技术领域
本发明涉及球拍技术领域，特别是涉及一种多层复合匹克球拍。
背景技术
匹克球是用球拍击球的一种运动，是从美国西雅图的本不里奇岛兴起的，它是网球、羽毛球和乒乓球的混合运动，在身体的活动量和活动度上，匹克球比羽毛球和乒乓球的活动度和活动量较轻松愉悦，灵活性大，所以在锻炼身体上比羽毛球和乒乓球好，并且匹克球的活动量和运动量小于网球的活动量，不习惯打网球及体力下降快的网球爱好者就适宜于打匹克球作为经常运动的锻炼项目，适宜于各种年龄，在美国大约有250万人常年从事该项运动，已经成为中学体育课经常的运动项目。
但是，现有的匹克球拍结构简单，球拍内芯往往由单一材质制作而成，只能体现出一种本身材质的性能与手感，降低了体育爱好者的使用体验及缺乏趣味性，因此存在一定的缺陷性。
发明内容
基于此，有必要针对现有匹克球拍结构简单的技术问题，提供一种多层复合匹克球拍，通过不同的内芯材料组合形成复合层，产生不同的击打声音及击打手感，提高体育爱好者的使用体验及增强趣味性。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
多层复合匹克球拍，包括拍板及拍柄，所述拍柄连接于所述拍板，所述拍板的内部设有复合内芯层，所述复合内芯层至少包括第一内芯层及第二内芯层，所述第一内芯层粘合于所述第二内芯层，所述第一内芯层及第二内芯层均设有蜂巢结构。
本发明的多层复合匹克球拍通过不同材质的若干个内芯层组合使用，从而改变拍板的强度、声响及硬度等结构特征，产生不同的击打声音及击打手感，提高体育爱好者的使用体验及增强趣味性。
在其中一个实施例中，所述第一内芯层的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，所述第二内芯层的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，所述第一内芯层的材质不同于所述第二内芯层的材质以形成所述复合内芯层。
在其中一个实施例中，所述第一内芯层的材质为芳纶以形成芳纶蜂巢结构，所述第二内芯层的材质为聚炳稀以形成聚炳稀蜂巢结构。
在其中一个实施例中，所述芳纶蜂巢的蜂巢边长长度为1.8mm或2mm，所述聚炳稀蜂巢的蜂巢直径长度为6mm或8mm。
在其中一个实施例中，所述拍板的外侧设有橡胶层或纤维层，所述橡胶层或纤维层包裹于所述复合内芯层的外侧表面。
在其中一个实施例中，所述拍柄包括衔接部及手握部，所述衔接部连接于所述手握部的顶端，所述衔接部连接于所述拍板的底端，所述衔接部与所述拍板的连接处设有加强筋。

在本实施例中，第一内芯层31采用胶片粘合方式以实现第二内芯层32的黏合固定；在其它的实施例中，第一内芯层31可通过环氧胶水以采用涂覆方式，从而实现第一内芯层31与第二内芯层32的黏合固定。可以理解为，第一内芯层31与第二内芯层32的粘合方式不作过多限定，应确保第一内芯层能够紧密连接于第二内芯层，避免复合内芯层30在使用过程中发生松动现象。
进一步地，第一内芯层31的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，第二内芯层32的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，第一内芯层31的材质不同于第二内芯层32的材质以形成所述复合内芯层，确保复合内芯层含有不同的内芯材料以产生不同的击打效果。其中，聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫(polymethacrylimide，PMI)是一种交联的、孔径分布均匀的泡沫，具有卓越的结构稳定性和高机械强度；相对应的，PMI蜂巢具有良好的耐久性和耐环境性。
在本实施例中，第一内芯层31的材质为芳纶以形成芳纶蜂巢结构，第二内芯层32的材质为聚炳稀以形成聚炳稀蜂巢结构。具体地，芳纶蜂巢33的蜂巢边长长度为1.8mm或2mm，其中芳纶蜂巢33的材质较硬及蜂巢较小，制做的球拍打击声较响及硬度较硬；聚炳稀蜂巢34的蜂巢直径长度为6mm或8mm，其中炳稀蜂巢34较软及蜂巢孔较大，制做的球拍打击声较沉、强度较弱、硬度较软。在其它的实施例中，芳纶蜂巢33的蜂巢边长长度及聚炳稀蜂巢34的蜂巢直径长度可根据不同的生产状况而进行相对应的调整使用。
