As can be seen from table 1, the elastic nonwoven fabric at the whole elastic waist portion of the menstrual pants prepared in examples 2 to 4 is more prominent in the aspects of air permeability, moisture permeability, softness, thickness and other properties than the elastic waist portion of the infant menstrual pants sold in the market at present, and is comparable to the elastic nonwoven fabric in the aspect of elastic properties, mainly because a single-layer spunlace nonwoven fabric is adopted as a base material, the glue spraying composite processing on a diaper machine is omitted, the gram weight is light, no chemical addition is needed, the overall equipment investment is reduced, the processing flow is shortened, the energy is saved, the consumption is reduced, and the diaper is really a green and environment-friendly product; the elastic non-woven fabric is used for the waistline part of the menstrual period trousers, so that the pressure stress surface of the menstrual period trousers on the abdomen of a woman is larger, the stress is more uniform, the compression on the abdomen of the menstrual period woman can be avoided, and meanwhile, the processing technology of the menstrual period trousers is simple, the processing cost is lower, and the menstrual period trousers are suitable for sustainable production.

Claims (6)
1. A method of making menstrual pants, the method comprising:
mixing PTT fibers and PTT/PET bicomponent fibers to obtain PTT and PTT/PET mixed fibers, wherein the proportion of the PTT fibers to the PTT/PET bicomponent fibers in the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fibers is 50-70%: 30-50%, spraying antistatic liquid to the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber, and standing the sprayed PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber for 4-6h to enable the moisture regain of the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber to reach 8.1-10.2%, wherein the antistatic liquid comprises the following components in percentage by weight: water in 6-10 wt% and water in 90-94 wt%, and the antistatic softening agent is non-ionic;
and (3) carrying out three opening, carding and cross lapping procedures on the standing PTT and PTT/PET mixed fibers to obtain a PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber web, wherein the three opening, carding and cross lapping procedures have the following process parameters: the linear speeds of the three opening rollers are 550-730m/min, 750-850 m/min and 900-950 m/min respectively; the main cylinder speed is 700-920 m/min, the speed ratio of the cylinder to the working roll is 10.1-13.5: 1, the number of the cross lapping layers is 2-4, and the drafting multiple is 1.45-2.10 times;
carrying out spunlace reinforcement on the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber web by adopting 3 groups of spunlace heads, wherein the spunlace reinforcement process parameters are as follows: the water-jet pressure is respectively 15-35bar, 68-90bar and 100-120 bar;
sending the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber web subjected to the spunlace reinforcement procedure into a drying room for drying to obtain the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber web with the gram weight of 50-65g/m2PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base fabric with the thickness of 66.1-75 mu m and the longitudinal pre-shrinkage of 40-65%, and the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base fabric is cut into the specification with the width of 1.5m, wherein the process parameters of the drying procedure are as follows: drying by adopting a drying mode combining double groups of drying rollers and rotary screen hot air penetration, wherein the number of each group of drying rollers is 6, the temperature of each drying roller is controlled to be 108-DEG C130 DEG, the hot air penetration temperature of the rotary screen is 120-DEG C135 DEG, and the hot air penetration air quantity is controlled to be 70000-DEG C80000 m3H, the drying speed is 40-50 m/min;
stretching a stretching film with the width of 2m for 360-390 percent along the whole width direction, flatly laying the stretched film on the cut PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base fabric, fixing the stretched film on the cut PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base fabric by a hot roll with a rolling point, wherein the technological parameters of the fixing process are as follows: the temperature of the hot roller is controlled to be 105-115 ℃, the surface roll point of the hot roller is a square small block, and the area of the roll point in the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base fabric is as follows: the area of the rolled point is 80: 1;
sending the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base cloth fixed with the stretching film into a guide roller type steam setting machine for carrying out a heat setting procedure, wherein the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base cloth fixed with the stretching film is preheated by hot steam, and then sequentially passes through 15 pairs of cloth guide rollers in the guide roller type steam setting machine, under the action of the hot steam, the stretching film retracts, and further the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base cloth is driven to form preset number of folds vertical to the longitudinal direction, and the process parameters of the heat setting procedure are as follows: the heat setting time is 8-10min, the heat setting temperature is 105-;
sending the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base cloth subjected to the heat setting procedure into a hot air oven to be dried for 3-6min, and stripping the stretched film shrunk on the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber non-woven base cloth to obtain the elastic non-woven cloth with folds and with the elongation of 180-200%, wherein the working temperature of the hot air oven is 85-95 ℃;
and (3) preparing the elastic non-woven fabric, the bottom film composite non-woven fabric, the water-repellent SMS non-woven fabric three-dimensional protection and the surface layer material together to obtain a finished menstrual period trousers, wherein the elastic non-woven fabric is positioned at the whole waistline part of the menstrual period trousers.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PTT fiber has a fiber fineness of 1.5-3D and a fiber length of 38-51mm, and the PTT/PET bicomponent fiber has a fiber structure of an eccentric type with an eccentric ratio of 7:3, a fiber fineness of 2-3D and a fiber length of 40-51 mm.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the stretched film is an LLDPE film having a thickness of 0.055 to 0.065mm, a tensile strength in the machine direction of 30 to 35MPa, and a tensile strength in the transverse direction of 25 to 30 MPa.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the surface tackiness of the stretched film is 3.1 to 2.8N at a stretch ratio of 350-400%.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein for each pleat in the PTT and PTT/PET mixed fiber nonwoven substrate that is subjected to the heat-setting process, the width of the pleat is 1.2-2.2mm, and the density of the pleats is 22-27 strips/5 cm.
6. Menstrual pants produced by the method of making menstrual pants according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
