Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are not intended to limit the invention according to the claims, and all combinations of features described in the embodiments are not necessarily essential to the invention. Two or more of the plurality of features described in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined. The same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 1A and 1B are perspective views of the head fitting 2 of the human body 1 according to the embodiment. In the present embodiment, the human figure 1 is a model toy simulating a quadruped walking animal (e.g., a dog), but may be a model toy simulating a biped walking animal (e.g., a human).
In the present specification, when the positional relationship of each part is described, the positional relationship may be described as front (front), rear (rear), left (left side), right (right side), upper (upper), lower (lower), inner (inner), outer (outer), and the like, but these expressions are relative expressions with respect to the human figure 1. For example, the front side corresponds to the front side of the human body 1, and the rear side corresponds to the rear side of the human body 1.
In the present specification, each component of the human form 1 is expressed as a "component", but the concept of a component refers to not only a minimum unit of component that a user can disassemble, but also a component in which two or more components of the minimum unit are combined. Therefore, the expression "component" in the following description may be replaced with "component (piece)", "member (member)", "structure (structure)", or "assembly (assembly)", or may be omitted. For example, the head metal 2 may be expressed as a head part, a head member, a head structure, a head assembly, or the like, or may be expressed as only a head. The same applies to other accessories described later.
The head fitting 2 comprises an upper jaw fitting 201 and a lower jaw fitting 202. The upper jaw fitting 201 and the lower jaw fitting 202 are held to the head fitting 2 body, as will be described in detail later. The lower jaw fitting 202 is held rotatably with respect to the head fitting 2, and the upper jaw fitting 201 and the lower jaw fitting 202 form a closed state of the mouth portion in a state of being close to each other (see fig. 1A), and the upper jaw fitting 201 and the lower jaw fitting 202 form an open state of the mouth portion in a state of being away from each other (see fig. 1B).
Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the head fitting 2. The head fitting 2 includes fittings 203 to 211 in addition to an upper jaw fitting 201 and a lower jaw fitting 202. The head fitting 2 can be configured by directly/indirectly connecting these fittings 201 to 211 to each other and by connecting two of these fittings adjacent to each other in a fixed or rotatable (or swingable) manner. For easy understanding, the connection relationship between these fittings is indicated by a dotted line in the drawings.
The concept of connection between the fittings can include various connection methods such as mounting, connecting, and fixing one fitting to another fitting. For easy understanding, the description of the embodiments is used in the present specification, but the present invention is not limited to the description (the description may be replaced with the same description). The same applies to other expressions.
The fitting 203 forms the left side portion of the head fitting 2 (may also be referred to as a left side head fitting). The fitting 204 forms the right side portion of the head fitting 2 (which may also be referred to as a right side head fitting). These fittings 203, 204 are connected to each other. The upper jaw fitting 201 is held below these fittings 203, 204, as will be described in detail later.
The fitting 205 forms an upper front portion (may also be referred to as a front head fitting) of the head fitting 2. The fitting 206 is attached to the front end of the front head fitting 205 to form a nose (may be referred to as a nose fitting). These fittings 205 to 206 are held or sandwiched by the left head fitting 203 and the right head fitting 204 which are coupled to each other.
Fitting 207 is mounted to the upper left side of front header fitting 205, forming an ear (also referred to as a left ear fitting). Fitting 208 is attached to the upper right side of front header fitting 205, forming another ear (also referred to as a right ear fitting).
The fittings 209 and 210 are coupled to each other to rotatably support a rear portion of the lower jaw fitting 202 (both may be referred to as support fittings). These fittings 209 and 210 are attached to the front head fitting 205, and are held or sandwiched by the left head fitting 203 and the right head fitting 204 which are coupled to each other.
The fitting 211 is formed as a tongue and fixed to the lower jaw fitting 202 (may be referred to as a tongue fitting).
In the present embodiment, the metal fittings 203 to 210 form a metal head 2 body, and an upper jaw metal fitting 201 and a lower jaw metal fitting 202 forming a mouth portion are held to the metal head 2 body.
In addition, when the head metal fitting 2 is assembled, the metal fittings 209 and 210 may be shaped to be sandwiched between the metal fittings 203 and 204, and this operation may be performed before the metal fittings 209 and 210 are attached to the front head metal fitting 205. That is, the fittings 201 to 204 and the fittings 209 to 211 may be integrally attached to the front head fitting 205.