进一步地，拍板10的外侧设有橡胶层或纤维层，橡胶层或纤维层包裹于复合内芯层30的外侧表面以实现复合内芯层的蒙皮处理，提高了复合内芯层30的防护性能及增加了使用寿命，避免复合内芯层长期暴露在外界环境中而产生损坏现象。在本实施例中，拍板10的外侧设有橡胶层11；在其它的实施例中，拍板10的外侧可设有纤维层。
进一步地，拍柄20包括衔接部21及手握部22，衔接部21连接于手握部22的顶端，衔接部21连接于拍板10的底端；衔接部21与拍板10的连接处设有加强筋，从而增加了拍柄与拍板的连接牢固度，避免拍柄在击打过程中发生松动或脱落现象。
请参阅图3，为本发明第二较佳实施方式的多层复合匹克球拍，该实施例中与第一实施例的不同点在于：复合内芯层30还包括第三内芯层40，其中第一内芯层、第二内芯层及第三内芯层40依次层叠黏合设置，从而实现了复合内芯层的结构设置，促使拍板的强度、声响及硬度也产生相对应的变化，增加了使用者的体验感。在本实施例中，第三内芯层40的材质与第一内芯层的材质相同；在其它的实施例中，第三内芯层40的材质可以和第二内芯层的材质相同，也可以是不同于第一内芯层及第二内芯层的其它材质，能够确保复合内芯层有两种或两者以上的不同材质。
可以理解为，在其它的实施例中，拍板的复合内芯层可以是双层复合结构、也可以是三层复合结构、或者是大于三层的复合结构，应确保复合内芯层有两种或两者以上的不同材质，可根据不同的实际需求和市场爱好而生产不同复合层的拍板，通过将不同内芯材料混合交错使用从而达到芯材与芯材互补的效果，使球拍产生出一种不一样声响及手感体验，促使更多体育爱好者去享受这项运动，提高了实用性及使用场景。
本发明的多层复合匹克球拍通过不同材质的若干个内芯层组合使用，从而改变拍板的强度、声响及硬度等结构特征，产生不同的击打声音及击打手感，提高体育爱好者的使用体验及增强趣味性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合，为使描述简洁，未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述，然而，只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾，都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (6)

1.多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：包括拍板及拍柄，所述拍柄连接于所述拍板，所述拍板的内部设有复合内芯层，所述复合内芯层至少包括第一内芯层及第二内芯层，所述第一内芯层粘合于所述第二内芯层，所述第一内芯层及第二内芯层均设有蜂巢结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：所述第一内芯层的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，所述第二内芯层的材质包括芳纶、聚炳稀、铝合金、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺泡沫中的一种，所述第一内芯层的材质不同于所述第二内芯层的材质以形成所述复合内芯层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：所述第一内芯层的材质为芳纶以形成芳纶蜂巢结构，所述第二内芯层的材质为聚炳稀以形成聚炳稀蜂巢结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：所述芳纶蜂巢的蜂巢边长长度为1.8mm或2mm，所述聚炳稀蜂巢的蜂巢直径长度为6mm或8mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：所述拍板的外侧设有橡胶层或纤维层，所述橡胶层或纤维层包裹于所述复合内芯层的外侧表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合匹克球拍，其特征在于：所述拍柄包括衔接部及手握部，所述衔接部连接于所述手握部的顶端，所述衔接部连接于所述拍板的底端，所述衔接部与所述拍板的连接处设有加强筋。
