The neurosurgical posterior cranial distraction drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a motor (12) mounted on the transverse plate (3), a rotating shaft (13) connected with the output end of the motor (12), a sleeve shaft (14) vertically and slidably sleeved on the rotating shaft (13), and a first bevel gear (15) and a second bevel gear (16) fixedly mounted on the sleeve shaft (14), wherein the sleeve shaft (14) is connected with the switching assembly, the first bevel gear (15) is matched with the transmission assembly, and the second bevel gear (16) is matched with the rotating assembly.

The neurosurgical posterior cranial distraction drainage device according to claim 4, wherein the washing assembly comprises a micro-water pump (27) mounted on the washing tank (4) and having a drive shaft connected to the worm gear (26) by a second transmission belt (28), and a stirring shaft (21) rotatably mounted inside the washing tank (4) and connected to the worm (24) by a first transmission belt (23);
