The edge sealing method is mainly realized by adopting the edge sealing device. The invention has wide applicability, high welding strength and simple operation.

The invention relates to the technical field of honeycomb core plate manufacturing, in particular to a banding device and a banding method for a plastic honeycomb core plate.
Background
Currently, the plates on the market can be divided into two types, solid plates and hollow plates in terms of structural form. As one type of hollow plate, the honeycomb plate is mainly formed by compounding a face plate, a back plate and a honeycomb core; the panel and the backboard are arranged in parallel, and the honeycomb core is arranged between the panel and the backboard. The honeycomb panel is widely applied to various fields such as building curtain walls, rail trains, aerospace industry, ship industry and the like because of the characteristics of light weight, high strength and the like.
The finished honeycomb board is required to be subjected to edge sealing by edge sealing strips, and especially the edge sealing process of the plastic honeycomb board is always a research hot spot in the field. In the existing edge sealing technology of the plastic honeycomb plate, a method of directly bending a panel and a method of pasting glue are mostly adopted.
The method for directly bending the panel is mainly applied to the edge sealing of the right-angle edge, and when the four sides of the honeycomb plate are arc-shaped, the corners are chamfer angles or fillets and the like, the method cannot be used well, so that the method has obvious limitations, and the honeycomb plate manufactured by the method has poor post-processing property and cannot be subjected to secondary molding.
The method for pasting glue is that a foaming strip or a sealing strip is adopted to directly paste the edge of the honeycomb panel through glue and the sealing surface is combined for sealing; in the method, the adhesive is poor in adhesion fastness, especially for PP (polypropylene) plastic honeycomb plates, so that after long-time use, the edge sealing surface, even the foaming strip or the edge sealing strip, is easy to fall off; in addition, the edge sealing surface and the foaming strip are required to be produced through separate production lines; therefore, the method has the defects of complex process, high cost and infirm.
In summary, a new edge sealing process is urgently needed to enable plastic honeycomb panels to be used more widely.

The present invention provides a sealing device for plastic cellular core which overcomes some or some of the drawbacks of the prior art.
The edge sealing device for the plastic honeycomb core plate comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a first workbench and a second workbench which are adjacently arranged, the first workbench is used for placing products to be edge sealed, and an ultrasonic welding device is arranged at the second workbench; the ultrasonic welding device comprises a corner ultrasonic welding head used for facing the corner of the product to be sealed and a side ultrasonic welding head used for facing the side of the product to be sealed, wherein the corner ultrasonic welding head and the side ultrasonic welding head are powered by the corresponding ultrasonic generating device.
The edge sealing device provided by the invention enables the edge sealing strip to be combined with the product to be sealed in an ultrasonic welding way, so that the edge sealing strip is quick and efficient, and the edge sealing strip is prevented from deforming in the ultrasonic welding process, so that the manufactured product has smoother and attractive appearance.
In addition, the corner ultrasonic welding head and the side ultrasonic welding head can respectively correspond to the side and the corner of the product to be sealed, so that the product to be sealed with the corner being a chamfer or a round corner can be welded better.
Preferably, the corner ultrasonic welding head and the side ultrasonic welding head are respectively provided with a clamp. The edge strip can thus be prefixed, preferably before welding, in the corresponding position of the product to be edge-sealed.
Preferably, the number of the side ultrasonic welding heads is 1-5, the working area of the side ultrasonic welding heads corresponding to the side of the product to be sealed is rectangular, and the length of the side ultrasonic welding heads is 50-500 mm and the height of the side ultrasonic welding heads is 5-50 mm.
Preferably, clamping grooves are formed between the corner ultrasonic welding head, the side ultrasonic welding head and the product to be sealed, and the clamping grooves are used for fixing the edge sealing strips. Therefore, the edge banding can be prevented from sliding relative to the product to be edge banding in the welding process.
The invention also provides a sealing method for the plastic honeycomb core plate, which can overcome certain or certain defects in the prior art.

In this embodiment, the corner ultrasonic welding head 131 and the side ultrasonic welding head 132 are provided with clamps 140. In the embodiment, in the steps (1) and (2), the edge banding and the product A to be edge banding are clamped by adopting corresponding clamps 140, the welding frequency is 1-40 KHz, and the welding time is 0.1-2 s.
