step one, preparation of finishing liquor: putting the honeysuckle extract and carboxymethyl chitosan in corresponding parts into a ball mill for grinding at the grinding speed of 1800rpm, screening the powder by using a screen after grinding, wherein the mesh number of the used screen is 450 meshes, reserving the powder passing through the screen for later use, not re-grinding the powder by using the screen, putting the aloe extract and the essential oil in corresponding parts into a heating kettle, pouring deionized water with the fraction 1.75 times of the sum of the two raw materials into the heating kettle, controlling the heating kettle to preheat the raw materials, preheating to 45 ℃, putting the preheated raw materials and the ground powder into a homogenizer together for two-stage homogenization, wherein the first-stage homogenization pressure is 2.6MPa, the rotation speed is 1400rpm, the second-stage homogenization pressure is 0.7MPa, the rotation speed is 900rpm, and homogenizing for 20min to obtain the finishing liquid.

Step four, compound molding: and (3) bonding the surface layer obtained in the step one, the absorption core layer obtained in the step three, the PE breathable microporous film in the leakage-proof bottom layer and the melt-blown fabric by using hot melt adhesive in sequence from top to bottom, mounting the elastic band, the bonding adhesive, the release paper and other components on the leakage-proof bottom layer, folding and packaging to obtain the cotton soft high-elasticity paper diaper.

The method comprises the following steps:
step one, preparation of finishing liquor: putting the honeysuckle extract and carboxymethyl chitosan in corresponding parts into a ball mill for grinding at the grinding speed of 1900rpm, screening the powder by using a screen after grinding, wherein the mesh number of the screen is 500 meshes, reserving the powder passing through the screen for later use, putting the aloe extract and the essential oil in corresponding parts into a heating kettle without re-grinding by using the screen, pouring deionized water of which the fraction is 2 times of the sum of the two raw materials into the heating kettle, controlling the heating kettle to preheat the raw materials, preheating to 50 ℃, putting the preheated raw materials and the ground powder into a homogenizer together for two-stage homogenization, wherein the first-stage homogenization pressure is 2.8MPa, the rotation speed is 1500rpm, the second-stage homogenization pressure is 0.8MPa, the rotation speed is 100rpm, and homogenizing for 25min to obtain the finishing liquid.
Step two, forming a surface layer: and (2) putting the finishing liquid obtained in the step one into a padding machine padding groove, heating the finishing liquid to 70 ℃, introducing the corresponding parts of base materials into a padding machine padding roller, performing padding treatment on the base materials by using a two-padding and two-rolling method, and naturally draining after padding to obtain the surface layer of the paper diaper, wherein the padding uniformity of the padded surface layer padding liquid is 1.8%.
Step three, preparing an absorption core layer: putting the activated carbon particles, the bamboo fibers and the silicon dioxide hollow microspheres in corresponding parts into a ball mill for grinding under the same grinding condition as that in the step one, wherein the mesh number of the used screen is 300 meshes, shearing and mixing the obtained powder with the ethanol in corresponding parts at the shearing speed of 900rpm to obtain colloidal viscous liquid, pressing the base material and the fluff pulp in corresponding parts to the thickness of 4.5mm by using a pressing machine, cutting the base material and the fluff pulp into sheets in a specified shape by using a cutting machine, stacking and placing two base material sheets and one fluff pulp sheet, wherein the fluff pulp sheet is positioned in the middle, coating the colloidal viscous liquid on two sides of the fluff pulp sheet, and laminating the two fluff pulp sheets by using hot melt adhesive to obtain the absorption core layer of the paper diaper.
Step four, compound molding: and (3) bonding the surface layer obtained in the step one, the absorption core layer obtained in the step three, the PE breathable microporous film in the leakage-proof bottom layer and the melt-blown fabric by using hot melt adhesive in sequence from top to bottom, mounting the elastic band, the bonding adhesive, the release paper and other components on the leakage-proof bottom layer, folding and packaging to obtain the cotton soft high-elasticity paper diaper.

step one, preparation of finishing liquor: putting the honeysuckle extract and carboxymethyl chitosan in corresponding parts into a ball mill for grinding at the grinding speed of 1700-1900rpm, screening the powder by using a screen after grinding, reserving the powder passing through the screen for later use, putting the aloe extract and the essential oil in corresponding parts into a heating kettle without re-grinding by using the screen, pouring deionized water which is 1.5-2 times of the sum of the fractions of the two raw materials into the heating kettle, controlling the heating kettle to preheat the raw materials, after preheating to 40-50 ℃, putting the preheated raw materials and the ground powder into a homogenizer together for two-stage homogenization, and obtaining the finishing liquid after homogenizing for 15-25 min.
Step two, forming a surface layer: and (2) putting the finishing liquid obtained in the step one into a padding machine padding groove, heating the finishing liquid to 60-70 ℃, introducing the base materials in corresponding parts into a padding machine padding roller, performing padding treatment on the base materials by using a two-padding and two-rolling method, and naturally draining after padding to obtain the surface layer of the paper diaper.
Step three, preparing an absorption core layer: putting the activated carbon particles, the bamboo fibers and the silicon dioxide hollow microspheres in corresponding parts into a ball mill for grinding under the same grinding condition as in the step one, shearing and mixing the obtained powder with ethanol in corresponding parts at the shearing speed of 800 plus 900rpm to obtain colloidal viscous liquid, pressing the base material and the fluff pulp in corresponding parts to the thickness of 2.5-4.5mm by using a pressing machine, cutting the base material and the fluff pulp into sheets in a specified shape by using a cutting machine, stacking and placing two base material sheets and one fluff pulp sheet, wherein the fluff pulp sheet is positioned in the middle, coating the colloidal viscous liquid on two sides of the fluff pulp sheet, and laminating the two base material sheets, the fluff pulp sheets and the fluff pulp sheet by using hot melt adhesive to obtain the absorption core layer of the paper diaper.
Step four, compound molding: and (3) bonding the surface layer obtained in the step one, the absorption core layer obtained in the step three, the PE breathable microporous film in the leakage-proof bottom layer and the melt-blown fabric by using hot melt adhesive in sequence from top to bottom, mounting the elastic band, the bonding adhesive, the release paper and other components on the leakage-proof bottom layer, folding and packaging to obtain the cotton soft high-elasticity paper diaper.