In the present embodiment, although the fittings 201 to 211 are made of resin such as polystyrene, other materials having a desired strength such as wood and metal may be used.
Fig. 3A is a schematic cross-sectional view of the head fitting 2 in a closed state. Fig. 3B is a schematic sectional view of the head fitting 2 in an open state. In the drawings, for easy understanding of the structure, the outer shapes of the main body of the headpiece 2, the upper jaw piece 201, the lower jaw piece 202, and the tongue piece 211 are shown by broken lines, and the shaft portions P1 and P2 and the holding portions H1 and H2, which will be described later, are shown by solid lines.
As shown in fig. 2, 3A and 3B, a 1 st shaft portion P1 and a 2 nd shaft portion P2 located rearward of the 1 st shaft portion P1 are provided in a front portion of the upper jaw fitting 201. The shaft portions P1 and P2 are provided in a pair on the left and right sides, respectively, so as to extend in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the fitting 203 (and the fitting 204) is provided with a 1 st holding portion H1. In the present embodiment, the holding portion H1 is a circular opening portion for holding the shaft portion P1 by fitting, and the holding portion H1 holds the shaft portion P1 of the upper jaw fitting 201 so that the upper jaw fitting 201 can rotate with respect to the main body of the head fitting 2.
As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the fitting 203 (and the fitting 204) is provided with a 2 nd holding portion H2. The holding portion H2 is an opening portion having an elongated hole shape that slidably holds the shaft portion P2. Thus, the holding portion H2 can restrict the rotation region (or movable range) of the upper jaw fitting 201 based on the rotation of the holding portion H1.
As is apparent from fig. 3A and 3B, in the present embodiment, the shaft portion P2 is located rearward of the shaft portion P1 (the holding portion H2 is located rearward of the holding portion H1), whereby the rotation of the palate part fitting 201 can be appropriately realized, and the rotation region thereof can be appropriately restricted.
A locking portion E1 that can be locked to the rear portion of the upper jaw fitting 201 is provided at the rear portion of the tongue fitting 211. As described above, in the present embodiment, the tongue fitting 211 is fixed to the chin fitting 202. Therefore, as is apparent from fig. 3A and 3B, when the lower jaw fitting 202 is rotated to change the mouth portion from the closed state to the open state, the engaging portion E1 is engaged with the rear portion of the upper jaw fitting 201. Thereby, the rear portion of the upper jaw attachment 201 moves downward with the rotation of the lower jaw attachment 202. On the other hand, when the lower jaw fitting 202 is rotated to change the mouth portion from the open state to the closed state, the upper jaw fitting 201 is pushed downward by the tongue fitting 211, and the rear portion of the upper jaw fitting 201 moves upward.
According to the above-described configuration, the upper jaw fitting 201 moves locally up and down along with the rotation of the lower jaw fitting 202. In the present embodiment, the embodiment in which the upward and downward movement of the upper jaw part 201 is realized by the tongue part 211 is exemplified, but the tongue part 211 is fixed to the lower jaw part 202, and therefore, as another embodiment, the lower jaw part 202 and the tongue part 211 may be integrally formed. Alternatively, the tongue fitting 211 may be omitted, and the chin fitting 202 may have the function of the tongue fitting 211.
The above-described structure in which the upper jaw fitting 201 partially moves up and down along with the rotation of the lower jaw fitting 202 is not limited to the present embodiment, and other structures may be employed. For example, although the holding portion H2 is an opening having a long hole shape in the present embodiment, the holding portion H2 may be a circular opening (similar to the holding portion H1), and the upper jaw attachment 201 may be made of a flexible material (e.g., rubber). With such a configuration, the upper jaw fitting 201 also moves up and down locally with the rotation of the lower jaw fitting 202.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the upper jaw component 201 is held by the head component 2 main body in such a manner that the rear portion of the upper jaw component 201 is lowered when the mouth portion is changed from the closed state to the open state. According to such a configuration, an unnatural feeling that the jaw falls off when the mouth is changed from the closed state to the open state can be eliminated, and natural deformation of the human body 1 can be appropriately realized.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention.
