively and uniformly coating the adhesives on the adhesive surfaces of the U-shaped outer covering piece and the U-shaped inner covering piece by using a hard brush, wherein the coating direction is vertical every time by 2-3 times, so that the adhesives are coated on all areas, the adhesives are light and uniform when coated every time, and redundant adhesives are scraped by using a scraper;
5) after the last time of coating the adhesive, putting the U-shaped inner covering piece into the U-shaped outer covering piece, and aligning and attaching;
6) manufacturing a technical rubber strip 6 matched with an inner groove of the U-shaped inner covering piece 2, wrapping an anti-sticking agent 4 outside the technical rubber strip 6, and pressing the technical rubber strip 6 into the groove of the U-shaped inner covering piece 2;
7) clamping the technical rubber strip and the U-shaped outer packing piece by using an arch clamp on the outer side surface of the technical rubber strip;
8) and (3) placing the workpiece finished in the step 7) in a heating device for curing.
Wherein, the gluing surfaces in the step 2) are the inner surfaces of the inner grooves of the U-shaped outer covering parts and the outer surfaces of the U-shaped inner covering parts.
Wherein, in the step 7), a gap between the process rubber strip and the chute is checked, the gap is less than or equal to 0.1mm, and if the gap is larger, an anti-sticking material is added locally or integrally.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: by adopting the technical scheme of the invention, complex equipment is not needed, batch simultaneous production can be realized, the process is simple, the yield is improved, the productivity is improved, the production cost is reduced, the process complexity is reduced, and simultaneous production of multiple products can be realized.

8) and (3) placing the workpiece finished in the step 7) in a heating device for curing.
